    Get the SIMPLE event gadget option to NOT include random JavaScript
    This happens on a fairly regular basis. When I bring it to the CHAT's attention, sometimes it is taken seriously, sometimes it is brushed off as "have you cleared your browser chache?". Trust me, I make sure that the issue appears in Firefox, Chrom and Edge before submitting an ongoing issue.

  2. Configurable retries for payment failures

    When a recurring payment fails, Stripe retries every 6 hours, and then gives up after the 4th attempt. That is, within 24 hours, the subscription fails and is cancelled. Most often, payment fails because of insufficient funds on their credit card. If someone transfers more funds to their credit card, it can take 3 business days for the funds to clear - so it's crazy to retry so soon. They need to be at least a few days apart to allow people time to actually rectify the problem that caused it to fail. Please either let us configure when the…

  3. Ability to change font size and family in Mamber App - Event description/info

    In the Member App, Event info text is very small by default and does not follow font / font family set when entering this text. (Those setting appear to apply on to the HTML for a browser screen.) It looks as though in the Member app a 'serif' family is used. This, together with the small font make the description hard to read. We should be able to set font and family for both the HTML and the smaller screen Member App so both are readable. Settings (size and family( will probably be different for App and HTML

  4. Better membership reporting for bundles

    I would like to see clearer Membership reporting. When I go to Members > Summary, the numbers reported are for individual members. (Bundles are reported nicely but only for Total, not for Active or other categories.) When I go to Members > Reports, the numbers are reported by bundles but use the same name as the numbers of the previous page, which are reported by individuals. This is very confusing. I would love it if you would report Bundles next to the individual members as you do on the Members > Summary page. I've included two screenshots of the different…

  5. Availabilty to use own SMTP server

    emails sent using wildapricot servers for custom doamin sometimes get blocked or goes to spam . There should be an option to put own smtp server settings with ssl/tls authentication so that email can be send safely

  6. macro for all membership levels

    I'd like a macro that can be used to display ALL membership levels and prices. This way when I sent out for example renewal notices, I can simply include the macro to let members know what levels are available.

    Currently we must hand-edit 8 different email templates every year, as well as update multiple sections of the website that list membership information. This is because rates change every year.   7. Multiple registration codes per registration type

    Permit more than one registration code per registration type.

    Currently there is only one code allowed per type. For some events, I may have registration categories for "vendor" or "speaker", who all share the same code. If I want to limit the number of uses per vendor, there is no way to do that without setting up multiple registration types per vendor, which gets unwieldy (and ugly) very quickly.

    As a use case, I may have two vendors with one entitled to bring four participants and one entitled to bring two participants, with nothing preventing either from adding more than…

  8. Show ticket type in member app

    Registration Ticket Type needs to be included in the member app in similar fashion as it is in ADMIN. We use Ticket type to segregate registrations for an event that may have multiple race distances. Currently from the member app, you can see who has signed up but cannot distinguish which race everyone is in. The admin app does show these registration ticket types (though it too is lacking any kind of filtering/sorting capability).     Recurring donations - Not being able to change where a donors money went at their request is an UPMIFA violation and prevents nonprofit organizations from being in compliance. It has to do with restricted and unrestricted gifts and is really a huge issue being missed by WA that prevents organizations from being in compliance with their donor requests to have funds restricted or unrestricted. You can change them on non-recurring payments, but being prevented from editing current or past recurring donations is a huge issue.

  10. Is there a way to filter out those members who already purchased an item from the reminder email?

    1. I will like to send out an email reminder about deadline to purchase item from the store. Is there a way to filter out those members who already purchased an item from the reminder email?
    2. On the store order page is there a way when I get the items to do a select all to marked fulfilled.

    Allow for web page width flexibility to be wider on the page. Currently the maximum width of content leaves a lot of white space on either side on desktop monitors and laptops. It seems that this can be accommodated without sacrificing any type of functionality.

  12. upload privleges

    I don't know if this has been requested previously but is would be great if it was possible to set the folders that those with limited Admin access (eg Activities Admin) can use. I keep telling and showing those Admins where to upload their pictures for events and newsletters that they create, but they are loading them in multiple places and then I have to clean them up which is a tedious process.

    Can access be set to a user account, so that I can easily restrict which folders they can or cannot use?

  13. Add EventID query to Finances.PaymentAllocations

    Unlike Finances.Payments and Finances.Invoices that will return all payments/invoices, or all payments/invoices for an Event (or Contact), PaymentAllocations only returns results for a single invoice or payment. This can slow down scripts by several orders of magnitude.

    Would be great if the PaymentAllocations GET call was expanded to add an EventID query (like Finances.Payments), or even to return all payment allocations, rather than only one at a time.

    Use case: I want to generate a list of all the payments made to an event, showing the actual $$ that each payment was TO THE EVENT. Calling GET on the Finances.Payments…

  14. HST Charges

    HST must be charged on basis of where the product or service is provided. If we hold an event in Ontario then this needs to have 13% HST applied but the current system appears to use different locations (and rules) maybe based on address of customer, address of registered credit card??
    The system does not comply with CRA guidelines at this point and needs to be fixed

    Put two action buttons on every page that
    -- Print a simplified version of the page with less clutter / header graphics
    -- Email the page and a link to various Saved Search groups

    This is automatically there in Joomla! and I suspect also in Wordpress

    We are currently using the Wild Apricot Admin application to check members into events. I understand that users can scan into events using a QRF code from the user app. There should be a way that users can scan themselves into an event. For example, we should be able to create a QRF code that users can scan and be submitted into the attendance?

    Allow members to do an Advanced Search of the Directory using more than one term in a search field (or using the same field more than once. As an Admin I can search for multiple terms (e.g. "1972" and "Cutlass") by adding a second instance of a field. I would like our members to be able to do the same type of search in the directory.

    Please put up a pay option box without AMEX listed. We don't take AMEX. Even with a not saying we don't take AMEX, this is confusing for our members.

  19. Mass register waitlist registrants to event

    We put everyone on waitlist when they sign up because there are limits to each type of accommodation we have. Once I can confirm that the member can have the one they asked for, then they are registered. I use a spreadsheet to match people to their rooms, so I come back to WA knowing who is in etc. Now I must go to each one separately to register them. I have over 50 people who signed up.
