Pay at the door
Is there a way to add a "pay at the door" option so we do not have to process all payments through PayPal.

Export entire calendar
There should be a way to export the entire calendar, not just specific events, to an Excel file. We need to see the entire year on one page and by using the event feature it forces us to create a second document to edit.

Text Scrolling/Slider
I have been using a jQuery content slider called "bxslider". This however is now causing the "My Profile", "Invoices and Payments" to not display anything. As a workaround I am using the Wild Apricot Slideshow Gadget. I am taking the texts I wish to display, and saving them as a png file via Power Point. Maybe not the most efficient, but I need something up in a hurry and this worked. A big disadvantage of this method is that you can not have a link in the text, and not very scaleable.
I would like to suggest that Wild Apricot develop a gadget, similar to the Slideshow gadget, for text item. Need one that can display multiple lines of text, links, and possibly pictures. Should also be able to format the text individually, not as a whole, select a background, select how long a slide is visible, how fast it transitions and what type of transition. I'm sure there are a lot of other "options" (as can be seen by looking at bxslider) but this is a good start.

Slack Oauth integration
Slack https://slack.com is taking the world by storm on community building. You may have heard of how easy it is to participate in a real time discussion, with easy to use collab tools. It's killing email, they say.
Slack has OAuth v2 support. Wild Apricot has Oauth support. How about single signon support for Slack from WA?
This would make it really easy to add collab groups to an existing WA community and extend Wild Apricot's functionality to run meetings, projects and other collaborative, geographically distributed projects all through Slack.
Why not? Please +1 this if you think this is a good idea.

Emailing From Profiles
Can anyone advise me on the "message" links found in the member profiles?
What I mean is, when a member contacts another member by clicking on the button at top of profile, is there a way to "hide" the senders email address, or keep email back and forth private?

Attendance Report in Excel Format
I'd like to see the attendance report available to export in excel rather than only in PDF.... I know we can export the attendees and manipulate the data, but if you are going to create a report - it would be nice to have options for the export.

A Generic Directory Gadget
The one thing that I would wish for is a generic directory gadget to allow the creation of a resource for our members. e.g. a directory of useful links
I have tried to find a workaround for this but there does not seem to be any way to do it.

Option to Remove "(USD)" Next to All Dollar Amounts, etc.
Greatly respecting our Canadian friends (and owners), nevertheless -
We are a local club in the U.S. It's unnecessary clutter for us to show (USD) next to every dollar amount.
Is the currency abbreviation shown for all other currencies? Surely it's unnecessary clutter to show (EUR) when € is displayed, or (GBP) in addition to £.
Could we please have a checkbox to remove the three letter designation?

Customizing the Term "Bundle"
Could we have the ability to specify our own name for the word "bundle," wherever it appears in WA?
When a new member gets into WA for the first time and tries to figure out how it works, having a recognizable term for a bundle would smooth the way.
There are excellent terms for the bundle concept, but they differ from organization to organization. In just this thread http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825677-revising-bundle-membership-functionality-2492 , a bundle is used as a:

Remove tooltips from the menu bar
To me the tooltips are not useful on the menu bar because the tooltip simply repeats the name of the menu item
http://screencast.com/t/X2gdxssSFJg
and worse than that, often obscure items in the menu below. Is there any positive impact they are supposed to have?
If not, I would vote to have them removed (or made possible to remove) in the next release of the system version.

Recent additions to web site
It would be great to have a "recent additions to web site" feature that would simply use advanced search on modified time to list all recent changes to web content.
"Recent" could be an admin specified time interval (e.g. the last week), or more advanced, all changes since the user last visited the site.
In this way, folks could discover new web pages that had been created or modified, in addition to existing capability that just shows new forum posts and news items.

Enable "No Access" Forum Setting for Public
Hopefully this is a small change, but a useful one.
I would like to create a forum for private discussions among Board of Director members.
So as not to rub it in members' noses that there's a forum they are excluded from, I don't want it listed in the Forums List page.
So I restrict it to members of the Directors group.
Good: Members can't see it in the Forums list page.
Bad: Public visitors can see it. So can Members if they log out.
This thread http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308929-general-discussion-and-questions/suggestions/8825143-how-do-i-restrict-forum-access-to-members-only explains the reasoning behind disabling Public No Access. That's fine if you don't care about the public seeing the forum name.
But I do.
(More generally, why disable a setting because you think you know all the ways your customers will want to use your system?)

Xero Intergration
Xero fast growing cloud based accounting package. The offer a great discount to non-profits and I found the transition form Quickbooks to be great. It would be great to build an integration to sync WA members to Xero contacts and also WA invoices to Xero invoices. I find both platforms productivity boosters. It would great if they could work together.

Renewal Reminders for members without email addresses
It would be nice if there was a merge capability to be able to PRINT a manual renewal reminder to members who do not have an email address. We find many members WITH EMAIL addresses just do not open them and are therefore unaware that memberships have expired. While mail merges with Excel or Word are available, it would sure be a nice feature to just go to a form and have the system link the expiring members.
Then we could just print ourselves copies of the notices and send them out.
Thanks

Sign in Sheet
Hi!!
Please consider adding a participant sign in sheet to the event Reports choices. We have groups that require individuals to sign in physically as a proof of attendance. The attendance sheet you have is ALMOST perfect. Is needs a columns marked sign in and adequate space to work for our needs. Thanks for your consideration.

Event Attendees Self Check-in capability
We would like the capability to create a simple webpage that allows event attendees to enter their email address, or any other field we define (i.e., Member ID). System finds the event registration for that contact and checks them in to the event. This self-serve check-in feature is available only if the attendee has paid the appropriate attendance fee.
This would relieve work from our registration people at events. We would set up two or three computers at the registration table and allow attendees to check themselves into the event.
This would also encourage pre-registration and payment for events. We are having issues with many walk-ins as people are not pre-registering for events.
These event attendances would show up on each contacts events page in their contact profile.

More columns in Custom report layouts
We have the need for more columns in the Custom report layouts. Every month we have to supply reports to regulatory bodies, some which require up to 20 different pieces of information for each member. The limit of 5 columns makes this feature unusable.

"Link/URL" transforming membership field
When we use normal text fields and members want to post a lengthy URL (for example to a Facebook Page that includes browser parameters in the string) it totally destroys the page layout since the long URL will not be "word wrapped" into multiple lines but remain one single liner that extends the layers divs.
Solution: Have a NEW membership/contact field type named "Link field" where a member just be able to fill in legit URLs and the field encloses the URL in a link tag where you can either then have it displayed as "Link" in the member profile or as a short significant name of choice.

Event registration field from membership fields
Currently only Common membership fields can be included on the event registration form, but I would like to include custom membership fields on the event registration form as well.
Example: Certified and Associate members have a membership number from our national organization, but other members do not, so it is not a common field for all membership types.
When creating workshops, I want to include the membership number on the event registration, but have it automatically included from their membership field instead of creating a custom field for the event to have them type it again.

Emailing a subset of event registrants
I'd love to be able to email a subset of event registrants based on responses in registration fields. For example, emailing only those registrants who have indicated they'll be bringing a guest. In other words, allowing for some advanced email filters on an event page, similar to the advanced search filters. Thanks!
