  1. Renewal discount when renewing for several years

    My club, The Carp Anglers Group, offers one year membership for $25. Before we used WA, we managed our membership with checks in the mail and an excel spreadsheet. We accepted $25 for one year, but offered a discount if a member joined for 3 years- $65 instead of 75.

    The only way to replicate this currently in WA is with more levels. That won't work for us. We have levels of membership already set up for USA, Mexico, Canada, and an E-membership. Adding 2 more levels to each of these would be very difficult, plus then I could not…

  2. Customization of event list view - and persisence of selected view

    It would be very helpful for administrators to have multiple options for viewing the Event list, including:
    * by date/time ascending (next event first)

    • alphabetical by event name.

    We're managing dozens of small events each year and need to have up to six months' worth of events listed at a time. This would help in reviewing/editing upcoming events and in copying lists of events to e-mail messages, HTML newsletters, and text documents. The current reverse chronological order of the list forces me to copy and paste each event individually in order to get them in chronological order.

  3. Online payment discount for event registrations

    Current behavior:
    For event registrations, whether people choose online or manual payment, this does not affect the price.

    Desired behavior:
    Becauseof possible no-shows, it is desirable to be able to motivate people topre-pay online instead of manually or at the door. Thus, administratorshould be able to specify a discount applicable for onlineregistrations (probably a dollar amount)

  4. Add Header Image Option to Event Fields

    Images can be posted in the description, which is great. But it would be nicer if there was a Header Image upload or link feature where the image doesn't need to be embedded in the description. That way, the image can be formatted at the top of the event, and the description below it.

    This enables being able to edit the description in the mobile admin app, which is tricky with events that have the image at the beginning of the description. It then also standardizes the location of the image and make it consistent across all events.

  5. Auto-Suspend Guests after 3 Events

    Membership is not growing, because people say they can just pay $10 more to attend every event. We would like to control event registration to only allow guests to attend 3 times and then suspend them...taking them to a page that tells them the benefits of being a member and encourages them to apply now. This could easily be managed in the Events section using Contact levels. You would need to require a password registration on all public registrations.     When will passkeys be an option for users to authenticate into the website without the need for a password? See the FIDO Alliance [https://fidoalliance.org/] and/or https://www.passkeys.com/

    Safer than passwords, No 2FA or Captcha needed. Easy to use.

  7. Batch delete forum posts

    I am volunteering with our WA hosted site and have to MANUALLY delete old classified ads.... OVER and OVER again I have to delete them one by one.... its awful. The functionality needs to be improved here.... as logged in ADMIN people, we need the option to go to, for example, a classified ad section, click off all the old ads we want deleted, and CLICK, done. Get this hosting platform to a customer user level? I saw a forum in 2015 complaining of this exact problem.     We would like to see the list of folders and files in a readable document - to match what is seen in the file tab. This should be done for the whole system so we can see it at one glance - or in one place.

  10. Ability to limit the number of items a customer can order from the store

    We frequently want to run special event sales where as many members as possible should get a chance to purchase a certain product in the store -
    1) for this we would like to have a feature that e. g. limits purchase to one item per membership only.
    2) for this we also set the non-member price arbitrarily high to discourage non-members to buy at all - would be great to habe member-only sales option
    Right now the store does not allow such restrictions.

  11. Extend API to allow updating fields on an existing Event

    The swagger pages show the get options but nothing to update an event

    Primarily I would like an option to disable the registrations at the event level as there is no front end feature to disable registration by x days before the event, the admin of editing multiple events with multiple registrations types is cumbersome and subject to errors

    POST /accounts/{accountId}/events/{event id}
    With the body containing the filed(s) to be updated and the values

    If the API extension is not an option please consider adding this feature to the front end.

    After setting color and style for links on our website, it is impossible to change them within a webpage. This is quite infuriating! If you rename your document or link from its orginial name, the system does not allow font changes. Please change this fast!

  14. Web version of invoices to be generated from the invoice template.

    1. Use the invoice template to generate the 'web version' of invoices.
    2. Include a download option.
    3. Email invoices generated with the invoice template to event registrants.

    Explanation:
    Currently, registrants cannot access, download or print compliant invoices for paid events.
    The 'web version' of invoices does not use the invoice template.
    In Australia, invoices must be properly formatted to be GST compliant. The invoice template allows a compliant invoice to be created.   15. Optimal Mobile App Enhancements

    I think the Members Mobile App would be optimal when the following enhancements are implemented.
    1. Add a Donations button
    2. Add the Online Store
    3. Give members the ability to see their payment and donation history
    4. Give members the ability to see their purchase history from the Online Store
    5 Give members the ability to print invoices, receipts
    6. Give members the ability to see emails sent to them as well as the ability to delete them
    7. Give Admin the ability to add specific page(s) from their website for viewing

  16. Cash-based income report

    When running an Income Report, it would be much more useful to have the payments posted in the month of payment as opposed to the month of the invoice. Accrual accounting isn't all that useful for a non-profit on an ongoing basis. It also makes reconciling bank account records impossible. Alternatively, if the level of detail (summary breakdown of payment allocation, i.e. membership, events, store orders) was available on the Payments Report, that would alternatively work.

  18. Apply Email Editor for Events and Member Emails

    We were all switched to the new email editor, which I have gotten used to. Now, why can't the event and membership emails use the same editor? It is frustrating to create a template in the new editor and not be able to apply it to an event or membership email without it bringing in lots of awkward tables. Being able to use the same email editor in all parts of Wild Apricot would be really helpful.

  19. Don't auto populate password / email address when editing in admin mode

    When editing a members record that doesn't have an email address, it always puts in our admin password and admin email address. Then we have to delete it out before saving the record. Can you make it so that it doesn't auto populate? This would save us a tremendous amount of time when updating our members.

    It would be nice to have the flexibility to sort the blogs by the latest dates, to have a field for tags for SEO, and to have a field for the summary that appears on the listing so we can have a proper layout in the listing
