email log and correctly counting links clicked
How the Log is created for clicked embedded links counts the number of links clicked rather than the number of people that click on a link in the email. This occurs when multiple links are included in an email. I would much rather see how many people were engaged to click rather than the number of links clicked. A simple example: email has 3 embedded links and is sent to 6 people. If 2 people clicked all 3 links, it will show 6 links clicked rather than only 2/6 people were engaged to click on the links. Vote to poll by link without login
I have created a poll for Admins only. I sent the link out via email to myself but have discovered that if I am not logged in and/or logged in but not in admin view I get the page not found (error 404). If I log in first and then go to admin view, the link takes me to the poll. People responding to an email link to a poll will usually not be logged in and get an error message.

A website that does what I need it to do when I want it to. Instead of one where I keep getting the sad broken page image every time I click on anything.

Poll a subset of contacts or members (e.g. by status, zip code)
I'd like the ability to poll a subset of members, using an list generated by an advanced contact search. For example, it would be helpful to be able to have a new-member poll or a poll of members in certain zipcodes.

Create store order by admin
It would be very useful if an Admin could create a store order on behalf of a member as we can do for invoices etc. At present only the logged on member can raise an order.

Sign in sheet
We manage a swim club and would like to record daily visits by members. This way we can track day to day, year over year and week over week attendance. Like a sign in sheet but tracked in Apricot.
Events do not really work for that.

API for the Website System
The current API (v2.1) does not support any of the content management system features like adding/removing/modifying pages or page templates.
A simple API to do the following would be nice to have
- Add a page
- See if a page exists by page name or URL
- Delete a page
- Make a page in menu
- Set a pages access control settings
- Make a page template
- Delete a page template

Automatic CSS syntax checker
When entering custom CSS through the CSS editor in the admin interface, it would be nice for CSS syntax to be checked on the fly before saving. It's pretty easy to make a syntax error and then beat your head against a desk thinking you are doing something wrong all because of a misplaced semi-colon or curly brace or wrong property name.

calendar view for mobile app vs list view
We would like to see an actual calendar on the mobile app vs a list of events. This list is also in REVERSE chronological order. It would be great to have the times listed as well.

Events Setup. Chair, Registration Types, Types for Guests, additional info editting
Events:
1. For some reason while I am analyzing the database, do searches based on group designations, the members are not coming up in last name order ….. even though the default at the top says last name sort.
2. It would be nice to have an 'Event Chair' field to enter the Chair Name to insert in the automatic emails as a Macro, instead of having to manually change the emails every time. This applies to new and renewal application emails too - 'Membership Chair'

Produce screen display data as a single, coherent table that can be exported or copied.
First, many people have asked for various ways to export various reports, but there are so many wishes that none of them has a lot of votes. Yet, overall, reporting is -- or should be -- a capability that any thoughtful organization should require.
Let me also preface that exporting raw data to a spreadsheet file is NOT a solution to the needs of many of us. 1) We came to WA to AVOID messing with spreadsheets. 2) Some of our (otherwise very competent) members (volunteers all) abhor spreadsheets. Indicate use of custom member renewal reminder email
An indicator of the existence of a custom member renewal reminder email in the Membership Level Details > Renewal policy tab > Renewal reminders and actions section. See mockup.
This would help when updating emails.

Email capability for read-only admins
Allow limited admins send email. One of my many complaints: "It’s too much working signing in and out between membership admin and workshops admin just to do simple tasks like sending an email."

I wish that database fields could be made "required" but only for certain membership types.
For example, we have a field named "Company Name" and I would like to make that a "required" field for members applying for one of our 'company' membership levels. However, we don't want it to also be "required" on our "student" or "individual" membership levels.
