event sponsor
Every association I know of solicits sponsorships for their events. Adding this feature seems like a "must do" item to me.

Sponsorship gadget would definitely help, especially for event organizers and admins who don't want to think about formatting and fiddling about.

In addition to being able to include sponsorship registration (which we are currently doing through an 'event') we really could benefit from the ability to also have those sponsors automatically listed in a gadget as we always want to recognize our sponsors.

For our events we put the sponsor in the Event Details, Company Name, Logo, Link to Website. You can also add a registration type and allow only one and sell it for the amount of the sponsorship.

A congress includes sponsors & exhibitors packages with a number of registrations depending on what the companies buy. This feature is necessary for association. Please make it happen. :)
