Membership Report Table
The table currently provided for the Membership Report does not include the counts for each time period (day, week, month) for the full report. For example the table for the past 3 months with time period month, only provides the beginning and end count, not all three monthly counts. This information is in the charts, but not in the table.

10x better functionality on blogs
I would be really nice if Wild Apricot could have some nice blog layouts, it's really impossible to share updates with our community at he moment.

Purchasing Group Membership
I would like the ability for members to purchase access to specific pages on our website. As page access is controlled by groups it would actually mean purchasing membership of a group.

Attach membership invoice to bundle members
When a bundle administrator changes the renewal invoice goes with the original person. It would be best if invoices could be associated with the bundle and not the individual.

Allow administrators to login as a member
For many of our members, an administrator is often required to perform tasks for members. This includes buying items from the Online Store, or signing them up for events, or renewing their memberships.
The simplest solution would be to allow administrators to become a proxy for a member, and login as the member to perform these tasks. For those members who never log in (it happens because our members are retired folks with less computer savvy, and sometimes without computers), we can give these members a password that only the administrators know, but we're loath to do that.
For other members who do have logins and passwords, this is not an option.
Thus, to keep things clean from the security standpoint, we administrators need to be able to login as the member (and also to have such activities placed in a log for security purposes).

New anti-spam features
We are getting hammered by Russian spam bots. They are creating new contacts, several a day. We have the re-captcha activated but this isn't enough and the issue is urgent. The spam bots are also pledging huge donations, so if you can make them pay up, then no need to block them in the future!

Upgrade suggestion for profile page + blogs
hi - i love all the features you have added in recent months. ie store upgrades etc. and i actually look forward to each upgrade! Here is my wish list items:
Upgrade the blog with an admin panel to view all posts /links and comments so that it is easier to spot and delete spam comments. Can blog posts be made searchable if left open to the public ie key words added. This would be great (I think) for SEO; Is it possible to add a category feature for blog posts so that they can be displayed as an archive of topics? I may have 100 posts in one blog and now want to organize them in other ways besides chronological.
Create a way for admin to add a tab to the members profile where macro driven info can be displayed. For example, i would like members of a group to have a handy link to their group page and its protected copy. For me i would call the new tab MY PROGRAMS and list all the program pages that the member has access to.
Thanks so much!

Link manual invoice to business operation
Need to be able to link a manual invoice to an Event so it will be included in the Income Report

Don't break connection between payments and original operations they were received for
I want to be able to track the financials for an event - included who paid what and who was refunded. With v5.9, invoices are not deleted (hurray!) but are voided and payments are unsettled. This 'breaks the link' between the payment and the event. I'd like to have an audit trail of all financial transactions related to an event, even for cancellations.
Background - the specific use case is events that have cancelation fees associated with them. When someone cancels we still need to charge them. Canceling them from the event voids the invoice and unsettles the payments. I now have to raise a new invoice which is not connected to the event, making tracking event-related financials very difficult or nearly impossible without lots of manual work arounds.

event waivers
In this new age we'd really appreciate a way to incorporate an editable waiver (such as a Covid-19 safety waiver) to event registration. It would reduce the need for sharing of pens and reduce social interaction at volunteer events.

Optimal Mobile App Enhancements
I think the Members Mobile App would be optimal when the following enhancements are implemented.
1. Add a Donations button
2. Add the Online Store
3. Give members the ability to see their payment and donation history
4. Give members the ability to see their purchase history from the Online Store
5 Give members the ability to print invoices, receipts
6. Give members the ability to see emails sent to them as well as the ability to delete them
7. Give Admin the ability to add specific page(s) from their website for viewing6 votes -
Making member dues payment easier
I would like an enhancement of the bundle admin/member rights setup. I would like to have all members of a bundle be able to pay the yearly dues. As it is now only one member, the admin, has access to the invoice payment portal through the member profile. In my experience the person who is attempting to pay may randomly be the non admin and they will run into a roadblock in the member profile and not know why they cannot pay. The fallback is that they write a check and mail it to me which is the situation that the website was created to alleviate.
An easy solution (possibly) is to simply give all bundle members the rights that would allow them to see the "pay invoice" button in their profile. No matter which bundle member pays, the status changes to active which prevents other bundle members from double paying.
To address the alternative of "why doesn't the other member pay"? The answer is that my "bundles" are actually homes in a development containing husbands and wives who are both members and who both have busy lives of their own. I am lucky if they take 5 min. to address this issue. They are not going to try to understand the rules of programming logic or try to figure out work arounds, and they shouldn't have to. Paying dues should be an easy task for my members and not an exercise in technology. I hope you can help me with this.Thank you.

moderated or two step event registration
We'd like to be able to create moderated or two step registration. So someone could register for an event, then a moderator can approve the registration, then the attendee can pay.
Why? For example, if the event includes use of equipment (in our case kayaks), then the moderator can ensure that the equipment is available, ensure the user is approved for using that equipment and reserve the equipment. Then approve the registration so the attendee can pay.4 votes -

Limit access to digital product by time period
This proposal relates to the sale of online digital products such as books. The tool currently in place works great – an email with the document’s link is sent to the purchaser once the sale is made. It would be extremely beneficial for us, if there is an option that the purchased online document is not downloadable but can be viewed online by the purchaser for a period of time set by the administrator. That is, purchaser pay the relevant fee, have access to view the online document for a period of time. Purchaser cannot share, download or print the document.

Need to be able to upload and house videos, files, pictures
A huge part of membership is being able to watch replays of videos and have access to files. We need to be able to upload videos (pictures, files) directly on our membership site instead of uploading to Youtube and linking over. We currently have to store our videos in our Google Drive and then give them access. It would be AMAZING to just create a page on our membership site and upload them on the site!

Fix membership trends report for bundles
On the Membership Trends Report under "Active Members," you do NOT show Active Members, you show "Active Bundles for levels with Bundles." Bundles include more than one Member so the count of Active Members is incorrect because it's a combination of Members and Bundles if you have levels with Bundles, which we do..
However, the Members Summary List shows both Members and Bundles, which is more informative and shows the correct number of Members.
Suggestion:
Change the Membership Trends Report to correctly show only "Active Members" (not Bundles) like the heading indicates. Or show both Members and Bundles like the Members Summary List.On the Membership Trends Report under "Active Members," you do NOT show Active Members, you show "Active Bundles for levels with Bundles."
