Event description divider image not included in confirmation email
If we use the divider in the Event description editor, an image is inserted. The event description is included in the registration confirmation email, but the image is not. It would be nice to have a simple <hr/> option as a divider.

emailing only select event attendees
When emailing attendees for a scheduled event, I would like the ability to select only specific individuals from the registration list in order to email, as there are specific items we send to regular attendees, sponsors, board members.

Files link on Vertical Menu
I realise that files are mainly used on pages within the website, but they are often also used in Event Creation and Email blasts.
To make things easier to find, delete or move files, etc, would it be possible to include the link to files on the new Vertical Menu.

Proximity Card Access
We would like to integrate our proximity card access system with WA so that member status can be used without entering data into separate systems and keeping them synchronized. Currently we use C*Cure 8000 but hope to upgrade to 9000. Do you have any solutions or recommendations?

Company Logo should automatically show for all members once added to the bundle admins profile
When a bundle admin adds their company logo, same SHOULD automatically appear at everyone's listing that is in that bundle. If they work for the same company, they obviously all have the same logo. It is crazy and a huge waste of time to have to go to each individual representative of that company to add the logo. Please update that field so that all members of the same bundle automatically have the company logo that the bundle admin has. ~ Thank you!

Refund Email Sent from AffiniPay
The Wild Apricot process for canceling events and refunding attendees is multifaceted and cumbersome. Added irritation comes from the inability of AffiniPay to email refund recipients when their original payments were processed through Wild Apricot. The system generated messages from AffiniPay for refunds are NOT sent to those receiving refunds. Refund recipients would like proof of their refund which were not distributed from AffiniPay because their payment was processed through Wild Apricot.

Membership Pause Feature
Hi guys and girls,
In light of the current COVID19 situation, with various countries and their lockdown issues not allowing social activities, is it possible for you to implement a membership pause feature. Basically a one button feature allowing us to put all membership on hold until we then unhold and return to normal

Account Statement Date Range
When creating an account statement for a specific contact, it would be helpful to be able to set parameters for the account statement. For example, being able to see the account statement for just the last year.

Dissatisfied Customer
I hate the changes on this website. If I can’t figure out what I want to do more easily, I will cancel our club’s membership. It is not easily accessible to the iPhone. Also windows pop up constantly, which give additional options. Those windows get stuck on the screen and the corner to “x” them out is out of reach.

Allow Recurring Payments for $0.00 Member Levels with Required Extra Costs
Currently, a member level fee is required to enable automatic recurring payments, even when there is a required extra cost. In other words, if the "level fee" is set to $0.00, then the option of recurring payments for Extra Charges is not even available.
Our dues are based on Tiers and it works best by using Required Radio Buttons to represent the Tier Options. We've tried several workarounds, but the best for us is to make the Member Level fee one penny (0.01) and the explain why there is an extra one cent cost of membership.
It would be really helpful if the determining criterion for Automatic Recurring Payments was based on a total of level fee AND extra cost used for renewal, AND is greater than $0.00.
This would greatly improve flexibility for designing Membership Levels.

make email easy
How about making emails easier. Several of us have tried to figure out how to contact event enrollees for days now without success. At no time have we seen the Send Now or Schedule buttons below the email types. We are in public mode and have only recently disabled registrations. Very frustrating for something that should be very easy and essential.

Allow Donation predefined amounts to have a blank description
In Donations, will you please modify the fields for predefined amounts to NOT require a description for each predefined dollar amount. Why not let them be blank and when you display them, simply test if the description is EMPTY(), and if it is, TRIM() the description when you concatenate it to the actual dollar amount?

Enable tagging members in discussion forums
Enable tagging members on discussion forum posts so they are notified that they've been tagged and so other members can quickly view that members' profile.

Add 'Edit' function button to Scheduled Emails Screen
March 2020 - right now, the only option available for an already scheduled email is 'Pause'. When you click Pause, that email disappears. It is automatically sent to Draft emails folder, a different screen. It would be easier and more intuitive to add an 'Edit' button to the Scheduled email view.

Allow a Bundle Member to Renew, Not Just the Bundle Administrator
In our club, couples are full members. There is no concept of a primary member. The ONLY reason we use bundles and give the couple two logins is because WA doesn't permit two fully independent email addresses. (There are 453 votes for that. Please finish the job.)
In the meantime, we have members trying to renew and emailing us because the Bundle Member is trying to do it, and you don't let them. (We try to tell them to log in as the Bundle Administrator, but the email macro for that doesn't work.)
Please let the Bundle Member renew. If some organizations have a reason not to do it that way, make it a configurable option for the organization.

add search criteria
add search criteria boxes - it would be nice if all "add search criteria" boxes were the same larger size on screen. It is awkward to scroll through a long list when we're only seeing a tiny window. (and as a bonus, if there was a search box at the top of the larger search window into which we could type a word of the field name (ie volunteer) and the add search criteria box would only show those fields, that would be super cool).

Option to Settle refund/Credit to Donation
If we have to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.... It would be ideal to have an option in the system to "Cancel all" rather then manually clicking on each one and sending the email to each one. ALSO I would LOVE to have an option to settle the refund/credit on account to a donation if our members/contacts wished to still support us.

cancel all registrations for a given event
I would like the ability to cancel all registrations for an event when the event itself is canceled instead of having to go one-by-one through each registrant - cancel, type reason why, click to send the email and then move on to the next person. This would be very hard with large events.

Add a dashboard for an admin to use when managing multiple WA sites. Similar to a TweetDeck. For example, I am the national coordinator for multiple WA sites that are assigned to our regional chapters. I would love to not have to log in separately to each site account for specific tasks such as viewing their account info (plan, admins, etc.). Having an at-a-glance dashboard showing all of our accounts would be helpful to me.1 vote
