  1. Customization of event list view - and persisence of selected view

    It would be very helpful for administrators to have multiple options for viewing the Event list, including:
    * by date/time ascending (next event first)

    • alphabetical by event name.

    We're managing dozens of small events each year and need to have up to six months' worth of events listed at a time. This would help in reviewing/editing upcoming events and in copying lists of events to e-mail messages, HTML newsletters, and text documents. The current reverse chronological order of the list forces me to copy and paste each event individually in order to get them in chronological order.

    It's also frustrating…

  2. Online payment discount for event registrations

    Current behavior:
    For event registrations, whether people choose online or manual payment, this does not affect the price.

    Desired behavior:
    Becauseof possible no-shows, it is desirable to be able to motivate people topre-pay online instead of manually or at the door. Thus, administratorshould be able to specify a discount applicable for onlineregistrations (probably a dollar amount)

  3. Number of Available Registrations

    For the Event list page, it would be great if there was another column showing the number of remaining spots open (Registration Limit - Registrations). This would make it easier to quickly get a pulse on which events are filling up and which ones might need some attention.

  4. communications/email menu defaults to 'only my emails' and not 'all'

    When I log into WA as the Admin to the Communications/Email menu option, the email list that shows up defaults to 'only mine.' Can this default please be changed to 'all' like the status bar defaults to 'all.' I need to see the system emails as well as my own, and it is very annoying to constantly have to select the 'all' option every time. I don't believe it has always been that way and perhaps something happened during an update but this is a big irritation that could be easily fixed. Thank you.

  6. Enable acceptance of AliPay and WeChatPay in Personify payments

    We have a growing number of members in China and most of them have problems using the payment options supported in WildApricot/Personify. By far, the most popular payment methods in China are AliPay and WeChatPay, but WildApricot/Personify supports neither one of these. This is causing a real headache for us and is limiting our ability to attract new members in China.

    Please add support for WeChatPay AND ALSO AliPay in WildApricot/Personify.

  7. Sort Voided Invoices by date voided

    It would be beneficial to be able to sort voided invoices by the date/month they were voided. Currently it shows in order of the original invoice date and thus it is necessary to scroll through the whole year to find the invoices that were voided in the current month to insure that they have also been voided in the accounting program.

    app allows admins to make registration changes and update invoice on mobile - which is fantastic. However, can an additional button be considered to allow for admins to trigger EMAIL updated invoice to member.

  9. Add a feature to have multiple overdue actions to member levels during renewal

    Many clubs wish to lapse the members on the renewal date yet give them a grace period to renew. In this epriod they remain as lasped members, can receive email communication, can renew their membership but can't register to events as members. A few weeks down the line, as a final overdue action, after this grace renewal period ends, they are suspended.

    currently there is only one overdue action which allows lapsing and/or suspension. There is no way to add this grace period in between to enable most clubs to do what they wish to do.

  10. Add Header Image Option to Event Fields

    Images can be posted in the description, which is great. But it would be nicer if there was a Header Image upload or link feature where the image doesn't need to be embedded in the description. That way, the image can be formatted at the top of the event, and the description below it.

    This enables being able to edit the description in the mobile admin app, which is tricky with events that have the image at the beginning of the description. It then also standardizes the location of the image and make it consistent across all events.

  11. Default Setting Discrepancy for "Include Name in list of event registrants" Checkbox

    We’ve noticed an inconsistency in the default setting for the “Include name in list of event registrants” option.
    On the website: Checked by default for event registrations. Unchecked by default for waitlist registrations.
    On the app: Checked by default for both event and waitlist registrations.
    To be consistant across platforms and reduce anonymous registrations when members are moved from the waitlist to the event list, could you update the default for the waitlist checkbox to be checked? We would really appreciate it if this could be done.

  12. Block specific emails for creating contacts

    We recently had a public event and a non member registered and paid to attend. They wanted their money back since they could not attend. Our policy is no refunds and clearly states this on our event. Well they decided to claim fraud with their credit card company. Which was not true since they were mad they could not get their money back. Would like to be able to block them from registering for any events. Seems simple to block emails, why can't WA have this function?

  13. Calculate Member's Tenure from Joining Date

    We need a field that calculates the tenure of a member from their joining date. This is crucial for competitions where members are grouped based on their tenure. You can check through this calculator : https://yashesaplama.com.tr/ (e.g., 5 years and above).

    This field should support queries such as "Tenure > n years".

    Additionally, we require an enhancement to determine the member's tenure on a specific date. This is necessary for events where we need to know the member's tenure as of a closing date for entries.

  14. Require membership approval before sending invoice

    Two organizations I work with require new members to be approved. Dues are significant, as are requirements for membership. Currently, if a new member is entered in Wild Apricot they are automatically sent an invoice. This is a problem, since it takes some time to review new member requests. Suggest an option if you choose 'Approval Required' then add a sub-option to 'invoice immediately' or 'Invoice after approval'. We currently 'work-around' this with an 'Applicant' level and then change level if they are approved. This is a pain, especially with volunteer (member) administrators.

  15. Auto-Suspend Guests after 3 Events

    Membership is not growing, because people say they can just pay $10 more to attend every event. We would like to control event registration to only allow guests to attend 3 times and then suspend them...taking them to a page that tells them the benefits of being a member and encourages them to apply now. This could easily be managed in the Events section using Contact levels. You would need to require a password registration on all public registrations. Yes, there will be a few people that use a different email address to get around it, but this would greatly…

    When will passkeys be an option for users to authenticate into the website without the need for a password? See the FIDO Alliance [https://fidoalliance.org/] and/or https://www.passkeys.com/

    Safer than passwords, No 2FA or Captcha needed. Easy to use.

  17. Membership card formatting - background image

    We already have a physical membership card design which includes significantly more graphical content than the templates available online. We'd like to be able to upload our existing design in high-resolution as a background image that covers the entire card area, and then place the relevant text fields as we require. Can we do this?

  20. Meeting Canada Revenue Agency receipting requirements

    Good morning, Wild Apricot staff.
    I would like to request a feature that is needed to bring the receipt up to the requirements of the Canada Revenue Agency for charitable receipt content. (link below)
    I have developed a receipt that meets the requirements but there is a "disconnect" between donations by people NOT in the contact list already and people who ARE in the contact list.
    When a current contact (member or otherwise) clicks donate the form that opens DOES NOT contain all of the necessary questions. The receipt is therefore absent of essential information that has been left blank…
