Would like to use the library of files already uploaded versus having to upload a new image for every product.

Refund Email Sent from AffiniPay
The Wild Apricot process for canceling events and refunding attendees is multifaceted and cumbersome. Added irritation comes from the inability of AffiniPay to email refund recipients when their original payments were processed through Wild Apricot. The system generated messages from AffiniPay for refunds are NOT sent to those receiving refunds. Refund recipients would like proof of their refund which were not distributed from AffiniPay because their payment was processed through Wild Apricot.

Ability to group email a subgroup by subgroup's members
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE....
Create a way for subgroups within our organization to group email their entire subgroup.For example: I would like our book club to be able send an email that would be received by everyone in that group with a last-minute change or a request, etc.

preview event emails mobile view
For EVENT emails, I would like to have the "Preview for: Mobile (300 px) | Mobile and desktop (600 px) | Desktop (900 px)" option.
It's super handy when working from a template to have that preview, would like same for all system emails.

Email Editor is Frustrating
I am having great difficulty using the revised email composition feature. I like to create my messages on the go, without a great deal of planning or design. I frequently use an existing message as a starting point for a new eblast. Your new system does not cater to this kind of composition and I am calling for support much more frequently than ever before.
You should consider making the new editor an option and let customers like me continue to use the free-form approach that preceded it. It would better serve my needs and reduce my dependance on Support…5 votes -
Once registered sign up for multiple events at the same time
This is VERY important to people offering events that we want customers to sign up for more than one of - make it possible to sign up for more than one event at a time. Because our events are for kids we have to collect a lot of information and having to do that each time is frustrating for customers. IT IS ALSO MORE EXPENSIVE. We add the fee that Affinipay charges us to the registration fee, signing up for each event separately costs them the fee each time

store categories and security and options
The store is new and basic... Still works great and simple which is best... But needs a few enhancements. 1.) better ways to organize products maybe by categories or some kind of groupings we can control 2.) better security, ie restrict not just by member but by member level and public/nonpublic like in events 3.) options with up-charge/multiplier field also like in events...

mapping email blasts and reminders
How do I describe this?!!! This is the kind of thing I need to know for grant reporting:
How many members did I have in year 2018?
How many members did I have in year 2019?
Of those how many had renewed from 2018?
The advanced search options are not very comprehensive for details like this.

Please create a widget or gadget that enables a pop-out screen for a calendar save option after registration is completed.

photos
- Fix bug that rotates some photos when uploading them or, at very least, add ability to rotate photos so we don't need to convert photos to PNG files and upload again.
- Add ability to rearrange photos within an album...drag and drop
- If slide show gadget is connected to photo album, photos should appear in same order as photo album

increasing member level invoice detail (transparency)
Currently member invoices have one fixed price, in our scenario the total sum due is made up from 5 components which can vary from year to year, to get the total price. i.e. gold member = $100 ( $30 sub, $40 levy, $5 levy, $5 levy, $20 levy ). levies are all mandatory.
Rather than use the work around of extra membership charges via membership fields, I feel this (1) should be included within the membership level editor? (2) I don't believe it is very robust and have concerns re retrospectively activating this and it not working?

Print version of newsletter matches the display (monitor) version
When we create a newsletter using the new email editor, it displays one way on desktop monitor but then prints out in the mobile device format. If someone prints out our newsletter to distribute we want it to display as it does on the computer monitor...not as it shows on a mobile device. Please fix...thank you!

WA Payments reconcile to monthly statement
Currently, Wild Apricot Payments is pretty good at taking credit card payments and processing them. When we receive our monthly statement from Affinipay (in Canada, it's actually Afinipay's sub-contractor FirstData), I can't get the individual payments to add up to WA's invoices or Affinipay's deposit data. This is important to prevent fraud and to know which invoices to chase for payment.
What I propose is adjusting the payment date in a WA invoice to be the date the money was actually deposited in our bank account.5 votes -
I would like to sort scheduled emails by date
While it is great to schedule emails well in advance, there is no way to sort or find scheduled emails. So if you have created 25 emails for Meeting reminders, for example, a newer scheduled email is just somewhere else on the list and it is hard to find. A search feature in this section would be useful.

I hate the new email system.
I cannot express how much I ABSOLUTELY despise the new email system. It is unwieldly, uncooperative, ignores my attempts to change font sizes, with the image gadget thing I can't put images where I want and when I add a new image I have to change the order of sorting each time. It's ridiculous! It reminds me of editing in the 90's. Whatever feedback you were trying to address you got it completly wrong with this rollout, I am beyond annoyed at how difficult it is to put together a simple email now. Thanks for ruining something that was working…

Make the store work more like the events
The store needs to work more like the event manager with better reports for batched purchases and complex calculated fields for products. Why are they so different? Even the Save button looks like it came from a different software package.

Mobile App for Members. Enable switching to the landscape mode.
Please make it so that when members are using the Mobile App for MEMBERS that it can be oriented both horizontally & vertically. Currently the app for Members does not rotate to horizontal. If you can make the Mobile App for Admins rotate why not do it for the Members App? Thank you.

Search button for saved templates
You should have a search button (You know when you go to Email, Templates?), so that you can just type in the saved name of the template you were working on instead of scrolling through very single duplicate to find the one you were working on.
