  2. Admin able to edit store order

    As an Admin, I would like to be able to modify a store order.

    Scenario: Someone purchased 2 identical store items by mistake (set the quantity to 2 instead of 1). I want to change it to just 1. My only option is to cancel the order and have the contact place a new order.

    I'd like to be able to modify the order, which would update the invoice, and would keep the overpayment as a credit on the contact's account.

  3. Expand Filtered Search Option

    Currently your Member Directory Gadget only allows you to choose from multiple choice, radio buttons, and dropdown field types. At first, I created my database with a restricted list of cities to choose from to standardize how they appear. But as I began to register non-members for certain events or add non-members to W.A. I was forced to add additional cities outside of our membership territory to the standardized cities list.

    n addition to being a challenge when non-members register for an event and their city isn't in the list, this also muddies up the filtered search by including cities…

    Make it possible to set someone's membership status as lapsed from the beginning without having to be a member first.

  7. Roles and joining date for Group

    Can we have roles for each committe/group? For example, we work with more than 20 committees and create a different field role it would be difficult to manage.

    For example, for each committee we need the role (chair, vice-chair, treasure, etc), date election and date re-election.

    Please, this would be so helpful because now we have to manage it outside Wild Apricot.

  8. CC emails selectively

    The CC emails to a secondary address is great, but would be much more useful if it could be set to selectively cc. Billing, Event, etc, emails as per the Routing of System Emails setting. This would then solve the "send invoices to the accounts department" issue for B2B associations.

  9. enable/disable registration types for an event

    I need the ability to enable/disable registration types for an event. Our events include catered meals, so we have a cut-off time after which you shouldn't be able to register for the meal at an event. But we'f still like to have people register. The ideal solution to this would be a way to disable the "with meal" registration type after the cut-off has passed.

  10. Preview pages during editing

    It would be very helpful to add a Preview Page to the editing view for our web pages. Right now, it seems the only way to look at the page during editing is to save it and then edit it again. This would save effort and time when making major edits to a published page while keeping the page available to our members.

  12. Per Event admin privileges

    We would like to use the RSVP, attendance sheet, and mobile app checkin features. Unfortunately we have to grant full Admin access to people to do so. We have over 50 Tour Leaders and this simply won't work for us.
    For each event, you can add an Event Organizer email. We'd like to see that expanded to be able to assign Event Admin privileges to one or more people, specific to that Event. That way we can maintain site security while utilizing these features.

  14. Duplicsate Events

    Events (repeating): when in the Event details screen please add a "Duplicate" green buttons. Currently you have to go back to the list, or try and snag the 'Duplicate Event" from the "Edit" Dropdown. Until you finally make it possible to create repeating events AS INDIVIDUAL EVENTS (ie NOT Repeating Sessions) which I devoutly hope you will do soon for communities like ours that have up to 50 events per week which repeat regularly - from Cards to tennis, Happy Hour to pickleball.

  15. How to use $select API?

    The documentation for the `contacts` endpoint says "$select - Controls which fields are returned in the Contacts API call."

    Dmitry Smirnov provided some examples in the post below.

    I'm not seeing a difference in the API response with or without the select, and I'd love to use it to reduce the amount of data being returned.

  16. DO not display RSVP when Registration is turned off.

    When creating simple (public) events, registration is is NOT allowed by default. This is good. What's not good is that when the simple event is seen by the public inside the box where the address is displayed a bullet with "RSVP" is also displayed. This has created issues because the readers of the website think they need to RSVP. So I ask that whenever "Allow Registration" is turned off that the bulletted "RSVP" is NOT displayed.

  17. event registration transfer profile

    Allow me to transfer event registrations to another contact, in the same way the individual linked in an invoice can be changed. I often have an administrative professional register one of their colleagues, but it ends up under the admin's account.

    Hello. I am the Guild of Oregon Woodworkers Registrar. I mange all the event postings, the registrations, cancellations and refunds. I balance accounts and am the first person most people come in contact concerning the website.
    We have people who, sometimes, register for events, then do not pay for the event. They take up a spot that otherwise might be going to a paying customer. I must monitor this manually and sometimes these registrations slip by me.
    I am wondering if it's possible to change the registration process slightly, when using the choice to PAY ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
