membership levels invoices update
Found a flaw
As an admin, I can change membership level regardless of if an invoice has been generated, and I can opt to update the invoice. However, My members cannot do this from their interface. Once the system has emailed them an invoice, they dont have the option to change their membership levels and are stuck with the level reflected on their invoice. I am of the opinion that the admin should have the option to give the members the same power as the admin to update their own membership levels and update their invoices for payment.
thanks

Make ability to change Registrant Name field an option
Currently the event registration process allows a registrant to enter any name in the Registrant Name field, even if the event is limited to members only. The ability to change the Registrant Name field should be an option.

24 Hour Contact Service
We need 24 hour call service! Emergency hotline should be an option for this type of website service. OR Allow us to update our account to adjust our need. The HELP directions explained how to do it, but the site did not match the help directions. It is not ok that we had to update a payment option for our services to go over our contact limit and we could not update it on the site without assistance. We had a National competition this weekend and could not get any help to allow additional membership and registration.

Restrict bundle administrator to access to personal details of bundle members
I am testing membership bundle function and I recognize that the bundle administrator when log into his/her account will be able to view personal profile of bundle members. Therefore, I set up privacy setting of bundle members to be "Do not show profile to others" except their first name and last name. However, it does not make any changes. As a site administrator, I would like to restrict the bundle administrator's accessibility to personal details of bundle members because that's privacy.

"Member since" and "Renewal due on" fields
I hate the fact that the "member since" field and the "renewal due on" field are not automatically populated any more because frankly it just causes more work. I need to be able to edit other fields under membership, specifically whether or not the applicant is a state CAMFT member, whether her/his CAMFT/license numbers are correct, etc. PRIOR to approving his/her membership, not after. One can always edit the dates, should one choose to do so, so the fields being blank serves no purpose, other than making things more difficult and time-consuming.

recent blog
Recent Blog Widget not Refreshing on it's own.
I called into Tech support and this is an issue they are working on. Maybe it's just my site, or others are having the same issue.
Workaround - If you find this happening on your site:
* ADMIN VIEW
* WEBSITE
* SITE PAGES
* BLOG
* EDIT (you don't need to make any changes)
* SAVEComplete and refreshed!

Shape of colored background for events in calendar gadget
On the current month of calendar, the colored background of each event are rectangles with pointed corners, cropped close to text. On subsequent months, the shapes are rounded corners with more padding around text. There is not a simple way to set the appearance you prefer so the events appear consistent. I was told "It's only possible through advanced CSS and Javascript Customization." which would require us to hire a developer.

Connect wild apricot site to personify database
My parent organization uses Personify as their database platform for their members. It would be great if I could link my Wild Apricot site to their Personify, now that Wild Apricot is owned by Personify, so that my records are always reconciled with my parent organization. The Chapters utilizing "Star Chapter" are able to do this, because Star Chapter is on Personify as well.

Make donation macros available for email blasts
There are many times that I need to send letters on our company letterhead. As a work around, I have created email templates of such letters that include contact macros that I use to cut and paste into word documents. An example of this is when we need to mail out a letter of remembrance to families of lost ones to receive a letter that a donation has been made in their lost one’s name. I have created an email template called Donation-Memorial. I would need to insert donation fields in this template. Is there a way to access or…

It would be great to be able to set availability of a given Registration Type a set number days before an event (in the same way that emails are sent a given number of days before).

Link tracking should include anchor links
If I've analyzed logs' link tracking list correctly, the list contains only links to destinations outside the email. It does not list any anchor links (that is, "jump" links that scroll the reader to another point on the page).
It is potentially as important to track these as to track external links. For example, if I have a table of contents at the top of the email, and someone clicks on a link in it, it tells me of their specific interest. If, then, they do NOT click through to our event (or whatever), I know they were interested, but…

wordpress plugin -- don't overwrite all fields on login
I'd appreciate it if we could choose to limit the information that the wordpress plugin overwrites on login. Currently I've got another plugin installed, WP Front User Role Editor, which allows me to assign "secondary roles" to users -- this is great if I want to grant individuals author privileges, and they're not all in the same membership level. Unfortunately the WA plugin overwrites this secondary role every time a user logs in, so I'm unable to implement this.

Ability to use any private/admin-only field in macros
It would very useful to be able to use private member fields in email templates or forms. In general, this fields are for internal membership management and does not need to be visible to the members.

Creating Pre-Defined Lists for field options
We have a set of fields with about 320 items in a drop down list. It would be nice to create and edit the list of 320 items and then select it as a pre-defined list similar to states. There are changes each year to the items on this list and it's very time consuming to add/remove items from each of the 20 instances the list appears. It's actually quicker to delete the fields and re-add them.

sorting events (specific "tags") by end date
We are utilizing the “tag” feature in “events” to create different calendar-type listings on our webpage. One tag is “programs” so that we can have an actual event calendar. The other tag we are using is “grants” because we have created a page listing available grants in our state.
I would love for there to be a way to change JUST the grants tag to be listed in order of the “End Date” since that is the date most important to grant seekers – the date that the grant application period closes.
Perhaps if not to sort the grants listings…

View Email Queue Status in the form of line graph
The ability to see the email queue delivery status in the form of a line graph. Sometimes, it takes forever for it to be delivered and members inquire about not receiving the emails. Can we view the length of time it may or is taking for an email to be delivered?
