Webinars via Wild Apricot
Hello,
I am Ryan Woroniecki and work on the board of APRA-MD. We host educational webinars for our members on a regular basis as well as bag meetings on site. It would be ideal to use WildApricot to integrate a webinar service such as GoTo Meeting, JoinMe, MeetNow, etc...
Has anyone else ever requested this?
Thanks!

Need solution for three clients on the Wild Apricot platform. Gating done on WA, but currently registrant needs to then register on webinar platform after receiving WA confirmation email in which the GoToWebinar webinar registration link is provided. Clumsy at best.

Is there a solution for this problem. It is extremely confusing for a user to pay through Wildapricot, then afterwards, they have to register their name again in gotowebinar.

In the current environment has the team considered connecting with a video conference app to assist us continue our relationship with our members?

+1. This remains interesting as a built-in feature of a WA Event. In my case, I use the Zoom.us webinar service.
All this said, it seems like the new WA webhooks capabilities would make this a pretty simple IFTTT or Zapier task.

We would like to add webinars to our membership offering and so registration through the WA membership and then post the webinar on the website or send a link to participants to watch again

or other online meeting applications like Webex, Uberconference to have online events

It would be great if Wild Apricot event registration could be integrated with GoToWebinar so that they receive the webinar sign-on details once their registration is confirmed (payment received) and not have to register on two different platforms.

Our organization uses on premise R-HUB web conferencing servers for conducting webinars and web conferences. We use it because it provides us 6 real time collaboration applications in one box and works from behind the firewall, hence better security.

I would also love this feature. We currently offer webinars through Adobe Connect (though we are researching other options) and would like to be able to offer the recordings for a small fee. Currently, we can't do this because it's not an "event".

I use Zapier and Gotowebinar and WebinarJam. I can copy/paste new registrants into a Google sheet and get those registrations into GTW and WJS with no issue. I would love to be able to export registrations to a Google Sheet with a click or be able to set up a Zap to do it straight to the webinar platforms.

Connecting to Goto Webinar would be a wonderful benefit to us. Or connecting to Zapier so that we can make integrations would be wonderful.

Yeah..I have requested this, but I realized the great webinar service is on the BigMarker, It gives you the ideal services in reasonable cost.

We are interested in doing webinars for our membership. Do you have any plans to include ways to conduct via Wild Apricot? If not, any suggestions?

We are looking for this service as well.

Our organization has integrated webinars. We can show you a simple feature set the wild apricot could implement to terrace with webinar services.

Our organization has started producing on-demand webinars. These aren't easily supported in in WA because they don't have a specific start and end time. (Please see lmabayarea.com for examples).
We we have integrated into one of the more popular webinar services but this includes many hacks to the registration emails (to seamlessly pass the registration) and the calendar is confusing because we want people to be able to register throughout the year.

Hello,
I am also looking for integration with GotoWebinar / GotoMeeting.
What I am looking for is a way to create the event in ONE system, then automatically "link" it to the other system.
Even though the current APIs seem to be able to do it (according to WildApricot staff), it would only be for creation, not for update.
So the integration would need to keep both events linked.
we currently host 50-75 webinars per year, using WildApricot as a "membership" or "per event" registration system, but the link is done manually, making it time consuming and error prone.

My organization has just started to use OnStream Webinars. What we like about OnStream, which is part of Infinite Conferencing, is the price flexibility for small accounts (fewer than 50 log ins at once), that it is Apple friendly and had good mobile options, plus there is no download for computer access. We use event registration (invitations) from WildApricot instead of OnStream so we do not have to have double entry of registrants. We add the OnStream log in to the Wild Apricot event details sent in the confirmation email.

It would be ideal to have GoToMeeting & Webinar video files on the WildApricot server. The major limitation I believe is the current relatively small file space allocated per account. Any chance the storage space could be upgraded on all account levels without charging excessive (my word choice) membership fees? Most hosting sites provide storage in the GB (not MB) range for free or very low cost.
Having a gadget for linking/playing GTM & Webinar & video files would be a definite plus.

I am curious about this as well. My organization would like to start hosting webinars for our members. Ideally we would like to somehow do this so that our members can sign in through their account here. We are hoping to increase the services we provide to our members as well as encourage new membership.
