Background Pictures/Watermarks
I have no trouble with adding a picture or background colour, but is there a way that we can add a picture, but fade it so that it is just lightly in the background?

Maybe I'm not understanding the request. But can this be accomplished by making a copy of the picture and fading it so that it is very light, and using that for the background? I do this all the time with my backgrounds.

Only using CSS, requires programming skills. I'll keep this post in Wishlist to see if this is a popular request and we need to do something about it in future.
