I would like to receive an alert when certain contacts/members register for events.
I would like to receive an alert when certain contacts/members register for events. The reason for this is some of them have multiple delinquent payments or a poor record of paying on time. I do not want to fully block them from registering, as I would be fine with them attending as long as they pay in advance.

bulk upload for multiple coupon numbers
Would be nice to bulk upload individual coupon codes from an excel spread sheet instead of having to put each code in by hand.

view registration codes more easily
Is it possible to display all the registration codes (if any) for each registration type in the "registration types & settings" tab? Also adding it when generating the registration type report would be helpful also.

Event scroll bar
You used to have an Events gadget with a scroll bar. The gadget had a set size but unlimited listing which the scroll bar allowed the user to view all events.
Why did you remove this? Or is it not offered in all themes? Why would it not be standard across all themes?Thanks

Field Specific Options when Merging Contacts
When merging contacts it's suppose to keep the record you've chosen but it picks & chooses what to keep in the permanent file, specifically the date fields which are extremely important to my database.

Offer a Low-Priced Level for Website Hosting Alone
I've been trying to get a website going for a non-membership organization. WA's web editing features beat everything I've looked at. Wix.com is the only thing that's as easy to use, but they do so many things wrong that WA just nails.
But the $40/month price point is several times higher than web-only hosting services, and more than my other group can afford.
I would pay $10 or even $15 a month for an account with a few admins and no additional contacts.

We don’t currently have plans to offer a “website only”, but it’s an interesting comment.
Looking forward to hearing more from other users.

Allow the option to customise fields on Email Member system page
As there is no option to add a contact form and the workaround suggested means diverting to the Email Member system page, it would be great to be able to customise the fields on this page as per the specific enquiry.

settle all invoices when recording a single payments
Offer a "settle All" button.
When someone pays for multiple items with a check, I have to settle each invoice separately. If they are paying for all events with that check, it would be nice to have a "Settle All" option to settle all items in the pop up box.

Pro-Rate Renewal Invoices when changing to an annual billing on a certain date.
We are switching from a renewal based on their join date, to a specific date next year. We wanted to have the Wild Apricot system automatically pro-rate everyone that renews to that new date.

search Blog titles
When I tried on our trial site (WATrial11) a search on 'VSO' brought up four hits, but NOT the blog entry with a title containing that acronym.

Show event on calendar until end of day
We don’t register for most events – yes the people who post the events want them to remain on line for some period after the start. One person wanted them to remain for about 2 hours in case an event was cancelled so they could note that that occurred – editing them after they are disabled didn’t seem possible. Why I am not sure but that was the ride leader consensus.
We have to account for events for insurance purposes. Also keeping them on line for at least some time after the initial start allowed people who were late to…

I have no trouble with adding a picture or background colour, but is there a way that we can add a picture, but fade it so that it is just lightly in the background?

Control which saved searches to show in the list
From what I've read so far through the apps we are not able to create new searches or modify existing searches that have been saved through the desktop version of WA. Could there possibly be a way to add a checkbox on the full version of WA searches to show only those searches in the app? We have a lot of internal searches that don't necessarily need to be included on the app, but it would be nice to be able to reduce the number of searches in the app list to only those that are deemed necessary for our…

Move column description above the entry on the form
Can the description of a column be moved above it on a form? Right now, on a registration form, I can add a description, but it shows up BELOW the textbox/radio buttons/checkboxes/etc on the form. This is really confusing on the form. I would like the description to show up at the top.
For example, I have a column called "Volunteer" where I am asking when my member can volunteer to help out. This is a required multiple choice column that has 9 options. But the description of this column doesn't show up until after all the choices are listed.…
