  1. Ability to edit event visibility from main admin page

    It would be amazing to be able to edit event visibility from the main page, instead of needing to open each event individually. This would make it easier to open registration for events that were built in admin-only view, as well as archive previous events.

  2. Additional information for the saved searches, last run, last updates, etc.

    Provide metrics to assist in managing Saved Searches such as last time run, average run frequency, if the search is linked an area on the webpage and/or allow description field similar to what is offer in groups. This would help in periodically cleaning up Saved Searches.

  3. Buttons needed on auto membership and donor email templates

    While reworking our default automatic member and donor emails, we found that we are not able to add buttons to the email as we can in other templates. It is critical to be able to have functionality that draws someone to engage an email, renew membership, donate to our cause. Buttons are a component in emails that is needed to draw attention to an action. Please add a button feature to the default membership and donation email templates.

  4. Payment Instructions in HTML

    Payment instructions (https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/524-payment-settings#instructions) currently support only text, but they are commonly embedded in places (such as invoices or e-mails) that support HTML. Our members find the limitation to text extremely inconvenient, as they would like to see the QR code (a PNG graphic) used for e-banking in Switzerland (and elsewhere) instead of having to enter our account details in their e-banking applications.
    We would also like to provide a link to a downloadable payment slip (also used to expedite e-banking) and, in the case of events, to our no-show policy, which explains their financial obligations in case of…

  5. Add PUT options to Online Store API

    Thank you for adding some Online Store options to the API. These are great for writing scripts to extract and process the orders. I would like to see addition options to EDIT store products.

    I use the online store for a once-a-month market. Each month there are some products that remain, some that are no longer available, and some new items. I'd love to be able to update stock numbers and status (Public, Admin Only) via the API.

  7. Several admins in a single bundle

    I would like to see the ability to have more than 1 bundle administrator. For example, with company memberships, sometimes there is a need for a Finance Bundle Admin, as well as a general Bundle Admin. Finance Bundle admin would receive invoices and membership renewals, general Bundle admin would be able to add and remove members.

    1: Track Inventory
    We should be able to track the numbers we set in the stock field. I can imagine that this is not simple to achieve but a simple Comment-field with a copy of the content of the Stock field should do)

  10. We need to be able to register and pay for all or some members at one time.

    Once all members have been validated as members allow the administrator to go back and make choices for different decisions required (i.e. dinner or lunch choice). Once that is proceed to payment.

  11. Change to Bundles: Allow the use of Extra Cost fields in the profiles of Bundle Members

    Today the system has a limitation: For bundle memberships, extra cost fields will only appear to the bundle administrator, not to individual bundle members.
    So if you add the extra cost field, only the bundle admin will be able to interact with it, the other members in the bundle won't be able to.
    I would like to add Extra Cost fields to Bundle Members profiles.

  13. Offer new/out-of-date users help navigating when they log on

    Would appreciate some advice -- is there a way to modify the log-in gadget and/or the authentication page to detect users who haven't logged in for some time and offer a tutorial on navigating the website?

  14. Add Supported File Type .FIT

    A FIT file is a GIS data file used by Garmin GPS sport devices and Garmin software. It contains location and time information logged on the GPS device during a run, bike race, or other athletic event. FIT files can be uploaded to the Garmin Connect Web service for personal fitness tracking.

    Currently you have to convert a FIT file to other formats. You would need to convert a FIT file to various GPS and other file formats. Some of these formats include GPX, CSV, KML, and TCX

    If possible, please add .FIT as a supported file type

  15. Event announcement link tracking doesn't include clicks from macro 'Registration Buttons'

    While it's extremely handy to insert the registration buttons macro into event announcements, recipient interaction with them isn't recorded on the email log. For example, an announcement I sent out this week has one link click recorded against it.

    However, six additional bookings immediately followed the announcement. The only way to capture this data is to manually cross reference registrants registration date/time with the event announcement. The bookings clearly occurred as a result of the announcement. However, as registrations through the buttons aren't included in the tracking data it's pointless using the email log to evaluate the impact of event…

  16. Alight layouts to left

    Right now, even if left justified, the gadget the text block is in is still centered. Could a change be made so the email text is all to the left? That would help make it look more like a human is sending the email than a CRM.

  17. Being able to Edit Forms after Submitted

    It would be great for registrants to be able to edit forms after being submitted. Either to add in more information later or to update information. Currently, any edits must be done MANUALLY by the Event Coordinator, which can lead to big headache.

  19. Lapsed members redirected to generic /Sys/Error/403 when voting

    I'm on a 30-day trial and tried an election style poll. Some of my test members have lapsed memberships. When they click on the poll link and login they are sent to a generic /Sys/Error/403 page saying

    I am a member of two 2 different organizations that use wild apricot. The app only allows being logged in to one. I have to log out and back in every time, which is annoying. It would be great to use the app with several memberships
