Be able to filter and export only Wait listed registrants and not the entire Event registration listing.

Regular repeating events
Repeating Events - I wish they did not show ALL sessions on the event window, but just schedule them in once/week or moth (as approapriate) as an individual event.

Summary Report of Event Parameters
We schedule many events. It would be helpful to be able to get a summary report of all upcoming events, the registration status, registration open dates, and dates of scheduled emails. This would help in tracking down in what events I failed to do something correctly without having to open each event separately.

Schedule emailing of invoices
I wish I could schedule the emailing of an invoice. Right now, if I go into an invoice and click to email it, I have to send it immediately.

Statement Billing
We would like to have the option of having a membership level receive a renewal statement that includes all open invoices, instead of just a line-item invoice for dues renewal.

Admin settings - restrict ability to delete custom fields
How can you set admins to be able to add/edit new contacts/members/events etc. But restrict them to delete or add new custom fields?
It would be a high risk to allow it on the system.

Roles and joining date for Group
Can we have roles for each committe/group? For example, we work with more than 20 committees and create a different field role it would be difficult to manage.
For example, for each committee we need the role (chair, vice-chair, treasure, etc), date election and date re-election.
Please, this would be so helpful because now we have to manage it outside Wild Apricot.

payment options member vs non-member
I would like to have separate payment options for member vs non-member. Have the option to require non-members to pay by card at the time of registration but allow member agencies to have the option to pay with a PO/check.

widget settings need to be adjustable
How can customers change the default settings on the widgets from 750px x 400px, to say 750px x 575px? Without having to make this change on each individual widget? So that it is already copied into the code and we can just copy/paste? I am working on a new website for our business and the widget code doesn't fit our new window.

Support making elements invisible when logged in
Widgets or pages can be configured to be invisible to the public, i.e. when the user is not logged in. Please allow the reverse to be accomplished. For example, we have a "Join Us" page containing a membership application form, which is useless to logged in members and only occupies valuable space. We would like to make it disappear when logged in. As an alternative, we could have a "Membership" page, which would show the Members' Directory to logged in members and a membership application form to those not logged in. Limit the number of registrants allowed on the waitlist
We often have events that have large waitlists (25 people on the waitlist for a 20-person event). Rarely do we receive more than three cancellations, so the rest of the people on the waitlist have no reasonable expectation that they'll get in.

Restricting discounts to specific renewals
I'm trying to market to lapsed members to renew with a discount specific to individuals and institutions lapsed over a year. There currently aren't restrictions that let me create a discount code specific to those types. Without that, the discount would apply to everyone renewing during the discount period, which is a revenue hit we can't take. Adding more robust restricting to discounts would improve the product for me.

Auction - bid site
Similar to Catalog Function but instead of regular price and sale price allow a starting/opening bid and bid increment and allow folks to bid on an item---without checkout---until admin accepts/declares top/winning bid. In our case, our only product is ad space but we have no idea what we could get for the most prime location (back cover) because we've always given the last person the right of first refusal and they renew each year. User's Time Zone Display for Events
Time zones. We have members across 10 hours of time zones. Our events are listed as UK time and everyone gets confused. It would really help if, like many sites, the times are shown for the user's time zone

Mobile App: Registration Types & Availabilities
For events displayed in the Mobile App, the registrations types are not sorted in the same way as the desktop version.
Additionally, all registrations types are displayed regardless of their availability. This makes for a confusing experience for users.
At this stage we would probably not use the mobile app for event registration because of this.

email history of saves
I just lost over an hour of work because the WA email I was editing deleted itself and autosaved an empty email. Worst email system EVER.
If only I had a saved event history I could get my afternoon back!

Multiple Event Rates per Registration Type
Events - it would be helpful to be able to set two different rates for events under the same registration type -
example: Conference Attendee Rate, $5 if registered by March 10, $15 after March 10, max # of attendees 100. This would allow the total number of attendees to be under one registration type when you have to set a limit to attendees. Thank you for your consideration.5 votes -
Provide standard participation reports, and reports on other useful data
WA provides a nice financial report. It's not all that accurate, since it doesn't account for cash and other non-card payments, nor for events that do not require payments. It's a start, at least for recognizing a trend.
But no such reporting for membership and non-member activity? WA specializes in member organizations!
I've tried using Contacts and Members advanced reporting, but the fields, operators, date ranges, and such just aren't there, or aren't flexible enough to report such important data as:
How many members attended events last year vs. this year?
