Limit event count by total n umber os seats
We need to be able to limit registrations by the total numbert of seats available. So we have a "Member Couple" registration, which is for 2 seats, and a "Single Member" which is 1 seat. We also need to be able to include Guests in the total number of seats, as well as a count of Children.

Adding contacts without upgrading account
Would like to have the ability to add 250 contacts without upgrading. We don't see the value in upgrading our account just to get more contacts. Will be using Constant Contact to manage our contacts. Very frustrating.

Change "Public" button to "Members only" button
AGAIN I ask if the button “Public” can PLEASE be changed to “Members”. If not immediately, can it please be added to the next update of Wild Apricot. This one button continues to create confusion, with many folks thinking this truly mean public. Or at the very least, make it optional so clubs can change appropriately. Our (seniors) membership continue to think this mean open to the general public.
I was able to replace the word donation, with the word payment, in most instances, which is what applies in our instance. So I respectfully suggest the same option be available for that "public" button.AGAIN I ask if the button “Public” can PLEASE be changed to “Members”. Let Admins "un-void" an invoice
We ABSOLUTELY need to be able to resurrect/"un-void" invoices that have been expired. It is possible that a member mails a check and it arrives after due date, but I will honor the post mark if it is before the deadline. I want to be able to "un-void" an invoice, and not need to generate a new one.

A method to check if new members are also members of a associated club
Our hiking club, Green Valley Recreation Hiking Club is a DBA of a larger non-profit, Green Valley Recreation. Members must first belong to the GVR before they can join our hiking club. It would be nice to have GVR's database of members' numbers and the capability of comparing your member list to the GVR database list to ensure they are a member before allowing them to join the hiking club. Any ideas?

Connect Forums to Tapatalk
The forums cannot be easily accessed from mobile devices, and should either be able to connect to Tapatalk, or another mobile app that allows for mobile access. Or include forum access in the WildApricot Member App

Distribution List for mass email
I would like to have a feature where I can have a email distribution list that I can use to send emails to the group. Currently only ADMIN user can create a search list and send email to the group. But I do not want to give Admin function to this person. Someone I designate as a user should be able to send mass email to the distribution list created from the members list. Provide for default dates for event notification emails
It would be great if there was the ability to set up default date (days before the event) for event emails. We basically use the same timing of emails for each of our events. It would be much easier if we only had to do this once rather than with each event. Thanks

Simultaneous admin view and public view
There is currently no way to have admin and public views in the same session at the same time (I need to have different devices, browsers, or accounts [including incognito/guest]). This can be quite annoying if I need to make a change based on something in the website.

Include text of support request in automated emails
Include text of support request in automated emails about that ticket. I often forget exactly what I asked when I submitted a ticket and all I can see is the title of it, but not the text of it.

Expo
Are there any plans to incorporate Tradeshow/Conference Mangement Tools within the system? I am such great need of a system to run our Tradeshows (all in one). Corporate Sponsors, Exhibitors, Floor Plans. Speaker management system where speakers can upload their bio's, headshots, session descriptions and hand outs. A system that would generate the program from the data entered. If not can you recommend one that we can incorporate in a widget or something? Thanks!

Registration Type for Guests too
The system needs to allow for choosing registration type for a guest. Currently guests pay the same price as registrants or special price. It would be easiest to handle Families using the guest feature (no repeated contact info or memberhsip, etc.).
