Ability to use any private/admin-only field in macros
It would very useful to be able to use private member fields in email templates or forms. In general, this fields are for internal membership management and does not need to be visible to the members.

We also want something like this, so we can have a salutation field that is normally invisible to non-admins but that we can use at the start of an email. This would sometimes be Dear John, but other times Dear Mr. Jones or something else. Thanks!
