Use 2 decimal places for dollar values in store orders
Dollar values do not use 0's in decimals on the order page.
When I look at an order in admin view, if the price is an even amount (like $9.00) the decimals do not show up. If only one decimal is needed (like $9.50) then the 0 doesn't show up.11 votes -
Email - add exclude segment option (also in Advanced Search)
I would love to see an option when preparing to send emails for me to include several groups/saved searches (like it is currently) but to ADD a EXCLUDE option for to remove other groups from that email. For example, I want to send several donation solicitations. But I DON'T want to include people who recently made a donation or perhaps a group of people. So when WA populates to who it is being sent to, it would take my recipients (for example 100 people multiple saved search or member levels) and then remove or not include people who fall into another category such as those that made a donation in that time frame (for example 15) and then the email will be sent to those that remain (example 85 people)
This would be fantastic in the advanced searches for members too. It is so hard to get what I am looking for because it is ALL or ANY. If there was a ANY of different search options AND then a EXCLUDE to remove a subset of people that are in another category.
For example, I have a screenshot of iContact.

Wild Apricot and 360 Match Pro integration
Good Afternoon,
We currently use 360MatchPro, an automated matching gift tool, with our fundraising channel. Our organization really values matching gifts, and we were disappointed to learn that this option was not available through the Wild Apricot donation form.
Our contact at Double the Donation said that there is not currently an option to integrate Wild Apricot wit 360MatchPro, but they have had conversations with your team. This is something we are very interested in, and we would love the ability to leverage our donors' matching gift options.

Group Leadership
I use the membership group to track committee members. All my committees have a chair but I have to track that manually. I wish there was a way to track committee chairs and vice-chairs of a group.

I would love a forum where WA users could discuss specifically the transition from individual memberships to bundle memberships
With so many moving parts in transitioning to bundle memberships I would love to hear about others' experiences in communicating the changes to members, helping members who are less tech savvy navigate the adding of bundle members, etc. I have asked tech support lots of questions and I'm sure there are additional challenges and questions I haven't anticipated that we will get from our members.

emoji
Would love to be able to insert emojis into emails. I'm working on a mac laptop and when I use the shortcut to pull up my emojis, it doesn't even come up if I'm on the WA screen.

Add ability to change the "reply to" email address for member renewal reminders.
For example, I want replies to the renewal reminders to go to our MEMBERSHIP email rather than the main email specified in the account profile.

Disjoined setup process
Setting up a new account has steps scattered all over the place. For, example, there are several separate pages for just setting up finances. None of them are liked to each other in any way. I'm still not set up because I can't find everything you want me to do. It seems like the website was set up by a puzzle maker.

donation form tracking
I would like the donor records to reflect what form the donation originated from. We embed unique forms in different pages based on campaign needs. Sometimes these include custom form fields which then allow us to pull a report of donations received via that form, but other times we don't need to ask any questions and then those donations can't be identified as unique to that campaign.

better themes
The themes are nice but somewhat outdated. Why not use the designer who did your "freetrial" landing page? (see attached screenshot) A few nice landing pages like your very own landing page would get me more excited to join. Please send samples if this gets legs under it. Thanks.

Delete Individual Poll Results
There needs to be a way to delete individual poll results. On rare occasions there may be a duplicate entry or the administration may wish to test the poll right after publication. In both of those cases, it would be very helpful to be able to have the administration be able to delete an individual result.

Show Wild Apricot status of email delivery queue in Help Centre>Help & Support>System status
There's currently no way to view whether there's issues with the email delivery queue specifically on our account or across Wild Apricot as a whole via Help & Support.
Automatic and manually sent emails have been in our queue for 72 hours and, at the weekend, there's no personal support available. Some of our messaging is time critical and while scheduled on a Friday needs to be received only on a Sunday evening to be relevant.
The only solution seems to be for staff to manually pause the mailing on Sunday afternoon when it is clear that the email will enter the 72+ hours queue, but not be delivered. Delivery several hours (or days) after the set-schedule time will miss the time-critical window and there's no way to remove emails from the queue.
If there was a way to quickly check whether the queue issue is limited to our site or is a wider issue we could make a strategic decision about pausing emails at the end of the working week, rather than task staff to manually pause a schedule outside office hours.

Product Tag Central List
The Online Store products have the ability to group them by meaningful tags. These tags are nice for breaking the products into meaningful customer groups.
However, manual tag entry must be an exact match which is error prone to maintain and very difficult to correct.
It would be nice to have a pull-down list of tags that can be controlled centrally when new products are added to the store. This would make it much easier to enter and make the web page presentation dynamic. See

Custom Select from All Exportable Data and Save for Later Use
I'd like to be able to build a custom export to include fields from Contacts, Invoices, Payments, etc., that are unique to each export. For example, I often need to report on membership statuses along with the last dues payment made, the amount paid, and other payment details. To do that, I have to get export Contacts, Invoices, and Payments, then put in Access and link the 3 tables. I've attached the field names for three exports so you can see how they differ.

A Robust Blog Feature
Blog Widget. I'm used to Wix or Square that can be easily shared on social media. This Wild Apricot feature is not robust enough to draft articles, see it in full page form and link individual stories into a newsletter. Any chance there will be some focus on this feature soon? In the works? Thank you - Robin

Donations link in all profile categories
In the Contact profile widget, it has a list of links across the top "Profile", "Email subscriptions", "My event registrations" and "Invoices and payments". The "Donations" link doesn't show up unless you have clicked on the "My event registrations" or "Invoices and payments". Can we get that "Donations" link to show up across the top for all the different categories in a person's profile? Right now if a donor logs in and wants to view their donations history, they won't know where to look. unless they start searching through the various links at the top. (or is this something that will change once payments are enabled on the site?) Please advise. Thank you!
