    Similar to Catalog Function but instead of regular price and sale price allow a starting/opening bid and bid increment and allow folks to bid on an item---without checkout---until admin accepts/declares top/winning bid. In our case, our only product is ad space but we have no idea what we could get for the most prime location (back cover) because we've always given the last person the right of first refusal and they renew each year. We think it should bring in more than what we are charging and would like to experiment with this in 2020 (without having to request mailed…

  2. User's Time Zone Display for Events

    Time zones. We have members across 10 hours of time zones. Our events are listed as UK time and everyone gets confused. It would really help if, like many sites, the times are shown for the user's time zone

  5. Mobile App: Registration Types & Availabilities

    For events displayed in the Mobile App, the registrations types are not sorted in the same way as the desktop version.

    Additionally, all registrations types are displayed regardless of their availability. This makes for a confusing experience for users.

    At this stage we would probably not use the mobile app for event registration because of this.

    I just lost over an hour of work because the WA email I was editing deleted itself and autosaved an empty email. Worst email system EVER.

    If only I had a saved event history I could get my afternoon back!

  7. Multiple Event Rates per Registration Type

    Events - it would be helpful to be able to set two different rates for events under the same registration type -
    example: Conference Attendee Rate, $5 if registered by March 10, $15 after March 10, max # of attendees 100. This would allow the total number of attendees to be under one registration type when you have to set a limit to attendees. Thank you for your consideration.

  8. Provide standard participation reports, and reports on other useful data

    WA provides a nice financial report. It's not all that accurate, since it doesn't account for cash and other non-card payments, nor for events that do not require payments. It's a start, at least for recognizing a trend.

    But no such reporting for membership and non-member activity? WA specializes in member organizations!

    I've tried using Contacts and Members advanced reporting, but the fields, operators, date ranges, and such just aren't there, or aren't flexible enough to report such important data as:

    How many members attended events last year vs. this year?
    What was the average number of events attended by…

  10. Add audio Captcha

    For the Captcha, we need an alternative to the only method you use. For people that are either color blind or have vision problems, I would like to have an audio captcha available as an option. Can this be instituted?

  11. Add Event Last Updated, Event Registrations Last Updated for the event list and specific events

    Unlike with contacts, there currently there are no date updated fields in the event portions of the API. Without knowing when the database was last changed regarding events, there does not seem to be an easy way for an outside application to know when it should be querying data for changes since the last time that events have changed.

    The minimum would seem to be

    Events Last Updated - across all events.
    Event Registrations Last Updated - across all events
    Event Last Updated - for a single event.
    Event Registrations Last Updated - for a single event.

  14. CC emails selectively

    The CC emails to a secondary address is great, but would be much more useful if it could be set to selectively cc. Billing, Event, etc, emails as per the Routing of System Emails setting. This would then solve the "send invoices to the accounts department" issue for B2B associations.

  15. Add YES, NO MAYBE RSVP to online event registration

    Right now the RSVP that goes out via email - YES, NO, MAYBE, does not match the RSVP online which is just "Register". I think this is very confusing for users. You should add the option to have YES, NO, MAYBE to the online RSVP

  16. Directory show by bundle

    We have several blended families and would love that the directory show by bundles rather than by individuals. Often times it's difficult to find the other bundle members if they have a last name that is different from the bundle administrator. Thank you!

  17. in kind donations

    We'd love to have a receipt developed for in-kind donations to our fundraising auctions! The receipt would state a dollar value of the item but would not affect the account statement of the member. This would be in addition to our donation letter we send to the donor.

  18. Mobile App Upgrades

    In the future, is there a way to restrict the membership directory based on the membership level? Our organization has two types of membership levels (paid and non-paid)...we would like for our member directory to have access to the membership directory via mobile app...however, for people who sign up for a free membership, we would like to restrict their access to the membership directory.

  20. Public Roadmap for the next 12 or 24 months?

    We have received a requests to publish Wild Apricot development roadmap:

    "I would however strongly suggest that to be fair to your current customer base, that you publish your tentative development plan of what WA is considering of delivering in the next 12 and 24 months and additionally of any other items in the wishlist if they are still possibly being considered for future delivery or are totally off the list."

    Current Wild Apricot position on Public roadmap:

    - our current Roadmap is what we are working on now – https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/status/1547997
    Our “Work in progress” list can take us easily up to year to complete and we constantly updating it. Whoever voted for an idea, will automatically receive updates when we update its status

    - we used to publish our roadmap but цуку never able to fully follow it and it always produced tensions from customers following it; the roadmap was always perceived as a a promise even though we kept repeating it was not

    - publishing roadmap requires some place to discuss it; people have different priorities, arguments happen, this all need ongoing moderation = time. We have no special place for it, except this forum – and its already serving this purpose.
