Dump the new email editor
Dump the new email editor and go back to the legacy editor so the event emails use the same editor as the email service. The new email editor is HORRIBLE. It is completely inflexible from a design standpoint, and worthless. Another option would be to give your users a choice of which editor to use if you think the new one is so great.

Apply Email Editor for Events and Member Emails
We were all switched to the new email editor, which I have gotten used to. Now, why can't the event and membership emails use the same editor? It is frustrating to create a template in the new editor and not be able to apply it to an event or membership email without it bringing in lots of awkward tables. Being able to use the same email editor in all parts of Wild Apricot would be really helpful.

Apricot branding is over[powering the site.
Under colors and styles: make apricot branding configurable. I am receiving user complaints that your branding stands out as much as the site content and users are clicking the button. It's frustrating users, much like being ambushed by wanted ads. Because I cannot make it smaller font or muted colors I am being forced to request that Apricot remove their branding.

Use Organisation as Forum and Blog author
I would like to use the member's ORGANISATION as the author for the Blogs and Forums. Our first and last name are private to the public so it just comes up as Anonymous which isn't good. On the private forums the author is first and last name when really it should be on behalf of their organisation.

Make Larger Images Responsive (Resize for Mobile), or At Least Warn Editors
Currently, web page images wider than 567 pixels are not responsive - i.e., not automatically resized for mobile screens. An admin editing a web page may make an image wider, in order to take advantage of the total width on a desktop screen, unaware that the image may then be too large to be seen on a mobile screen.
Best fix: Make all images responsive, up to the maximum width supported by any browser window.
Minimum fix: Warn editing admins by changing the "Large" size choice to "Largest Responsive" when the image is wider than 567 pixels.

Make Slider Background Modifiable
The slider background, which shows underneath the slider behind the thumbnails, is blue on our theme. This creates a big blue bar that is distracting and doesn't fit the rest of the colors. We need to be able to set the background of the slider just like we can on other gadgets and sections.

Member directory gadget quick filtering format needs improving
The Quick Filtering option for the member directory gadget can use some better formatting and options.
REQUEST #1: Up to 4 fields can be selected for Quick Filtering, but not all of the contact/membership fields are included as options. Include more the fields as options.
REQUEST #2: The space for the Quick Filtering is set up to accommodate 4 options. If fewer than 4 options are selected in the setup, there are empty spaces where the others would be. This makes it look strange, especially when the values are long and are word-wrapping even when there is plenty of empty space that could be used. Please make the formatting dynamic so when 4 options are selected they each get 25% of the space, 3 options get 33% of the space, 2 options get 50%, and 1 option gets 100%.

Sorting archived contacts
Can we sort archived contacts by date archived. This will make compliance with GDPR much easier.

Show event attendance in public registration details
When someone tries to print out their event attendance from their profile, the Checked in mark does not show up. Is that a feature that could be added? Our members can use this report for reporting continuing education hours.

Suggestion for slide show gadget
For SLIDESHOW CONTROLS >> RANDOMIZE ORDER: It would be great if the order were randomized for each run-through, but each photo gets displayed once per run-through.

Cancel by Attendee is Confusing
We host many small group no-fee events and need attendees to be able to cancel themselves but the process of cancelling causes confusion. When they go to My Event Registrations they see a list of events. To see the Cancel button then need to click on an event but not on the event title. Many of them click on the event title and see the event listing. Also having the contact Admin to make changes banner means they do not realise they can cancel themselves. Please can you find a way to make this process easier and less prone to confusion. We often have events running with empty places and several on the waitlist.

Event email customizarion
When only the event date is specified, i.e. no event start time, the current "When" line is :
"When: 23 Dec 2020 , EST"
Different format is needed depending on the event information filled in i.e. with or without start time, end date and end time.
I require to insert a series of "if" statement to determine the event information provided and insert the appropriate data on the "When" line without superfluous blank characters.
Having the capability to assign the output of a macro such as "{Event Date}" to a javascript variable would allow me to resolve this and similar other issues in event massages customization.When only the event date is specified, i.e. no event start time, the current "When" line is :

Selecting roommates during registration
We do multiple Ski Tours each year. Each registrant registers and selects the room type and roommate configuration. ie: Double, triple etc up to seven roommates( three bedroom units).
1) During our registrations for events, we request whom the registrant would like to share a hotel room with. This in turn allows us to match up persons with the rooms and discover how many rooms are actually required for our trips/tours.
Is there a way to have a lookup table inserted or access to the membership list at that time so they could just select their roommate/s from the list. This way would eliminate the numerous errors in spelling of the roommates name and the formatting errors when they enter a name.
No option I could find to do this.
Option two would be to be able to enter first name and last name in two separate boxes in a table.
number of rows would depend on number of roommates.
No option for this either??

Customize What Store Emails Being Sent
My customers are complaining about getting too many email when they place an order in the store. I would like the ability to choose which emails are sent out automatically--I feel they don't need a notice for order confirmation in addition to a receipt, and don't need a fulfillment email when they're also getting the digital content emailed. It's overwhelming and easy to miss the email with the actual digital content in it.

Same address for all bundle members
I would like an option to tie all bundle members to the address of the bundle administrator. If the bundle administrator changes their address, it automatically updates all members in the bundle. This option should be optional. Some bundles will have members with different address, but some will not want to make the same address change for all members of their bundle

Don't auto populate password / email address when editing in admin mode
When editing a members record that doesn't have an email address, it always puts in our admin password and admin email address. Then we have to delete it out before saving the record. Can you make it so that it doesn't auto populate? This would save us a tremendous amount of time when updating our members.

Saving Invoice Line Item
There should be a way to save invoice line items and create a drop-down list so some manner of consistency exists. makes no sense that there is no drop-down if predefined items.. I have never seen accounting that does not have the option to select or create a list of invoice line items!
