Common Fields - ability to choose admin only fields
I like the option of not including all common fields on my event registrations. However, if I do not select the "all common fields" box then I can not include our custom ID number which is an administrator only field. It would be great if we could choose all fields to be included -- even those that are not visible to attendees.

Delaying Member activation and Renewal confirmed emails
It would be a good thing to allow the delay of Member activation
and Renewal confirmed emails. Say by a few hours, days or even months. The reason for such a feature is to allow some administrative work to be done on an account manually before relaying confirmation.This could be somewhat accomplished right now with a saved search + scheduled email marketing in combination to see who renewed last month so it's not critical but it could be useful in certain situations.

Add user ID as account number
We have hit a road-block with our credit union.
As we were attempting to set up online payment so that members cold pay directly from the Credit Union (vs. using PayPal), our CU informed us that we need an account # on the invoice.
When we are creating the invoice, it shows the user along with their user ID#
However, when the actual invoice is created, the system drops their ID # and only shows their name.
If we could have this ID# printed automatically on the invoice as their Account number, then this would satisfy the requirements to having…3 votes -
Improve date selection for registration open & close
The calendar for selecting dates when editing "Registrations types & settings" is very slow to come up and takes forever to change months. Please use the calendar that pops up to select the date for an event. It is very fast and much brighter.

invoice search
I would like to be able to export my Member List with an added "invoice date" choice. That way I can easily sort for those who have paid since the last time I mailed membership cards sicne we have year round renewals and 1 and 2 year membership levels. Right now the "Changed Member Level" and "Date Joined" or whatever don't capture them all.

Modify Screen for "Guest" of Registrant
For an event, when registering a guest, don't show the "guest" entry again at the bottom of his/her entry. It's very confusing to the user.

calendar and annual events
Creating repeating events on a monthly basis is great. You can choose the 2nd Thursday of every month and it is created.
Try to do this with annual for Holidays that remain on specific 2nd, 3rd etc Sundays or Thursdays or....Holidays like Thanksgiving, Veteran's Day, Mother/Father's Days.
It should be trivial to have the same functionality (and consistency) for both Monthly/Annual calendar events

add page button to member directory
In terms of the site itself I have noticed one oddity on the desktop version. When viewing the directory, the results to display are defaulted to 1-50, no paging buttons are displayed to allow the user to go to the second page of the directory. If you change the drop down to 50-100 you can then view the second page. Not a serious thing, took me a second to figure it out, but for less technical people perhaps could become problematic. Emailing Event Delegates
When our Members register for events, for them to receive Member rates, they must use the email address associated with their Member profile in Wild Apricot; however, these Members often register delegates within their organization who have a different email address. By doing so, the delegates will still receive Member rates. These delegates do not have access to check the emails sent to the organization's log-in email. More options for donation confirmation e-mails as opposed to one
There must be different options for donation confirmation letters as opposed to just one. We have various types of donors and those that may send a donation "in memory of" and that would be different than a standard thank you. This is a bit of a problem.

Rules and Terms affirmation for bundled members
A very significant problem for enforcing the "terms & rules" field acceptance exists for bundled memberships. In this case, the bundle administrator is able to add a new bundle member and complete all the fields for this new member-- including the acceptance of the hold harmless text in our "terms & rules" field! Our legal advisor tells us this is a legal no-no and we must ensure that only the bundle member himself checks this acceptance box. This leaves us with a liability risk with about 50% of our members. financial macros for email blasts
Organizations always end up with people who don't pay their invoice to renew their membership and they lapse. And while WA lets you do a search for these lapsed members and email them, it's not possible to insert a link to their unpaid invoice. Yes, you can give them "log in" links, but many people fumble with this and it creates lots of service issues and it's not particularly effective.
If WA offered financial macros for email blasts, you could email lapsed members and just ask them to CLICK TO RENEW and pay the invoice online. No log in needed.…

Ability to register multiple attendees from one org. for our conference. Frist price for one, second price for each additional.
We would like to offer one price for first attendee from a member organization, another price for each additional attendee. In addition, a third price for "guests" who will only be attending the meals at the conference. Recognize there is a difference between "Attendees" and "guests". Attendees attend the full conference, guests only register and pay for meals to attend with a spouse/partner.

Allow nested layouts in website templates
I would like to allow nesting of layout containers in page templates.
Currently, I have a 3 column template on many pages. I am able to insert a vertical layout in one column when editing a single page, but not when editing the template.
For example: I want to make two gadgets appear to be inside the same box. To do that when editing a page, I insert a vertical layout, make that layout's background a different color than the site background, and then insert two transparent background gadgets (social media and text, for instance).
