Group donations by year
It would be helpful if we could group our donations by fiscal year.

Allow non-members to create blog posts and new discussion forum threads
We have a need to have non-members be able to have full access to blogs and discussion boards, post new topics, etc. At a minimum, we woul like event attendees to be able to even if they aren't members.

Display members as a tag cloud using custom fields as tags
I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but several of my members would like to have their membership searchable based off of certain meta tags that they can define. I would love to see a criteria in the membership profile for member imputed meta tags.

Accessible Menu Tab to all Levels
With the upcoming Title 2 Accessible requirements we need a menu that is WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. We need a menu that is accessible via keyboard (tabs). Currently WA can only tab across the top level menu and does not access the secondary/third level on the main menu. We HAVE to have a fix in place prior to April 2026!! Resetting each individual page on our website is a horrible idea and a hard to update band-aid. Please update your basic software.

Allow export of settlement date on all payment related exports.

multiple choice for extra charge items for bundle members
On bundles (we have family bundles set and are a sports club) allow multiple choice on all members not just admin. Currently if we export a list which includes bundles I then have to add manually the sports that all members participate in.

Add a feature to have multiple overdue actions to member levels during renewal
Many clubs wish to lapse the members on the renewal date yet give them a grace period to renew. In this epriod they remain as lasped members, can receive email communication, can renew their membership but can't register to events as members. A few weeks down the line, as a final overdue action, after this grace renewal period ends, they are suspended.
currently there is only one overdue action which allows lapsing and/or suspension. There is no way to add this grace period in between to enable most clubs to do what they wish to do.

Events Feature Request.
Simply add an option to Hide/Show the Event Details. The problem this would address is illustrated when one wants to create a recurring event, like our Farmer's Markets... See attachments. Screenshot of the Event on the Website's Calendar shows the looooooong list of occurrences of the event. It's ridiculous.
Add an option to Hide/Show in Upcoming Events. Look at our Upcoming Events.png attachmenet. When something like this happens twice a week, it drowns out the other for Featured Events that we want showcased. For something routine and recurring, we want it just on the calendar for folks to see when…

Allow event organizers to manage waitlist
Please add radio dial option for Limited Admin in Events Administration to see waitlist.

Implementing TOTP for 2FA
First of all, note that "Security" is not an option in the Category dropdown for composing messages on this forum.
Now to the topic of 2FA. Cursory browsing in security forums will reveal that both SMS and Passkeys are quite problematic. SMS is subject to SIM hacking, and Passkeys... well just do a Google search for "the problem with passkeys" for some interesting reading.
Currently the most secure and portable 2FA method is TOTP, so it's rather surprising that WA isn't implementing it. I hope WA implements TOTP in the very near future.

Financial Report Filters
Provide "Last Month" filter for Income, Payment, Taxes, Donations, and Aging Receivables financial reports exactly like you have for the Financial History Report. This will facilitate our end of month reporting and transfer to external accounting systems.

Apart from the announcements and reminders, also list all event emails sent via 'Email Registrants' option as part of 'Event Email Log' under the Email tab of the event

Allow Event Admins to only be able to edit their own events and not add new events
It is incredibly helpful for event organizers to be able to manage their own events but not cool when they start trying to mess with someone else's events or add a new event and don't do it correctly. We import all of our events from a Google Sheet so they all conform to the same conventions and event organizers do not need to be able to add any events themselves.

Allow Editing Name of and Add Description Space to Event, Individual Sessions
We are a hiking club that offers 4 hikes a day (by ability level), 2 days a week. Currently we use a TeamUp Calendar to post hike descriptions and pre-sign up hikers and have embedded it on our homepage. But TeamUp doesn't provide a unique ID for each user or allow Admin to store Wild Apricot IDs so there's no data interface.
If we could edit each Event Session Name and add a description to each, we could set up a series of group hikes by day.If you have any other solution - let me know.

Permit changing the font size for member Profile system pages
The font size for the Contact profile and Member public profile system pages is too small for some of our older members, but I cannot figure out how to make it bigger.
The default font size for the website's text is 18, while the font size for the profile system pages appears to be about 10--much too small.
Wild Apricot support suggests I edit the associated CSS, and while I'm experienced with CSS, I do not see any way of accessing it for these system pages; in fact, I'm not sure they employ CSS at all. Thank you.

Display Events in search results in chronological order
Search of events does not bring them up in chronological order and there is no way to filter the search.

Allow Photo Widget(s) to support links to external sites (e.g., GoogelDrive, etc)
I would be great if, instead of having to upload a group of photos to WA, you could just provide a link in one of the Photo widgets to a folder on an external website where the photos already exist. Especially useful when there are a lot of photos.

Searching Contacts - Return/Enter key
Please allow users to press "return" or "enter" after typing a search term in the Simple Search function of Contacts.
Background:
When searching contacts, most people in my organization find it to be an act of muscle memory to use the Return/Enter key after typing what we are searching for. For instance, if we are searching for John Smith, we will generally type "Smith" and then press return. However, pressing return brings you to the place where you enter a new contact, regardless of what we typed into the search field before pressing return.
