Allow Custom Domains to Force HTTPS:// Sitewide
When using your own custom domain and an SSL Certificate (Let's Encrypt or 3rd Party), you should be able to update the Traffic encryption settings to "Always use https://" on that custom domain name. It defeats the purpose of even securing the site if a visitor has to manually type in "https://", when we're trying to gain the trust of a potential new member's information being safe when the browser they're using is telling them the site is "Not Secure". Add the event id to Affinipay
The event title is added to Affinipay but is not a unique identifier for our org because we often tweak the title during registration period. We add "Sold out" or "Only 2 spots left" etc so this removed the event id as a unique identifier. Adding the event id to Affinipay would solve this and make reconciliation between WA and Affinipay much less time consuming.

Restrict Deleting Invoices to Account Administrators
Invoices once raised should not be deleted. Given there may be multiple event organisers who then have access to raise invoices, there is a potential audit / probity issue around cash receipts if an invoice can be deleted. Very rarely is there any need to actually delete an invoice. Voiding and/ or refunding is quite adequate and maintains an audit trail. Delete should only be possible by account administrators.

Customize calendar entry for event
Please allow the calendar file from the "Add to my calendar" button to be customized, so that details such as a video conference link and other useful information will appear in the calendar entry. At present, custom information can only be included in the confirmation and reminder emails, but emails can get lost before the event. It's much more useful to have event details right in the calendar entry.

membership renewal email
It would be nice to be able to specify a date/time automatic for membership renewal emails to go out. It's difficult to calculate x number of days before expiration when planning a communications campaign.

Waitlist a customer if they haven't paid
Please set it up so the customer who signs up for an event but doesn't pay, automatically goes on the waitlist until they have made payment.

Print out completed membership application
the ability to print out a digital membership application. currently the only way to approve an application is to have an admin review it in the back end of Wild apricots. I would like to be able to print out the application and share with principals.

Print labels for member list
need the ability to print out labels for the members/contacts if you have to do a mailing that isnt emailed. As it stands now you have to export the whole list and do a mail merge somehow. Please create this option!

Option to take credit card payments for donations
Currently I can't take a donation from a member without clicking on the "contribute" button as if I am the member. This should be allowed to be processed like a membership payment.

allow automatic emails for recurring events
Add the ability to automatically send an email announcement for recurring events. Makes life SO MUCH easier to remind members to attend a recurring (every other week) member meeting without having to manually create an email to do it. Currently done on non-recurring events and as you store all the recurring dates and allow scheduling of emails now in terms of days before event it should be a relatively easy task to add this functionality. We do not always require registrations for these events either as most via ZOOM so please no restrictions in this regard requiring registrations for this…

Revise mandatory two-answer minimum
Polls - currently, the system mandates two answers. In our instance, we're using the poll for elections, and have some positions with a single candidate and a write-in option. So each today has three choices: The candidate's name, Write-In, and Other. Our fear is they will choose "write-in" and not be able to conclude there is no write-in functionality with that choice. It would be crazy-town if "write-in" wins the election!

It would be greatly helpful to allow a split of stores so that each store can set up settings based on if it is merchandise or service.
Please set the store up to be able to group products and then set the settings based on those products within the group. For example, I am trying to add a service for purchase and would like to have the emails different from other merchandise for sale. I also would like merchandise to be purchased online only, but allow the services to be purchased online or offline due to the larger fee charged. I also would like the information requested, like shipping or other information, to be able to be customized by groupings. Thank you!

Search inside a selected forum
It would be really great if there was an option to search within just one specific forum. REALLY REALLY helpful. It's great that after a search is put in one can choose to only show the results of forums, but being able to search within one selected forum would be even better.

Prevent duplicate account creation
We have encountered issue with individual able to create 2 accounts ( one member and one contact) based on the two different emails, simple reverse the order of primary and alternate accounts. This has created some issue for us when we send email to contact to offer free members turn out that these individual already an member. Pls help to fix the issues to ensure both primary and alternate emails are validated upon account creation.

Ability to move or remove 'Add to calendar' feature from Event Details page
It seems that no matter how many times we tell them that they need to click the 'register' button, we have members click the 'Add to calendar' button on the Event Details page every event we run, thinking that this registers them for the event. Could we please have the ability to either move this feature to a different page (most appropriately once they have registered for events) or alternatively remove it completely?

Ability to donate to more than one organization at a time
A lot of our members like to donate to more than one donation at a time. I see we can do this in the Membership fields area but not the Donation Settings area. My wish is for both pages of the website to work the same.

Advanced Searches, Search by Month
My organization needs to run a monthly report of our Members Birthdays and Anniversaries. We would like to be able to create an advanced/saved search with the criteria option to search by each month and exclude the year. For instance, If I want to search for everyone who has birthdays in May at this time it only lets me search for May of 2020 (but that implies our members were born this year) we would like to just be able to search for all Birthdays in May. This is something we do every month and adding this feature would make…
