Allow larger pictures in member fields
While you can add pictures as a member field, the images are too small to be of any real use. (110x110?) Please increase the image size limit. Other files up to 20mb can be uploaded, why not a picture of usable size?

Membership Renewal Made Easy
For membership renewal, I want to present a home screen that has a button that says: "If you want to renew your membership, click here" and the website goes to the Membership Invoice screen for the membership they belong to. This screen tells them to pay by check ore pay online and they can do either in the existing scenario.
Instead, I have to provide separate instructions that the member must follow to navigate through the website to renew their membership and THEY ALWAYS GET LOST.
This may be a change in the way you have thought about flow but…

Many people these days use open source (linux based) software. A database export to .ods file type would be greatly appreciated by this community.

Allow different membership levels for bundle
I have business owners that own different business types which also have different membership fees. Bundle Administrators (Owners) should be able to have any type of member types assigned to them. They do not have multiple email address which is currently required. Also as a Bundle Administrator, I have to assign them personally as a member type that associates with the business type which then the system wants to charge them for. They are paying for the registered business they are the BA for. This has caused issues.

multi-day vs. multi-session events
I am a bit confused about the distinction between multi-day and multi-session events. Where would you recommend using one over the other? Also, I don't find a way of creating an event with one multi-day session. If WA supports multi-day events, why not a single multi-day event?

Donations shown on page
It would be nice to allow individual donations to show up ON the donation page. When someone does a charity run there is usually a way to donate and also post a message of support. This encourages others to do the same. Of course you can always choose to donate anonymously but most don't.

Available views to Admins
Our site is restricted to members only, except for the initial landing page, where they can request to join us. When and Admin is logged in, and clicks on "Public View" - it actually shows the MEMBER View, not the true public view. The true Public View would only list the Home Page... So I have to keep logging out totally, in order to see the true Public View. Need THREE views: Admin, Member, and Public....

Enhancement for Group Participation Management
Group participation can now be controlled by members during application or profile with a multiple choice drop down box. How difficult would it be to change that to a multiple choice drop down box with extra charge?? Then we could optionally charge for access to certain pages as a second level premium service. Since pages can be restricted by membership level and group participation, why can't you automatically bill for both, without getting an admin involved in assigning group participants? Also, would be good to be able to manage which groups are included in the multiple choice dropdown so ones…

recurring payments message
We need an option to remove "No automatically recurring payments" line from the membership (join, renew) forms if we are not using that form of payment. This is confusing to people and may cause them to abandon the process if they fear there may be recurring payments. If I try to remove this with CSS, it merely removes everything, including the description of the membership level, which is undesirable.

Export not working for all available fields
Not all fields appear in the Members export. Things like "Recurring renewal payments" need to be added to assist in managing renewals.
Essentially, anything that can be selected in an "Advanced Search", should be included in the export.
In our case, we have automated reporting which we would like to extend to be able to track manual vs auto renewals.

Batch export file attachments
We require attached files for both our applications for admission to classes (transcripts, etc), and our application (membership: "Author") to be considered for publication (an essay word doc). Batch export with the associated member record would be ideal.
Wufoo does this by including a URL to the file in the export (Excel, CSV, etc.) data.

Custom Standard Report/Attendance List
Our Agency needs to be able to run a report/ attendance list for each of our events. The report/ list needs the first and last name of the participant, what lunch option they have chosen, and a space for a signature. The report title will need the name and date of the event. Right now we export and then have to make many adjustments to the report before it is ready. Also it pulls all registrants event canceled ones and we have to make sure a filter it changed or we over buy lunches. If we could make a custom…

Activate Affinipay Card Reader outside N America
Although we are US based, our annual conference is currently held outside N America. Not being about to use the Affinipay Card Reader outside N America means we cannot take payments at our conference store. Please make this available, as we cannot move to Wild Apricot payments without this feature.

Support multiple file selection to upload photos
From the photo album gadget, I have to select photos to upload one at a time. As a workaround, I create the album, then go to "SiteAlbums" in the Files section, find the newest folder (because the folder names are not intelligible) and then upload my collection of photos to the folder.

Please obfuscate e-mail addresses
I am getting significantly more spam at my club e-mail address since fielding our Wild Apricot site. E-mail links on pages or in posts or articles appear to be in unencoded HTML, which makes them easy for spam robots to harvest. Please provide an obfuscation mechanism (oreferably automatic) for mailto: links. This is a standard feature of some other platforms, such as Typo3.

External Edit of Document Templates
It would be nice if I could create/edit forms (Invoice, Receipt, etc.) in MS Word or some other external tool and import the forms into WildApricot.

Option to dial members number from mobile app
When you are using the mobile app, it would be nice if you were able to dial the members number from the app by clicking on the number after to do a member search. Once you locate the member that you are looking for it would be nice just to click on the number and call them.
