Additional Module Request (Compeitions Manager)
Desired Behavior:
Add a customizable scoring database/ score keeping module for the purposes of managing competitions over tracking the registrant's scores.Example; a member/contact registers for an event (i.e annual photographic competition).
The Event/Competition
-> Has categories
--> Has Entries per categoriesOnce established those categories can be used on a reoccurring basis tracking score for the member on a per event and accumulated total.
Optional extra - would be great if certificates would also be printed from the results.

Bulk approving memberships from the app
There should be a way on the app to approve all memberships that are paid at one time. Instead of having to do them 1 at a time

Filters for e-mail tracking
I would like to be able to filter the list shown in e-mail tracking for a particular e-mail so that I can quickly see only those who opened the e-mail or those who didn't. I would like the headings at the top of the list to be selectable filters. I would also like to be able to export the list for a given e-mail.

Sorting and listing attendees of the same group booking in events
We currently use YourMembership.com and are looking to move across to WA as we feel if is more feature rich overall. However, as per YM, it would help if all attendees signed up for an event were grouped with the same batch ID. In YM there is a field in the export file which provides the same unique seven digit number for all attendees contained in the same booking. This is extremely useful for sorting exported data and listing attendees in order of group booking. It is also very useful when importing data in our seating plan software, Perfect Tableplan.…

Conditionally Linked Multiple Event Registrations
If we have two events A and B. In order to attend event B a participant must be registered for event A. There should be a mechanism in Wild Apricot to 'check' for the initial event A prior to allowing registration for event B.

Adding additional recipients to automatic event e-mails
Our club has large events (long-weekend gatherings) at are administered by an event manager, and contained within it smaller activities that are separately organized by different people with separate registration requirements/limits (classes, activities). This is a little more complicated than multi-session events, so we can't use that functionality for this.
So instead, we have the master event with the event organizer being the overall event manager (used to sign up people for the long weekend and over overall event costs), and then the "sub-events" that happen during the master event are events themselves, with their leader/instructor as the event organizer…

Phone App check in button to small
Check in button on phone app is too close to the area to display registration. Users keep missing the button to check in by just a little bit and calling up the registration record.

Allow Multiple Organization identification per member
We identify and bill membership by business or organization type and often our members are part of two or more organizations. I'd like to be able to add them to multiple bundles for tracking purposes. The only way I can do this now is by duplicating their name and setting up multiple contacts (emails) for the same person. It would be cleaner to have this all under one entry.

Delaying Member activation and Renewal confirmed emails
It would be a good thing to allow the delay of Member activation
and Renewal confirmed emails. Say by a few hours, days or even months. The reason for such a feature is to allow some administrative work to be done on an account manually before relaying confirmation.This could be somewhat accomplished right now with a saved search + scheduled email marketing in combination to see who renewed last month so it's not critical but it could be useful in certain situations.

Emailing Event Delegates
When our Members register for events, for them to receive Member rates, they must use the email address associated with their Member profile in Wild Apricot; however, these Members often register delegates within their organization who have a different email address. By doing so, the delegates will still receive Member rates. These delegates do not have access to check the emails sent to the organization's log-in email. In various operations, the HTML view is mushed together unless we first add an innocuous space (or something), save and reopen. How long would it take to fix that bug?
In the opt-out macro, the only acceptable syntax is {Unsubscribe_Url}, exactly like that. Anything else (e.g., "URL" or a space instead of an underscore), and the link won't work. Worse, your system will put an unsightly "HEY CLICK ME" invitation to opt-out at the email's bottom. How long would it take to correct your examples (and make their syntax uniform) and make the macro case-insensitive? (I suggest…

Fewer new features, more focus on overall UI and common workflows
Rather than worry about specific, discrete pieces of functionality, I'd propose an overhaul of the entire user experience including:
1) Make reports that are more useful, e.g. new members, lapsed members, invomplete registrations
2) Overhaul the email workflwo, e.g. you should be able to name an email before step three in the process
3) A complete overhaul of the event setup and pricing elements. e.g. Having to create a registration form is a nightmare. Why aren't there simple templates and an ability to preview a form without having to log in as a user?With all due thanks, and respect,…

Club can over-ride Wild Apricots prorated mbr dues.
Let the organization set the club dues deductions for prorating by even dollars. Like setting $10 a month deduction. Ex. Dues in January be at $175; then deduct $10/mo or $165 for February; then deduct $20/mo or $155 for March, etc. Wild Apricot would calculate the amt of dues to reflect the previous explanation. Karen
