We are setting up a store and have both taxable and non-taxable store items. In Massachusetts clothing isn't taxable. I need to have have some items taxable and other not taxable?

Email - Link to view content on the web
It would be great to be able to include a link on newsletters / emails sent to view the content on the web just incase the newsletter / email doesn't show up in the email browser and also to allow a link to archived newsletters.

Disable renewals for headquarter members
Our association has a parent company where all the membership dues go and then chapters for regional areas. The chapters do not collect the membership dues but advise members when their memberships are about to lapse.
Future: If you create a membership level that is zero cost to members and you enable renewals, you need to disable the renew button in member's profile so they do not renew through the current website. Blog - add line formatting feature
I did not see this any of the current wishlist items but just posted our first blog and noticed one essential feature is missing, line formatting. In content gadgets, email, events, they all have it so you can set spacing between paragraphs or line items. The blog does not, please incorporate this so we can make our blogs look correctly formatted and not extra wide spacing between paragraphs.

To automatically change date for the "Page last updated: <dd/mm/yyyy>" via a {date} function, JavaScript or HTML. Date must be in the dd/mm/yyyy format.

Blank Landing Pages
I would like to be able to create a label that shows up in the navigation but has no page. I think this is called a landing page, but I'm not positive. Example: Navigation would say MEMBERSHIP but there is no actual membership page, it's just a top line for a bunch of child pages.

Advanced Searches, Search by Month
My organization needs to run a monthly report of our Members Birthdays and Anniversaries. We would like to be able to create an advanced/saved search with the criteria option to search by each month and exclude the year. For instance, If I want to search for everyone who has birthdays in May at this time it only lets me search for May of 2020 (but that implies our members were born this year) we would like to just be able to search for all Birthdays in May. Add instructions for the correct format of the postal code
Add instructions for the correct format of the postal code:
If a certain postal code format is accepted, and the other formats cause errors, this needs to be made clear to the customer when they are paying. I've had so much frustration having customers contact me when they are not able to process payments and it's often a browser or postal code format issue.
Customers should have access to info that allows them to easily see the accepted format and info that they can use to troubleshoot so that they don't get so frustrated.

Member Level pull-down selection lists
In addition to annual memberships, we have 7 Sustaining Membership levels (automatic monthly billing). We'd really like to have the ability to put these on a Pull-Down list.

Routing of System Emails
On the Routing of System Emails page, it would be nice to be more selective. As an example, we have set the auto-emailing feature to send members the invoice and dues drive notifications, long with the various reminders. In the routing of emails page, the settings only allow for you to be all in or out. It would be nice to maybe get a copy of the initial notice to the member and the initiation of the membership and not get every reminder in that section. Similarly, with events or donations.

Date Format Examples in Organization
My request is that you please update the date formatting examples in the Organization field so that the days in the templates cannot be confused with the months. All the examples are below 12. Pick day numbers from 16-31 so they can be easily understood. I picked a bad date format to start because there was no way to discern between month and day.

Omit payment information on waitlist registration screens
It would be very helpful if the registration for the waiting list had the option for omitting or altering the payment information that shows up in the registrations screens. These screens are confusing to folks since they would not pay their fee unless they were called upon to fill a vacant spot in the class itself.

DISCARD changes when editing email
Please bring back the discard email button!!!! During one of the updates the email system was changed and you can no longer discard the email you are working on. Because of this we are ending up with a whack of emails we have to go through and individually delete. This is a pain. The "Save and Exit" feature is great, but sometimes you don't want to save what you started, you just want to discard it without having to go to the effort of going to the Emails page to select the email and delete it. Identify where photos/documents are linked from the website
It would be great if you could click on a photo or document in Files and see where it is linked from on the website. Perhaps there could also be a shortcut to see which photos/documents are not linked anywhere, because maybe they are old and should be deleted.

Gadget Style auto formatting
Light & dark style backgrounds. I really think that you need to put the auto formatting back in for these gadget styles!!!! It was so nice to have the margins set for the content gadgets and others. Now, with that removed, to give the website content gadgets a nice margin and layout, you have to do it manually.

Cancellation emails need to send automatically
The email settings under "Event Registration Canceled" says "Sent when registration is canceled by the registrant, by an admin, or automatically" but the email does not send to the registrant when their registration is cancelled by the admin. I find this misleading as it looks like an email should be sent as soon as it is cancelled regardless, not by having the admin need to click send a notification. Also there is no prompt indicating that the admin needs to do so when cancelling.
