Late fees on overdue invoices
Would like to be able to automatically add an accruing late fee (either dollar amount or percentage) for overdue invoices at admin-specified intervals (e.g., 30 days past due, 45 days, 60 days...)

calendar
Would like ability to print calendars from the website so that members can print by any of the views. Seems crazy to have NO print button. Pretty much the entire site has NO print buttons anywhere. (invoices on profiles, etc) Right now our only option to print the entire website page.

Event registration discounts and guest limits
This is sort of a combination of several features other people have requested before (event discounts, guest registration limits). The scenario is that we have 4 membership levels: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Standard. There are several banquet events per year to which members can bring guests. Depending on level, the member is allowed a defined number of FREE guests as well as a defined number of additional guests at a guest rate.
For example:
Gold members attend for free, plus they can bring up to 4 free guests, plus up to 4 additional guests at a rate of $25 each.

Display Group description for members
"Is there a way to access the Group Description information and present it on a page with the Group Name to our members? I currently enter the group name and the group description into WA in the Members / Group Participation Area. Then, I have my members signup for each of the groups on their profile page… but there is only group names, without description of the group . So then I create additional pages in WA to provide the group name and description information… I have to type it all in again. I have 50-60 groups each year. With…

provide a tabs gadget/layout where the style is aligned with the theme and the webbuilder only schould take care of the tab content, where each tab can be edited similar to the slidershow

Contact Search should accept Groups as keyword
When searching through contacts or members, the search feature does not include Groups. For example, if looking for someone who is in the "Knitting Circle" Group, typing in "knitting" into the contact search bar will not bring them up.

member directory formatting functionality
Right now - there is very little formatting to the fields/columns in the Member Directory Gadget
one specific issue is that each field appears to be aligned center - from top to bottom
other columns have multiple lines -
as such - the member name is in the middle of the other information - rather than being top-aligned - which we would prefer - so that someone can easily read across from the name to the first line of the next columns9 votes -

Add tax component into final reciept
In australia legally we need to have our tax component in the receipts.
I might lose customers as this info is not included.

email failures
simpler variation of email failures suggestion.
Tech support recommended I make this feature request. Since failing emails are logged to an email failure page, If any outgoing email(s) fail(s} notify the admin or a preset role to view the email failure page. Only 1 notifiication need be sent per day. The admin can then logon and fix automatic emails or notify a user why their email failed. This will prevent the admin from having to log on each day or from getting tons of emails if there are multiple failures.9 votes -
Event History Analysis
Reporting. Analysis of all event history. I would like to pull all the past event history of Registrations vs Attendance. Members vs Guests for each individual event. Without having to pull reports individually. export to an Excel spreadsheet. Comparison from year to year / month to month / etc. If in an Excel Export then I would be able to create Pivot Table summaries of what worked and what did not on topics, etc.

Change word "Registration" to "Reservation"
Allow rewording of "Registration is Closed." We do not always begin an event's reservations period as soon as it is posted. Saying registration is closed can be misinterpreted as meaning the event is full. This, people won't come back when reservations actually open. Let us substitute "Registration is not yet open" or "Registrations begin (date)" or omit it altogether. And while your at it, let us say "reservations" not "registration"; it's the word we've used for decades, the person who takes reservations is the Reservationist (who ever heard of a "Registrationist"?) and we think it's friendlier. It would be nice to have a gadget to list featured events on a page, such as the home page.
A featured event gadget could be used to list one or more selected event for a page, say the home page and allow the ordering of those selected events. Alternatively, a simpler gadget could display one featured event and if I wanted to feature more than one event I could use more instances of the gadget. The information displayed could be similar to the information displayed for an event on the "Upcoming Events" page, i.e., not the full information, but a teaser. A teaser tool, to give control over how much info to display would be nice.

index custom fields so they can be searched
Custom fields would be more useful if the system indexed them so they can be found through the search function. Now when you enter text into a custom field and search for it you will get an empty result list. If custom fields were indexed you would find the content.

Event Registration form - Uncheck All Fields
Event Registration form - "Uncheck All" button to deselect all fields except required fields. Folks using default of all Contact fields with many, many, fields will find this extremely helpful.

Download only paid invoices into Quickbooks for Cash based accounting
I would like to download only those payments that I have received for invoices into quickbooks instead of all invoices which unpaid invoices are treated as A/R. I have some members who may decide not to renew so they don't pay the invoice, so I have to go back to my QB to void the invoice--extra work I don't always remember to do! Downloading only those paid invoices gives me only cash basis accounting instead of accrual.
