Reorder registrations
I would like to be able to reorder (sort) the registrations to match my event. For example: our registrants are schools for a choral performance. I would like to be able to sort by the ultimate performance order. That is established 3 months prior to the performance and I download dozens of reports based on information gleaned from the registration forms. Thank you.

Split membership fees between chapter and parent organization
Our membership fees are split between our chapter and parent organization. I would like a feature to be able to reflect that.

Deep integration into Wordpress - Create Event Plugin -
The website themes and website builder feel out of date and complicated, but I love the membership and event features. I would love to see a deeper integration with Wordpress so I can use that to easily create content and not have to visit the WA site to create events. It would be great if the Wordpress plugin would include the ability to create Wordpress/WA events, create WA content - new post in Worpdress gets put somewhere in WA.

I mean not only membership and event payments but overheads and all clerical /admin chores... because all of that still lives in Excel :(

Event Reporting
We'd like to be able to pull aggregated reports of our events. Year over year, to see who is attending. Paid members vs. walk ins. Whether the price affects attendance, or certain months/seasons affect attendance. It would really help with forecasting and budgeting purposes. Thank you.

Transfer GST
Have GST transfer to QuickBooks and more information transferred from the Online Payments to Monersis (POS) reports so we can cross reference transactions when doing the bank reconciliations.

See which contact search got event announcements
After event announcements are sent out, there's no way to review which contact/member searches were selected. I have others building events and don't always review before announcements start going out. I'm looking for this b/c I've run into problems where emails go to the wrong list and I want to make sure I can at least address the problem.
It would really be helpful for all emails that get sent out through W.A. in any mass quantity.

Manual Invoice Custom message
We'd like to attach a message to the invoices manually issued for events with large registration fees...as opposed to using the general template that accompanies membership enrollment, renewals, etc.

Automatic email tracking
I am a new administrator for a museum website and email system, and I was surprised to find that open- and click-through rates were calculated for manual email sends but not for automatic sends. The latter becomes a time-consuming manual calculation, but no less important to our effort to measure the efficacy of our communications. Adding this summary would greatly improve the email product.

Renewing lapsed members who want to catch up overdue time
Ability to renew for multiple periods. Often members lapse then want to catch up. The system is set for a 1 year period but it would be great to be able to renew for say two years bringing the member up to current.
At the moment we have to fiddle with the due date if lapsed for over a year and it's really rather clunky!

Improve void invoice workflow
When voiding an invoice, it would be good to be able to enter a reason, that would be put in the internal notes. as to why this action is being taken.
At the moment one has to edit the invoice, add the reason, save the invoice and then void it. Clunky work-flow!

Saved contact or member search in email log
After an email is sent, it is impossible to determine which saved search was used – perhaps the search used should be recorded somewhere so that it can be used again and you don’t have to spend time guessing.

Back date renewal date to date of lapse when renewing
Right now, when a membership expires and is renewed past the expiration date, the renewal date is set from the date the member renews, (rather than the date the membership expired).
We would appreciate the following option: If a membership lapses the next renewal date is set to one period from the date the membership lapsed. (not the date that the membership is reactivated)

Event systems pages
Please consider adding the functionality of additional event details and event registration systems pages. We run events that require completely different logos and branding from all of our other events; it would be beneficial to be able to create separate pages for these.

Change Event Details Contact from Org Contact to Event Organizer
Currently, when a member views an existing registration, they see a link "To change or cancel, contact administrator." The link emails the default Organization contact, usually the webmaster.
It makes more sense to have that link email the Event organizer.
The Organization contact isn't likely to be involved in every event, particularly in a large organization.
