Would love to be able to sort contacts by date added. Other admin-defined fields would be very useful.

Allow ascending and descending sorting in the "Contacts" and "Members" List view. This is often done by clicking on the column header to sort by that column header. Each time you click the header it swaps between ascending and descending. Also, allow descending sort with the saved layouts.

It would be far easier if all contacts are listed by surname, rather than first name. At the moment, I understand there is no facility to do this. Please could you look into a system that lists the contacts how ever a user would prefer to see them. Seems strange this isn't already available.

We would like to be able to list by member organizations rather than by individuals on our internal admin list of contacts.
