  2. Assign Resources to Events

    It would be helpful to assign resources to events, such as conference room, equipment, boat to be used, instructor name, speaker name. Currently the only attributes are location and date/time.

  3. Show post thread on Forum reply page.

    When replying to a forum post, the reply page does not show the original post. It would be hugely better to be able to view the various preceding posts when formulating a reply - especially if you are responding to more than one post.

  4. Sort Photo album summary gadget

    You can choose a sort order in the Photo Album gadget but there is no option to do that in the Photo Album Summary gadget. Seems like an over sight. Please implement.

  5. Repeating events and event search by date

    When using the admin Event List page to search events by date, repeating events only show up in the first month they were scheduled unless a text filter is also applied. If the event title doesn't have a unique string on which to filter, then to find the event one must know when it was originally scheduled, which could be months or even years in the past.

    For example assume a repeating monthly event first schedule, say, January 10 2024. It appears on the calendar every month, and it would be expected that the admin event list search capability filtering…

  6. Allow simple HTML in event titles

    Please allow simple HTML tags in event titles, in particular, tags for italicizing text (<i>...</i>). Many of our events include the name of a movie, play, book, etc., and it would be best to italicize these names within the event title. If this suggestion is implemented, be sure to consider all of the contexts in which an event title may appear. For example, if an event title is "<i>Wicked</i> at Regal Cinema", then we don't want the PAGE title to be "<title><i>Wicked</i> at Regal Cinema</title>", as the <i>...</i> tags will be displayed as is in the browser's title field.   8. Wild Apricot App Reports - We need the ability to view if event attendees are downloading the WA app. This if an efficiency issue.

    Whenever we have an event, we request the attendees download the WA App for the check-in process. We need to be more efficient with check-in as our organization and attendance grows. Please consider a feature where we can have reports to know if this is working.

    Get the SIMPLE event gadget option to NOT include random JavaScript
    This happens on a fairly regular basis. When I bring it to the CHAT's attention, sometimes it is taken seriously, sometimes it is brushed off as "have you cleared your browser chache?". Trust me, I make sure that the issue appears in Firefox, Chrom and Edge before submitting an ongoing issue.

  11. Configurable retries for payment failures

    When a recurring payment fails, Stripe retries every 6 hours, and then gives up after the 4th attempt. That is, within 24 hours, the subscription fails and is cancelled. Most often, payment fails because of insufficient funds on their credit card. If someone transfers more funds to their credit card, it can take 3 business days for the funds to clear - so it's crazy to retry so soon.   12. Ability to change font size and family in Mamber App - Event description/info

    In the Member App, Event info text is very small by default and does not follow font / font family set when entering this text. (Those setting appear to apply on to the HTML for a browser screen.) It looks as though in the Member app a 'serif' family is used. This, together with the small font make the description hard to read. We should be able to set font and family for both the HTML and the smaller screen Member App so both are readable. Settings (size and family( will probably be different for App and HTML

  13. Better membership reporting for bundles

    I would like to see clearer Membership reporting. When I go to Members > Summary, the numbers reported are for individual members. (Bundles are reported nicely but only for Total, not for Active or other categories.) When I go to Members > Reports, the numbers are reported by bundles but use the same name as the numbers of the previous page, which are reported by individuals. This is very confusing. I would love it if you would report Bundles next to the individual members as you do on the Members > Summary page. I've included two screenshots of the different…

  14. Availabilty to use own SMTP server

    emails sent using wildapricot servers for custom doamin sometimes get blocked or goes to spam . There should be an option to put own smtp server settings with ssl/tls authentication so that email can be send safely

    I'd like a macro that can be used to display ALL membership levels and prices. This way when I sent out for example renewal notices, I can simply include the macro to let members know what levels are available.

    Currently we must hand-edit 8 different email templates every year, as well as update multiple sections of the website that list membership information. This is because rates change every year.   16. Multiple registration codes per registration type

    Permit more than one registration code per registration type.

    Currently there is only one code allowed per type. For some events, I may have registration categories for "vendor" or "speaker", who all share the same code. If I want to limit the number of uses per vendor, there is no way to do that without setting up multiple registration types per vendor, which gets unwieldy (and ugly) very quickly.

    As a use case, I may have two vendors with one entitled to bring four participants and one entitled to bring two participants, with nothing preventing either from adding more than…

    Registration Ticket Type needs to be included in the member app in similar fashion as it is in ADMIN. We use Ticket type to segregate registrations for an event that may have multiple race distances. Currently from the member app, you can see who has signed up but cannot distinguish which race everyone is in. The admin app does show these registration ticket types (though it too is lacking any kind of filtering/sorting capability).     Recurring donations - Not being able to change where a donors money went at their request is an UPMIFA violation and prevents nonprofit organizations from being in compliance. It has to do with restricted and unrestricted gifts and is really a huge issue being missed by WA that prevents organizations from being in compliance with their donor requests to have funds restricted or unrestricted. You can change them on non-recurring payments, but being prevented from editing current or past recurring donations is a huge issue.

  20. Allow for updating Opt-In Status via API or Make.com

    Please allow us to update a contact's email Opt-In Status via the API. As a workaround to limitations of Wild Apricot's email subscriptions feature, some of us use third-party forms to collect subscribe requests, and we need a way to mark these new subscribers as opted-in.
