    We have three members of our club that are visually impaired.
    They are claiming that the captura tool that is being used is not compliant with their screen reader software.

    We would love for Wild Apricot to provide a seamless transition and a more optimal user exerpience. We tried to integrate our website with wild aprioct so we created a wild apricot event link on our personal website. When the user clicks on it they are expecting to register for the event. What is happening is that they register and provide their personal information (member application form for first time users who are registering) and after that it doesn't continue on to register the person for the event.   5. Improve Terminology for "Remember Me"

    In the login gadget, "Remember me" confused my membership committee when I gave them an orientation today. They conflated it with the browser message "Remember my password?"

    People are more accustomed to "Keep me logged in" (Facebook),"Stay signed in" (eBay), or "Keep me signed in" (Yahoo).

    Could you please use one of these more accurate terms instead?

  6. A Generic Directory Gadget

    The one thing that I would wish for is a generic directory gadget to allow the creation of a resource for our members. e.g. a directory of useful links

    I have tried to find a workaround for this but there does not seem to be any way to do it.

  7. Ability to Sort Membership Level in Admin View - when adding new members

    I saw a request about this in the thread in general questions but would like to make a formal request - When adding a new member manually, i.e. in admin view, to allow the list of options for Membership Level to be sorted so that the first one in the list is our preferred choice for new members. When we set up the Membership Levels we weren't aware of a problem we'd have when we added new members manually.   8. Admin Privileges Report

    I know that when editing a single page, that the version history shows who edited the page. However, it will only show who has actually edited the page, not the list of all those who have access to do so. It would be helpful to have an admin report that shows who has access to each page. Otherwise, you have to remember to keep a separate list somewhere of who has been given editing privileges. Adding new people is easy, but remembering to remove the ones that need to be removed is much harder :)

  9. Add option to exclude guests in limit count

    We want to create a events where we limit the number of teams, but not the number of total people.

    We have a regular ticket price and a discounted ticket price, so we set a limit on the total number of registrations, but currently this includes guests - we don't want to include guests in the limit count.

  10. Track donations of goods by donors

    We'd like to be able to manually enter donations of goods by donors, with the ability to have multiple donation records for each donor. In this way we could keep track of donors who give items for our yearly auctions, and keep track of what they donate each year. It would be an 'item' record that is manually entered by admin, just like the monetary donation record that is automatically entered when someone donates online, and would be "owned" by the donor record.

  11. Linking members of contacts - e.g. wife and husband

    Is there any way to connect 2 members? For example, if I have a husband and wife who have different accounts, but if someone looks up the husband, is there a way to say "and this is his wife" then link to her profile?

  12. Keep sidebar for website pages closed when I close it

    I rarely use any of the items listed, and would prefer the sidebar stayed closed unless I open it. Is there any possibility of normally keeping it closed?

  14. UTC times in event gadget

    We are an Australasian organisation and have events spanning many time zones. So when events are lsited in the gadget, sometimes they have times listed as "(UTC+13:00)", for example. This looks confusing, and we would prefer to simply have the date, and no times at all. There's no need for a start time in the gadget, especially when an event is weeks or months away.

    I am told I can remove the date and time completely, but not just the time.

    Please make it possible to remove the time and leave the date there.

    Both of our divisions host a number of events that actually occur over multiple time-space blocks. Much as, say, a college class would be organized, registering for one event actually entails being potentially scheduled into all of the subsequent sessions of the event on that schedule. A subset of these events are tournaments whereby not everyone signed up for the event will continue to the next session; in this case the event's sponsor or coordinator will want to adjust the attendees proceeding into a subsequent session.   16. Tracking attendance using card swipe system

    We are considering using WA to support our group, however we really need to account for attendance using a card swipe system. I am disappointed that this functionality is not currently available, and worse yet, does not even seem to be on the priority list. Seems pretty simple.

  17. Separate form field labels from field ids

    Wild Apricot's current requirement that all field labels be unique results in cluttered forms when the same information is required in different contexts. For example, a form that requires the name, email, cell phone for the event attendee, their emergency contact, their family member plus the name and phone of their preferred medical practitioner, hospital, etc. Ideally, the use of section headers would negate the need to have unique names but currently this does not impact the unique field name requirement (indeed, it is only a visual section heading; not supported as such in the code).

  18. Website theme description (description, features, constrains) to simplify selection

    It would be great if beside each theme offered, there were a description of its main features and constraints, i.e: dynamic/flyout or static, dimensions of the header (if static - not sure how you would describe it if dynamic), easily replaceable elements, etc.

  20. Keep event registration invoices when actual event is deleted

    I deleted an event from past. Now I have hundreds of "overpayment". What is the best way to address these overpayments? In the future, can the event details and the financials somehow run independent of each other so we dont have to keep an bunch of past events?
