Currently we cannot differentiate between a receiver required to action on the content of the e-mail and one or more recipients that are just copied for information. For us it is of particular importance to have these two options.
Your system is a great success for us and we want to commend you for a must well done offering.

Allow the option to customise fields on Email Member system page
As there is no option to add a contact form and the workaround suggested means diverting to the Email Member system page, it would be great to be able to customise the fields on this page as per the specific enquiry.

Stop defaulting to heading of recent post
I wish Wild Apricot would stop defaulting the heading of my new idea to the heading from my most recent post and let me post something new with a new heading. Every time I try to post something, it comes back to a recent post instead.

Create a waiting list for an event before the registration or for an event with date to be determined
Sometimes we have an idea for an event in the future but not sure if there will be enough interest to set it up with an actual date. Could we have a waitlist for an event that does not yet have a date? That we could accumulate a hopefully growing list of interested people that we can keep in touch with via email and then notify them if and when an event date is finally picked.

Query and Delete Archived contacts
Square Apricot suggested I post here, so here it goes:
There should be a way to query Archived members in order to do a large group delete based on specific criteria. As a example, query all archived contacts who do not have email addresses. Then do a group deletion of them.
In my case we no longer support a membership level. but we have 1200+ archived members that still hold the level. I cannot delete the level (to clean up the summary page) because contacts - although deleted - still hold that level. My only options are: 1) individually edit all 1200 records to change their membership, level; 2) Query by criteria and Export the archived contacts, change their membership level and then import them back in; or 3) Delete the ENTIRE set of archived records.
There should be a way to query, get the results and then have the option to delete, just like you have the option to group archive active contacts. Thanks for your time.

Reports to include info from custom fields
When I run a report in Events I want to be able to see more detail. For instance I want to see who picked which category upon registration and at the same time see how much they still owe. The attendance list should also show the custom fields I created. That way I could see what extras someone has picked, like meals, or bike rentals all on one report.

Customer Order for Attendee List
alphabetize the Who's Coming list. give the option by date, or by last name and show the guest name.
UPDATE by Yuri aka Quality Apricot: I decide to add here a good comment from Dustin F., it sheds more light into the problem
The filters you have in place to look at the list of registrants, corresponding guests counts, times, etc. is very convoluted. Instead of a streamlined chart, which is fairly easy to assemble, the result is broken into names, times, counts, etc. This means that for us to know that the Smith party intends to arrive at 6p with four people, we need to look at three separate places on the generated sheet.

Show option to pay annual fees in advance or by the month at a higher rate
Our annual dues are Php 10,000 paid 1 year in advance. However a member can elect to pay Php 1,000 monthly.
We also have a non-refundable joining fee which is different according to each level of membership. For some levels the joining fee is less than that of a Full Membership. On changing your membership level up to Full Membership it is required to pay the extra. How can that be registered?8 votes -

Integrate Taxes for Liability Accounts Quickbooks
Allow taxes to be tracked separately for download properly into Quickbooks. Current system does not track the HST tax as would be needed in a liability account in any accounting system. This requires a lot of manipulation to re-enter the data into our accounts.

Notify member when entering a duplicate event registration
I have a problem with members registering accidentally multiple times for an event. If a member registers but somehow messes up the PayPal payment, he will sometimes start the registration process over, not realizing that he is already registered. I know I could stop this by disallowing multiple registrations, but I have to allow them because I have many members (couples) who share an email address. So what I would like to see is a popup message notifying the registrant that he is already registered for the event and asking him to confirm that he wants to register again. This would pop up if the userid (email address) and the name are the same as a registration already on file.

Add the ability for multiple group participation (chapters, committees etc).
Adding the ability to create more groups would be very useful. We currently use the group participation field for state chapters but would like to have the ability to add other groups such as committees. We also would like to see the functionality of the groups expanded and have more options such as radio buttons in addition to multiple choice.
