Automatically cancel the order if payment was cancelled
When using the store and an order is placed, the order goes through even though payment is cancelled.
This causes us to fulfill the order without payment.
If the order is cancelled, should the system still send the order in for fulfillment? Should it not cancel the order completely and delete the invoice?

The invoice is not voided when the order is cancelled, leaving the member with an amount owing in the system, but not in fact.

Every e-commerce site/app allows the customer to cancel the order or return to the cart and amend the order at any point before final submission of credit card info. The creation of an invoice and order upon moving to the payment screen is ridiculous. So much shopping is done online now, that this process doesn't meet the most basic customer expectation. And it causes a lot of admin work.

Your Online store is unusable. I set up a store (easy to use) and then tested it. As a shopper, I was unable to cancel an order. Once I went to the cart, an order confirmation was sent and then an invoice, even though I hit cancel on the order. I had to go in as an Admin and void the invoices.
Take a look at Amazon - the shopper should be able to cancel an order at ANY point until you hit confirm. Nothing should be sent to the shopper before they hit confirm.
I chatted with your help and they said it was designed this way!! -

We have the option to automatically cancel registrations that are unpaid within 15 minutes in the event system. Can the online store invoices use the same code. Isn't a transaction just a transaction?
