A modifiable Event Check List. For example:
1. Post to Calendar.
2. Send Invoice.
3. Deposit received.
4. Full Payment received.
5. Reserve space.
6. Send confirmation email.
7. Return deposit.
8. Schedule vendor.
etc.A check list with check boxes. And a notes field to enter any additional notes about an event that was searchable.

Color and styles by page
The color and syles are very, very difficult to match to pages.
You should be able to select each page and change the colors on the page rather than being forced to make global changes affecting many pages inadvertently.

New Membership Status Level
It would be nice to have another option for Membership Status. If a member that has lapsed and been archived comes to an event, we have to bring them out of archives, but then they show up on the Members Summary and skew the actual number of members that you might want to report at any given time. So whatever the new word would be, would also have to ensure they don't show up to be counted as a member until they are archived again.

Distribution list
I want to type several email addresses into 1 link - so the user can click once to email a message to the entire committee. So - does WA have like a 'distribution list' feature?

Set join date as date dues were paid
It often happens that people complete the application and then take a few weeks (or even more) to actually pay their initial dues. The "joined" date is automatically set as the day they filled out the application. I'd like to be able to instead have it be the date the money showed up.

Allow custom codes to membership levels like the events.
Need a sponsorship page that is like the join us page and sponsorship level form and fields that allows you to add predefined amount levels and an ala carte level that the sponsor can put in their own amount that they would like to contribute.

Events need attributes
Events need attributes, similar to members. The tags need to go. Want to be able to classify and select events with greater sophistication.

Hide sold out events in upcoming events gadget
I'd like to be able to further filter the events in the Upcoming Events Gadget. I am currently using tags, and that works great, but I'd like to hide (or gray out) those events that are sold out. I frequently have an event that re-occurs on several days. Because WildApricot events won't allow people to attend one session and not another, I've had to set these up as individual events. Now it becomes confusing for people wanting to sign up because they have to click on each event to see if there is space. I suppose I could use the…

recent blog posts gadget - add link to full blog
The recent post gadget is good but I wish it would have the option to link to the blog page for people who want to browse more. This would look like the link at the bottom of the featured member gadget that links back to the full member directory. (Would also love photos to display in the summary but this is a bigger job)

As a workaround for now, you can manually add the link below the gadget.

A true form-based Content Management System
For Email and Event entry, we need a true Content Management System -- where novice end-users can enter text and it is automatically dropped into a template that we design. You try explaining to some of our members why centered text is more readable; I've given up! And there are a lot of browser and mail-client quirks that need to be addressed expertly. They occur even if the HTML editor is never used, and they should not require HTML editing to fix. For example, your CSS image margin specs are totally ignored by Outlook 2010 and other mail clients. It…

Add event detail to financial invoice reporting
Under financial reports/income - if a payment is made for an event, list the event (not just "event"). We have numerous trips and need to drill down on each to determine what trip is being paid for.

Adding registration items from dropdown list to invoice
Haven't found this elsewhere so I'm suggesting it here. We'd like to be able to modify an existing invoice by adding additional existing registration types. We have a limited availability Golf Scramble (say 80 slots) but our conference is unlimited. Because of this the Golf Scramble is a separate event, otherwise it could potentially be oversold if it was incorporated in the conference registration.
We'd like to be able to edit the invoice to add the Golf Scramble (or other registration types) from a pick list or drop down, so that it is counted in the Golf Scramble registration type.

Allow a manual invoice to be flagged as a membership invoice.
When a member has come out of sequence on billing, requires a billing adjustment, or when a member attempts to pay many sessions in advance, it is often necessary to manually adjust that member's membership term and to issue a manual invoice to reflect that adjustment. Unfortunately manual invoices for membership do not show up in the Income Report as membership related income.
This proposal is to allow an administrator to flag an invoice as membership related so that it will properly show up as membership income for the Income Report.

When searching, keying <ENTER> shouldn't refresh the page
In the Membership List, Event List etc, users can type into the search box at the top of the list and the list will seach in "real time", not requiring the user to press <enter> to conduct the search.
While this is great, most people have a muscle memory to hit <enter> after entering a search term, as it is widely used on the web. In Wild Apricot though, hitting <enter> like this causes the page to refresh (and sometimes the search term clears).
Can you please code something into the Search box to ignore the <enter> key.

Allow to have emails for specific events instead of publishing real member email
For events, apparently there are only two options for the reply-to in our automatic (and perhaps other?) emails: Our general contact address (president@...) or the event Organizer, who must be selected from among specific members of our club. For now (overlooking the possibility that an event might be organized by someone who is not a Member), the problem is this: We don't want to publish people's personal email addresses!
We need (and have previously had) the option of setting up a distinct event address for each event (e.g., funweek@ourdomaindotcom) which gets forwarded to the event's reservationist (who, for…

Enable easier image and text resizing for events
When I create events, I often have to convert pdf files to gifs or jpegs. Then I have to resize them to fit into WA's borders. In doing this, the images are often smaller than they need to be and don't fill an entire page in a browser, which is what many of my users want. Is there some way to program automatic image and text scalability for events for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices?

Add "Subscribed to emails list" Criterion to Advanced Search
Currently, the only way to find out if members are subscribed to an email subscription list is (I believe) to export the membership list and look at Subscription Source.
There should be an Advanced Search criterion "Subscribed to email list" which allows checking any of the email lists.
(The checkoff "Subscribed to emails" in the Email preferences criterion refers to email blasts, not email subscription lists.)
