  2. Ability to sort Email Log by Eblast

    I would like to see only Eblast sent so I can look at their stats.

    Please add a sort option for "Eblast" to help me sort some 4,000 emails much easier to see how effective our eblast are. Thanks, Tim

  3. Events RSS Feed should include Start and End Dates and Times.

    The RSS feed for Events should include Start and End Dates/Times. This is basically unusable at this point, because the only thing surfaced is the "posting date".

  4. Edit message on event page so that it doesn't automatically say SOLD OUT

    ability to edit the message that appears on event page when waitlist is enabled.
    Waitlist option is turned on BEFORE registration opens and would prefer the message not to say SOLD OUT.

    We'd like to attach a message to the invoices manually issued for events with large registration fees...as opposed to using the general template that accompanies membership enrollment, renewals, etc.

  6. Renewing lapsed members who want to catch up overdue time

    Ability to renew for multiple periods. Often members lapse then want to catch up. The system is set for a 1 year period but it would be great to be able to renew for say two years bringing the member up to current.
    At the moment we have to fiddle with the due date if lapsed for over a year and it's really rather clunky!
    This would be another work-flow improvement.

  8. Expose waitlist on calendar details when a member is logged in

    Please expose the wait-list in the event details reached from the calendar when a member is logged in -- just like how a logged-in member can tell who is actually registered for the trip by clicking on the "X registrants" link (e.g. please add an "Y wait-listed registrants" link)

    Why: I have 50+ event organizers and three Event Administrators in Wild Apricot. My organizers (and event participants) would like to know who is signed up and who is on the wait list. But you can only see an event's waitlist in the Event Administrator's Admin view. And my Event Administrators…

  9. Choosing a date on Membership Form is Difficult

    I am not sure what the date format is supposed to be (would be helpful if that was a tool tip). If you start typing a standard format such as 11.25.74 or 11/25/74 it states the date format is invalid.

    If you use the calendar to select the date, it starts at December 2016 and takes considerable time to scroll to the correct month. It is also hard to use on an Ipad or tablet.

    My suggestion would be to allow a more standard date for people to enter and give an example of what is expected so they are…

  10. Mobile app. Add more statistics about contacts and members

    It's a developer's created topic.
    In the contact dashboard you can see a "total contacts", a "total members" and a "new members" numbers now.

  11. Overview of Event Registrations

    I would like a way to see an overview of upcoming events and their start & end dates and how many people are registered for the event vs. the registration limit. I would use this primarily to determine which events have poor enrollment so that I could spend time trying to boost enrollment.

    I could see myself using this also for past events - to see which events did better than others.

  12. export registrants automatic

    On the Export Registrants button, can we have a way to have these reports generated automatically say the day before the event and go to the event organizer? Currently we can only access this with an Admin.

    The alternative for us would be the ability to choose which information is displayed in Public View for the Registrants list.

  14. Simplify setting event access mode when creating a new event

    On the Create new event page you see:
    - Admin Only (default)

    If you want to change from the default you click Admin Only and...

    You are presented with a dialog box with these options
    - Public
    - Admin only (selected)
    - Restricted

    Then you make your selection
    Then you click Save

    Why not move the contents of the dialog box to the Create New Event page where the initial selection Admin only is shown?
    You can set the default Admin only by a 3 option radio button

  15. Event Promo section for each Event that can be customized and included as a macro

    1. In an automatic promo email, is there a macro or something that will insert either just the first part of an Event’s description, or a shorter description we would custom-write (different for each event)? The reason for this is that some events have very long, detailed descriptions that would be inappropriate for a promo email, and/or disclose “too much” in the email. Often our aim is to drive them to the site for more information. But there is no macro that we can use, and we found no workaround, other than writing custom copy for each and every automatic email.

  16. Recording attendance of Guests at an event

    I would like an easier way of recording attendance of Guests at an event . Currently, as I understand it, the only way to record attendance of a guest is by showing that person as a guest of someone who has registered for it, or by creating a new contact, then searching for that person in the database, and then manually registering him/her, and then recording the attendance. Should be much easier, especially when Guests are potentially new, dues paying members.

  17. Fix 'Select event' dialogue

    Please fix the 'Select event' dialogue used for the 'Registered for specific event(s)' search criterion.

    1. Install a search box. I have almost 1,000 past events to manually scroll and scan through.

    2. If I want to add one more event to the list, when I go back to the dialogue, none of the events are checked! I have to start all over again.

    Currently contacts, members, and event registration forms have customizable data fields that offer user interface options to control data entry. This proposal is to provide that functionality to events as well. In addition existing data fields, including the event tag field, would also receive UI options including preset options. The UI elements could be used by both administrators and by members submitting event proposals.   19. New Email Functionality Very Confusing

    Do not like the new email features and functions. Our club doesn't like it either. There is no intuitive way to 'save' your draft so that you can go back to it. The only way to do this is to click on the "X". Then, it asks if you want to save and exit. Again, not intuitive for the average user.

  20. Setting who sees what pages in one spot rather than having to edit each page

    I have several membership levels, each with access to specific pages depending on their membership level.To do this I have to go to each individual page to set access levels. I would like a feature that would allow me to designate pages to specific membership levels without having to edit each individual page.
    I envision seeing all pages listed with a radio button for each membership level maybe so I can scroll down the pages and designate who sees what pages in one spot.
