Membership-specific administrators
Each of our membership levels has a different staff person as a liaison. We'd like the bulk/group emails and other functions to come from/be associated with the designated staff liaison rather than from our general account administrator email/account. Without this feature we are forced to use our generic info@ email address as our administrator account email. This gets very confusing and cumbersome because we don't want our program assistant to be bombarded with all these emails that she then has to sort through and forward to the right person on staff.

See which pages link to a page I'm managing
Hi,
A nice addition would be to see what pages link to a page I'm working on. For example, if I copy or rename a page, I may forget what other pages link to the original - potentially resulting in dead links. Can't always keep it all straight by memory.
Plus as a volunteer organization, we need a tool that can help provide reliable info when it's simply not feasible to document every detail of a website somewhere else.

Searching by and reporting on invoiced/paid by area by person
I would like to be able to search by the amount a person has paid money to the organization, across the board: membership, event, donation, etc. Right now I can do it only by choosing membership and/or donation, but don't see how I can capture event payment info in the search criteria.

Deleting event registraion types after copying an existing event
When copying a previous event there is no way to quickly delete unwanted registration types that get carried in from the previous event. You can only disable individual reg. types which is tedious.
It would be great if there could be a delete button beside each registration type within an event on the Event Registration Types page.

Need to limit Group Participation field access by membership level
When editing membership fields, we cannot set the membership levels that the "Groups" field applies to. We can edit any other membership field of type text, and we can say it applies to certain membership levels only, but not for the field that has groups. We have a new membership level that is for "Friends" of our organization, and they are not eligible to join groups. We don't want to mislead them. What to do?

Wording on the Member initiation and member activation email templates is backwards and needs to be reversed.

Create a button to send a "Renewal Confirmed" email to a member after editing date manually
Due to the error that a person who changes membership levels does not automatically get renewed at the same time, I have to manually edit their membership renewal date (i.e. from 2026 to 2027). This means they do not receive an automatic email. I would like to see a button to send a "Renewal Confirmed" email off to these members.

fulfill orders on a per item basis.
in our orders a different person fulfill different items. we would like to fulfill on a per item basis, currently we use internal notes to track what portion has been fulfilled, but the api does not allow this to be done programatically.

Export bundle coordinators and bundle members side by side
Although you can export the "Member role" field, bundle coordinators and their members are not shown side by side. This means organisations must manually cross-check Bundle IDs or coordinator emails after export to determine which members belong to which coordinator. This process is time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to scale for organisations managing many bundles.
Suggested improvement:
Add a “Bundle Coordinator” field (name and/or email) that appears on each bundled member’s export row, or
Provide a dedicated “Bundle Export” option that outputs coordinators with their linked members in a structured format.

Incorporate securely mapping member addresses into W/A (Feb 2026)
With privacy regulations and concerns, it would be great if W/A had in internal feature that could map members' home addresses to facilitate assessing member distribution for ride sharing, grouping reviews or similar management functions. Keeping member data within W/A is much preferred to uploading a membership list to an external mapping website that may or may not keep that data secure - either intentionally, accidentally or forced to release that information by some official order.

Show post thread on Forum reply page.
When replying to a forum post, the reply page does not show the original post. It would be hugely better to be able to view the various preceding posts when formulating a reply - especially if you are responding to more than one post.

Sort Photo album summary gadget
You can choose a sort order in the Photo Album gadget but there is no option to do that in the Photo Album Summary gadget. Seems like an over sight. Please implement.

Repeating events and event search by date
When using the admin Event List page to search events by date, repeating events only show up in the first month they were scheduled unless a text filter is also applied. If the event title doesn't have a unique string on which to filter, then to find the event one must know when it was originally scheduled, which could be months or even years in the past.
For example assume a repeating monthly event first schedule, say, January 10 2024. It appears on the calendar every month, and it would be expected that the admin event list search capability filtering…

Allow simple HTML in event titles
Please allow simple HTML tags in event titles, in particular, tags for italicizing text (<i>...</i>). Many of our events include the name of a movie, play, book, etc., and it would be best to italicize these names within the event title. If this suggestion is implemented, be sure to consider all of the contexts in which an event title may appear. For example, if an event title is "<i>Wicked</i> at Regal Cinema", then we don't want the PAGE title to be "<title><i>Wicked</i> at Regal Cinema</title>", as the <i>...</i> tags will be displayed as is in the browser's title field. Ability to View Member's Only Pages
As an Admin with full privileges, I am not able to view the member's only pages that I create myself because I am not a paid member via the definition given by Wild Apricot. If I build a member's only page and attempt to view it, it returns a 403 error.
Please add a category to your backend that automatically allows the person who has authorization to build the page to actually view the page as they build it.
Setting up special non-paid membership categories to add admins to so they can view the pages they build is a terrible…
