  1. Fields in Registration Forms

    Fields in Registration Forms need a "disable" option so we can cut off sign-ups for paper submission (academic conference) three or so weeks before the event, and also cut off sign-ups for meals a few days before the event (because of caterer deadlines). Right now the only way to handle this is to backup the registration data (i.e., put it into "Excel Hell") and then delete the field, thus loosing the data it held. Better yet would be to have a date-specified cutoff such as is available for Registration Types.

  2. Changing bundle members to nonmember or changing their level

    The Problem: A membership administrator tries to change a bundled membership to non-bundled membership and there are bundled members, the only option is to suspend or archive the bundled members.
    Request: Have the option to assign the bundle member as a non-member (regular contact).

    The same problem have bundle administrators, they can't remove members from bundle or change their membership level / bundle

  3. See how many views a forum post has received

    I've had a number of our members ask if it is possible to see how many times a forum post has been viewed. All our forums are 'Member' only and this feature would be very useful to review and judge member engagement. I hope there are others who would find this a useful feature if it was deemed acceptable to be introduced.

  4. Recording donations from non-contacts

    In the "Record Donation" page, donor details, allow option to create a new contact immediately using the details provided where the donor does not have a record in the organization. Current method of adding a contact first, followed by donation, is somewhat cumbersome.

  5. Events RSS Feed should include Start and End Dates and Times.

    The RSS feed for Events should include Start and End Dates/Times. This is basically unusable at this point, because the only thing surfaced is the "posting date".

  6. Manualy register several attendees for event

    I would like to be able to manually register more than one contact/member at a time for an event, either through an import or by being able to put a check beside every contact/member I would like to manually register and being able to select "All" as well.

  7. If email failure rate is high, notify admin and/or sender

    If an e-blast has an unusually high failure rate, notify the webmaster and/or the sender.

    The notification should include instructions on how to see the failures and the error messages, how to discover the reason for a failure, and how to resend to the failed addresses.

    The failure rate and who to notify could be user-configurable but should not default to nobody.

    And URLs in the displayed Failure Text should be clickable.

    This suggestion comes from having discovered that 15% of our e-blast last night was rejected by AOL and Yahoo. The error messages suggested resending, which worked. But if…

  8. Change word "Registration" to "Reservation"

    Allow rewording of "Registration is Closed." We do not always begin an event's reservations period as soon as it is posted. Saying registration is closed can be misinterpreted as meaning the event is full. This, people won't come back when reservations actually open. Let us substitute "Registration is not yet open" or "Registrations begin (date)" or omit it altogether. And while your at it, let us say "reservations" not "registration"; it's the word we've used for decades, the person who takes reservations is the Reservationist (who ever heard of a "Registrationist"?) and we think it's friendlier.   9. repeating fields

    Currently the member fields option does not allow a "repeating" field. Essentially we have simple datatypes for storing structured data, but some fields require a repeating field. For example:

    A field such as "articles of note" requires a field to support 1 or more links to an article. Even better would be to be able to combine existing data types in a "row" together that can be repeated by the end user.

    This way a member profile could have a potentially unlimited set of structures to store data about the member.

    You could have:

    1. Events of interest
    2. Articles online
    3. A…

  10. Just before importing, display example table of import data fields

    Display 5 or 6 examples lines of imported data, BEFORE actually importing. Reason: Somehow the phone numbers failed to import, even though I thought I'd checked everything carefully. Seeing a table of sample data for several records would have clearly shown me that the phone number column was empty.

  11. Reorder registrations

    I would like to be able to reorder (sort) the registrations to match my event. For example: our registrants are schools for a choral performance. I would like to be able to sort by the ultimate performance order. That is established 3 months prior to the performance and I download dozens of reports based on information gleaned from the registration forms. Thank you.

  12. Registration type with a drop down feature

    Need a registration type that has a drop down option with charge calculation.

    Examples:
    1@20
    2@40
    3@60

    Another way would be:
    Full package @ 275
    Daily package 1 @ 155
    Daily package 2 @ 170

  13. Add Preview functionality when creating or editing a page

    I'd like to be able to be able to preview a new page or an edited page - to see how it looks in Public View - without having to toggle to Public View and then toggle back if I see that changes are needed. Most content looks the same in both Admin View and Public View, but this isn't always the case.

    Link posts and events to social media channels. Allow them to sync. For example, allow a Calendar Event to sync to a linked Facebook Page. When creating a blog post, have an option for it to post to Twitter, Facebook, and a LinkedIn Page.

  20. Mobile App - View Membership Status when Viewing event registrants

    We need to be able to check-in registrants and also view their membership status at the same time. This way, we can gather payments for membership dues at the event.
    Currently, I have to check-in registrants and then visit their profile to view their status. There are many screens to visit before locating their status (if they have renewed or are still pending).
    Is it possible to have the event registrations screen also display their membership status?
