2. More than one singular gadget on a page

   I would like to see more than one singular gadget on the page. For example, on the home page, I have a gadget for upcoming events. I want to put another gadget for News Items as well as another gadget for Snow Updates so people can just go to the home page and see if there are any updates.

3. Allow configuration of Group administrators to approve their team's membership applications

   A sports club usually has several teams (i.e. groups) within it, each of which will require periodic renewal and new applicant approvals. Each team is managed by an individual manager who is ideally placed to authorise renewals and new membership applications for his/her particular team. When a new applicant applies for membership of the club they are required to select the appropriate team on their application form (e.g. age group). This application should then ideally be emailed to the actual team manager for acceptance / refusal rather than having at present to be processed by the overall site administrator(s). The only feature a Group manager would have access to would be to approve or reject membership, everything else would be restricted. The main administrator(s) would receive a copy of the emails. At present the administrative privileges available are too wide for this task

4. Recording multiple payments

   When recording multiple payments, have the ability to get back to the list with one key stroke. I go back to Dashboard, then back to finances to record the next payment. There has to be an easier way.

7. Location or Zip Code search needed on event calendar

   I REALLY need my members to be able to sort the calendar of events by Location (City or Zip or both), Registration Fee, newly added to calendar. Right now there doesn't seem to be anything but date. This is very important since we use this software primarily for the events.

9. Display checkbox edits & results in columns, rather than one neverending list

   I have certain fields with MANY entries (over 200) and members who often will select all 200. I can't have individual drop down lists, because to have 200 dropdown lists is unmanageable and looks way too complicated. The next option: to have checkboxes. However, the way the system is, when members edit their profiles, they are presented with a huge vertical list. There is SO much white space to the right that could be used to make the presentation more professional, so that one doesn't have to scroll through 3 pages just to get to the bottom of the list. If you presented the checkbox items in a BOX of 4 or 5 columns, it would look SO much better. So right now, I have to choose between two unprofessional presentations: a) 200 dropdowns, or b) huge never ending lists. The big problem? This list is growing, larger and larger, and the 'edit profile' page is going to start looking more and more messy, unprofessional, and confusing. I know that this would be a very simply code fix, and I hope that you guys can do that before summer is over.

10. Export Invoice data to Access database or TXT files

    I would like a new Invoice Export to assist me to getting invoice data to access to print many invoices at one time via a report.

    The export format would be either an access database (or individual text files that could be easily imported as individual tables into an Access database). It would understood that a custom invoice would need to created in Access by the Exporter.

    The tables or individual files would mirror exactly what is returned when looking at the Macro button when editing Invoice Settings in Wild Apricot. The high level breakdown of the tables or individual files would be:

    Organization
    Contacts (including custom fields)
    Members (including custom fields)
    Event Registration Details (if applicable)
    Finances (Header Invoice Data)
    Finances (Invoice Details)

11. Recent Forum Posts Needs To List More Detail

    Right now, recent forum posts just lists the post's title; it should also include which forum it's from, and which category it's from. There is plenty of room to add this and shouldn't take much code to do it.

13. Fully Collapsable Mobile Navigation

    (See attachments to make more sense of this post)

    • On a phone browser, top level navigation starts fully closed (as a single 'hamburger menu', but on the first click the WHOLE nav expands, showing ALL levels of navigation (which for a large site, can mean a LOT of scrolling) (see 1st and 2nd screenshot).

    • On a tablet/large phone the navigation is partially closed (see the ‘hamburger menu’ on the right hand side of the screenshot), and ONLY the sections you click on open (see 3rd screenshot).

    • It would be much more useful if the navigation was collapsed on the phone browser as well, and ONLY showing level 1 items - so it works just like the iPad version of the hamburger menu.

    If there was a code tweak, or an option for 'fully open' / 'fully collapsed' that would be great.

    I'm using the 'Whiteboard' theme - without any code changes (apart from colour), but I'm lead to believe the current way the navigation works is a feature, not a bug!

16. Multiple Pages for 2-Day Conference

    Would like to be able to have the option of creating multiple pages for an event. For example for a large 2-day conference, we would need different pages for sponsorship, speakers, exhibitors, registration, etc. The pages would not be limited in width by having the registration on the side. The pages would need to be the full width of the page and the links to the different pages of the event could be added with buttons and placed anywhere on the page - on either side, top, or bottom. 17. Event sub topics

    Is it possible to set up an event that has several seminar topics with each topic having several tracks? Here is an example:

    Our event has training on several different fields: Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Civil Engineering, Security/Video, Special Hazards, Crossover.

    Under each of these are classes offered at different times throughout the day. As an example, under Fire Alarm we might have:
    Fire Alarms
    9:30 - 10:30 Alarms 101
    11:30 - 12:30 Inspection & Testing Certification
    2:00 - 3:00 Chapter 7 Documentation

    Then we would have other tracks with additional seminar options.

    What we need to track is who is signing up for the different seminars in the different tracks. Why do we need this? A couple of reasons. First we need to know how many people plan on attending the different classes so that we know how to assign rooms based on attendance. Second, during the conference we print out attendance certificates. By having it broken out we can export the information to Excel where we can mail merge the information (name, Seminar topic (Fire Alarms), and class (Inspection 101)) into the certificates.

    Currently we have it so that attendees can check what class they want to attend, but this does not work well with exporting and mail merging. We need a better way of doing this. It would almost be like adding sessions, except instead of adding sessions that span days/weeks, it would be sessions that span a registration type.

18. Fix: Viewing widgets locks me out of admin view

    I have some widgets - event calendar, mailing list form - embedded in my non-WA site. Whenever I view those pages on my site and then switch back to the (Firefox) browser tab with Wild Apricot in it, I get kicked out of admin view and get an Access Denied error. The only way to get WA working again is to log out and back in again.

20. Registration workflow: Only bill for the event, not all outstanding invoices

    Currently, if a member registers for a paid event and continues to pay online, they are presented with a bill for both the event and any other outstanding invoices.

    When this happened to me, I felt like I was being dunned by a collections agency! This is not how we want to treat our members!

    Then it's not obvious to the member how to break out of the registration and just pay the event invoice.

    Please, during registration, just present the member with a bill for that one event. It is easy enough for them to pay other invoices when they want by clicking the nagging popup.
