List all event attendees individually on the Attendance Reports
Attendance reports that list every person registered individually so there is no need to export to Excel and create a separate registration list for use at the Registration Table for Check-In.

Allow me to see other websites using the same theme
I'd like links to websites using the same theme as we are. I need ideas on how to customize. Thanks.

Allow searching for members who have not attended an event recently
allow searching for members who have not attended an event within a specified time period. This would be very useful to encourage members to become more active in the organization.

Fix: Viewing widgets locks me out of admin view
I have some widgets - event calendar, mailing list form - embedded in my non-WA site. Whenever I view those pages on my site and then switch back to the (Firefox) browser tab with Wild Apricot in it, I get kicked out of admin view and get an Access Denied error. The only way to get WA working again is to log out and back in again.

Enhance Site Search to search through files
Users assume search boxes operate much like major search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc). Major search engines index PDF files if they are generated with searchable text. The search facility in the Site Search gadget does not search PDF files. It would be much better if it did.

Make it possible to batch edit event access levels i.e. change from admin to pub lic or restricted.
We post events as they are submitted but do not want people to see the future event list e.g. summer events until a specific date, so the access is set to admin only. Currently we have to go into each event individually and change the access level to restricted or public. It would be much faster if this could be changed as a batch

Allow to customize Upcoming Events Gadget - choose if to display Date, start time, end time, location...
The Upcoming Events Gadget is a great tool for attracting interest to multiple events in a compact way. It could be more useful with a little more flexibility.
The gadget always displays date, start time and location. Please allow us to choose which of these are displayed: Date, start time, end time, location, and (if it doesn't delay this happening) the first n lines of the event Description (with a "More ..." link at the end).
Almost all our events are at the same location, and the location of the rest is obvious. So displaying the location is just a distraction.
(And incidentally, please make location a non-required field in events. Some events don't have one; some don't need to state it. )

Age restriction on bundle membership level
I recommend to put an option to restrict the age on bundle membership level. For example I signed up for a bundle membership and now i want to add my kids to the membership as member. Now the organization limit the age of those kids to 18 or under so as soon as the member administrator add kids 18+ the system should be reject them. Or if they add kids under 18 and as soon as the kids get 18 all parties should be notify and that kid should be opt out from the membership.

Create a Member Nomination function for invite-only memberships
As an invite-only organisation, rather than having members apply, we would prefer to have current members nominate new ones. This would mean an Application within the site using different language - e.g. Nominee's email, Nominee's name, Person Nominating, reason, etc.

Integrate with Eventbrite
Integrate with Eventbrite > Although WA offers a basic event registration function, it's not the "norm" for many people and if an association needs additional functionality this would be a choice. We prefer Eventbrite for 3 main reasons:
1> Business people usually have an account, so their info is pre-filled and registration is quick & easy.
2> The Eventbrite mobile app is sophisticated and easy to use on the day of the event for the organizer & attendees.
3> We find that the local Eventbrite page, which features "popular events in your area," functions as an additional promotional opportunity that drives increased registrations -- so we hate to lose that functionality.Thank you.

Expand/Collapse list
Definitely need to allow us to create expand/collapse list on website pages. You even have it throughout your manual so it's very frustrating that we cannot use it. The Support response I received was to use one of your partners so that would mean paying for your system and then having to pay a third company. This is a deal breaker as to whether I progress from the trial.

Event Email Notifications - Default Members vs. All Contacts
When you plan an event and announcement emails, the default is ALL CONTACTS, these include other people who may have registered for one previous event and don't want to be spammed for every other event.
It would be better if the default was ALL MEMBERS and ability to select other types of contacts.
We still use (other) Contacts for future events that would be of interest to them.

Donation fund transferred to PayPal
Currently if a person gives a donation via PayPal and a donation form on Wild Apricot, the Item Title in PayPal is simply "Donation". For donations we have multiple funds and have configured a required donation field titled "fund". Please allow us to include the fund in the item title that goes over to PayPal Express

Multiple Pages for 2-Day Conference
Would like to be able to have the option of creating multiple pages for an event. For example for a large 2-day conference, we would need different pages for sponsorship, speakers, exhibitors, registration, etc. The pages would not be limited in width by having the registration on the side. The pages would need to be the full width of the page and the links to the different pages of the event could be added with buttons and placed anywhere on the page - on either side, top, or bottom. Here's an example: https://www.txconferenceforwomen.org/.

Membership Facebook Tabs
Ability to add member directory / membership application as Facebook tabs.
Would be nice if these were separate tabs so you could have a membership link and an directory link in your Facebook Tabs (see screenshot).13 votesFrank respondedReally interesting idea, looking forward to seeing more interest (votes) and comments from everyone. Thanks Jessica!

increase the display limit for individual photos (currently 600x600) in the photo gallery gadget
The current maximum display size for individual photos viewed from the gallery is 600x600, regardless of the size of the original or the theme/template used. This seems a bit small by current standards. Most javaScript galleries set the viewing size according to the display viewable area. Vote to get this actioned please.

Webmail hosted by wild apricot

Fully Collapsable Mobile Navigation
(See attachments to make more sense of this post)
On a phone browser, top level navigation starts fully closed (as a single 'hamburger menu', but on the first click the WHOLE nav expands, showing ALL levels of navigation (which for a large site, can mean a LOT of scrolling) (see 1st and 2nd screenshot).
On a tablet/large phone the navigation is partially closed (see the ‘hamburger menu’ on the right hand side of the screenshot), and ONLY the sections you click on open (see 3rd screenshot).
It would be much more useful if the navigation was collapsed on the phone browser as well, and ONLY showing level 1 items - so it works just like the iPad version of the hamburger menu.
If there was a code tweak, or an option for 'fully open' / 'fully collapsed' that would be great.
I'm using the 'Whiteboard' theme - without any code changes (apart from colour), but I'm lead to believe the current way the navigation works is a feature, not a bug!
