Customizing the Term "Bundle"
Could we have the ability to specify our own name for the word "bundle," wherever it appears in WA?
When a new member gets into WA for the first time and tries to figure out how it works, having a recognizable term for a bundle would smooth the way.

Group based events and group assignments during event signup
Our organization hosts an annual symposium with a large number of field trips. Due to the nature of the field trips we don't want them to be able to be viewed by the public and we only want registrants to be able to sign up for them.
One way to do this would be to be able to assign a group code to event registrants e.g. Symposium2016. Then have the field trip as a group only event where only Symposium2016 group members could sign up.
We also have non-members who register for symposium. So it would be nice if group tags could be added to contacts. Although I suppose we could create a "non-member" membership category.

When searching (including for saved searches), it would be useful to allow dynamic date ranges, such as:

Make Member directory listing fit more than 1st 50 members at a time
Referring to the Member directory listing, please make the listing quantity bigger. Currently only my 1st 50 members get most publicity, because then website visitors have to click on the drop down menu to get the next few members on the list. Most web visitors do not do that. They see the list of 50 that is open, and miss the rest.

Category List Gadget for Member Directory
It would be extremely helpful if a list of business directory categories was a gadget that auto generated.
I currently have a dropdown menu on the membership sign-up asking them what category a business is. Although I can add the dropdown results above the member directory, it shows all categories in the dropdown, not just the ones with at least 1 member. Also, some members have 2 categories which forced me to do 2 dropdowns that are identical.
So I wish adding member categories was a default option on the membership form options and that there was a gadget that was show a list of categories with 1 or more members.

Duplicate/clone contacts/members
Have an option to copy/duplicate an existing contact. It would make it easier to create contacts that are similar

be able to include the "date last paid" field within the membership reports.
for our financial audit, our auditors would like to see the "Date last paid" for each active member so they can test membership paid per fiscal year against money received per fiscal year.

Gamify Member's site participation
Gamify the activity of the members, please.
A point system could be set for contributions to the site. ie. New member 100 points.
posting from website to social media 10pts
leading a new event 100 pts
attending an event 25pts
taking a survey 10 pts
contributing content 25 points.... and so on.The points that members rack up are applied to advancement of levels, recognition, and perhaps rewards or prizes.
Members can see a Leaderboard and their ranking on that board.
I know that gamifying the participation of members will increase the participation and help identify and recognize emerging leaders. This approach has a strong appeal to those of the Millennial generation and those that use a lot of social media.
It would be a great asset to Wild Apricot !

PDF for the official tax Donation Receipt
We are just in the midst of switching over to wild apricot and I was very disappointed that when donations are made there is no option to send the official tax receipt as a PDF as it is not secure to send it as an email since it is too easy to change up the donation amount and date ect. Our current system sends an email after donation had been received thanking them and then letting them know they will receive a their tax receipt in another email attached as PDF please see email below

Due to this problem I am now going to have to create the official tax receipts myself and email them out as PDF or send them in the mail anytime someone makes a donation to us online through wild apricot which is time consuming when wild apricot is supposed to make my life easier.
If this could be updated I think you would be able to get more charities of a clients.

Full refunds for fully settled transactions
Please improve the refund process.
We take credit cards for attending our events. If a person later cancels and a refund is approved, it becomes quite confusing to record the transaction correctly. First, I find the item. Then I go to the 3rd party processor (not PayPal) and set up the refund to the credit card. Then I return to WA. I can locate the paid invoice, cancel settlement and refund the total amount. I do not see a button labeled Refund as described in the Help text, so I Save instead. Under Payments & Invoices, the original transaction shows a balance due. On the Invoices screen I see a Refund Settled transaction and no balance due on the date of the original invoice.
How about a simple 'cancel transaction and issue a full refund' process?

functionality to analyse event attendances, sponsors engagement - shift from purely information management to extracting value from the info

Add functionality to analyse event attendances (or other engagements with our supporters) in order to profile which sponsors are/are not engaged with our work. I appreciate this would be a major addition to the application and no doubt is quite far away. But that shift from purely information management to extracting value from the information - e.g. identifying sponsors who are becoming less engaged with our work - would be a genuine game-changer.1 vote -
Add "same as" option for home/billing address
For the majority of our club members, their Home Address and their Mailing Address are the same. However, some members have a P.O. Box as a mailing address so we carry both the Home Address and the Mailing Address in our data base. It would same time and improve accuracy if there was a box to check which auto-copied the fields that make up the Home Address into the corresponding fields that make up the Mailing Address. We have all the fields that make up the two address groups marked as required. If the "Same As" box is checked, filling in the Home Address would meet the "REQUIRED" setting on both groups of fields.

Allow me to move a gadget to another page
I have gadgets which I show for a while and then remove, and later bring back. It would be great if I could move this to another page as a place to save it, rather than having to re-write and re-configure a gadget each time I want to bring it back.

Donation Acknowledgement Internal Field
Hi! I would like to add a field to my database so that I can track whether or not our organization has sent a Thank You Note to a donor for their donation. This is NOT the same note as the system-generated confirmation of their online donation, this is a personal note written by our Executive Director. Is there a place that I can add a internally viewed field (that would NOT be seen by the donor on his/her profile when they logged in) that is attached to the donor’s individual donation? My ultimate goal is to be able to pull a query of donations that have a flag of “unacknowledged” or “acknowledged” (so this could be a simple Yes/No field, but ideally I would also like to add another Date field indicating when the Thank You letter went out, and another field indicating who the author of the Thank You Letter is), and then generate letters based on the contact list. At a minimum, I would like the query to be able to contain:

Query and Delete Archived contacts
Square Apricot suggested I post here, so here it goes:
There should be a way to query Archived members in order to do a large group delete based on specific criteria. As a example, query all archived contacts who do not have email addresses. Then do a group deletion of them.
In my case we no longer support a membership level. but we have 1200+ archived members that still hold the level. I cannot delete the level (to clean up the summary page) because contacts - although deleted - still hold that level. My only options are: 1) individually edit all 1200 records to change their membership, level; 2) Query by criteria and Export the archived contacts, change their membership level and then import them back in; or 3) Delete the ENTIRE set of archived records.
There should be a way to query, get the results and then have the option to delete, just like you have the option to group archive active contacts.Thanks for your time.
