adding a new entry to a drop-down list
With drop-down lists, users can choose from the list of choices presented but cannot write in an entry of their own. Please add the ability for a user to add a new entry to the list. For example, if a drop-down list in the field "Member Type" already has "Professor, Postdoc Fellow, Graduate Student, Senior Researcher, Lecturer" and the user doesn't see an appropriate choice, he/she can do an ad-hoc entry, say "Independent Researcher".

Create a second level membership application
We are a boat club that offers boat moorage to members only. It would help us to have a second level membership application gadget that can only be accessed by logged in members, and uses different member fields from our membership application to apply for moorage. We have developed a semi-useful work-around, but a real application gadget would be useful for many organizations.

multiple membership accounts within the app
I am a member of 2 Associations that use Wild Apricot. I cannot be logged in to the app with the 2 credentials. I have to log off one membership and log in to the other Association every time, which is annoying. I propose to enable in the settings to add several accounts in the app in order to be able to switch between the different association accounts within the app.

webdav
I often use the File or Image tool in the Content gadget. I refresh the file behind the scences so I do not need to go into the editor to change content. If I go to Files in the Admin interface, delete the file, and re-upload, the webpage updates instantly with no problem. If I do the same with WebDav, it never refreshes. We need to be able to remotly update files used by webpages. I have written API code to pull information out of the website, generate reports, and transfer to Wild Apricot's files. multiple renewals on one invoice
It would be very helpful for our organization if it were possible to add multiple membership renewals or event registrations onto a single invoice, rather than all separate / individual ones. I know you already have a 'bundle' membership option, but that solution isn't a perfect fit for the way we do accounting on our side, unfortunately.

Change Renewal Email Time
Can the automated emails for renewals be set to 12:00PM so that our members actually see them? They currently are emailed out at 12:00AM. It would seem more personal if they actually were delivered when we were in the office. Thanks!

Improve editing of Content Gadget
I have to click several times within a content gadget to enable editing. Cut and paste don't always preserve formatting. Pasting from outside content sometimes produces type that looks different. Would be really nice to have a feature such as the Word "Format Painter".

saved search filter
Allow a way to organize or filter saved searches including listing the last time it was run. Additional coolness would be to allow scheduling the saved search to email the results of the search.

New voting feature: Track voting participation
We need to be able to see who has participated in a poll without seeing their votes. Please create a new feature that tracks member participation while simultaneously keeping their votes anonymous. I manage multiple associations and board members always want to know which members have participated in voting polls.

Ability to link to a folder
We keep our newsletters and some other documents in folders. Currently we have to create a page with links to the individual files. It would be so much easier if we could link to the folder containing those files.

I think it would be a nice feature if members could receive updates when events or news is posted to their region.

HST on Receipts
I have just processed our first payment and the receipt came through with the total amount of the invoice HOWEVER the HST was not reported separately. As we are a municipal association it is important from our members standpoint and their employers that HST be identified separately. No different than you charging HST on fees and having to report it separately

add "member since" to Member public profile page
I would like to see the Member since data displayed on the Member public profile page. Is there a way to edit this system page to add a field?

Links should default to "same window"
Please make links default to same window. When I add a link, the default is to "new window." This is extremely inconvenient as I have to remember to select same window. Most of the links I add to our site are to other pages within the site. I have never seen a CMS that defaults to "new window" for links. Could you change it to default to "same window"?

archive emails

Enable Registration through entire event, do not disable until END of event.
With the pandemic we have moved all of our events to Virtual and each event requires a Zoom link, which is provided upon registration. This works very well until the event has started. The issue for us is that registration is automatically disabled by Wild Apricot at the start of each event. That means that someone who would like to register during the event/after the start time is not able to receive the Zoom link through the normal registration confirmation. I am asking you to consider disabling registration at the END of the scheduled event instead of at the beginning.…

background images screens and searchability
it would be great if you could allow a percent screen for the photos that you provide in background images. Also, it would be great if they could be searchable by subject/theme
