Make strong passwords optional
Our members are leaving since the new password requirements have become a pain. We are a club with mostly 65+ year old members (over 200) and it took 6 years to have them except using emails for club membership. They have arthritis, poor eye vision and have trouble remembering what they had for breakfast. I send out a monthly newsletter and now people are asking for help constantly. They cannot open the monthly news without being prompted for a new password and they don't know it or what a 12 digit with special characters means. We really need our old password system back or more people will be quitting the club.

Failed email delivery notification for admins
It would be great if there was a way for administrators to receive an email or notification when a member emails get deactivated after too many failed deliveries.

Changes automatically reflect in the Registrants and invitees tab
When you update a registration, the new information is not reflected in the Registrants and invitees tab. Instead, the details at the time the registrant registered are reflected. It would be beneficial to have the event details update automatically in the Registrants and invitees tab.

Improve speed of sending emails
why does it take over 2.5 hours for you to send an email blast, seriously? Guessing when an email is going to go out is not acceptable - emergencies happen. I shouldn't have to plan my schedule entirely around your junky email server! telling me it could be hours does not give me any informaiton with which to make an informed decision about if i should hit send or not.

Recurring donations report
I would like to see a much more robust donations export. High priority items to include is whether they are signing up for a recurring donation, including on the first recurring donation they make (currently the first is coded the same as one-time payments), the recurring donation frequency, first donation date for recurring donations.

Contact & Membership Fields Access Preferences
Would like to see the option to choose which contact fields show based on contact type or membership level selected at application. We have all of our fields under contact since there isn't a way to see everything if a membership level isn't assigned. Not all of our records are members but not all of the information asked of the applies. Ex/ physician vs. non-physician

Allow "add to calendar" on events not requiring registration
Right now, "Add to calendar" in an Event only appears (on the Events page for end users) if Registration is turned on. This option should be selectable whether or not registration is required.
It should also appear in the email announcement sent about the event.

Batch delete forum posts
I am volunteering with our WA hosted site and have to MANUALLY delete old classified ads.... OVER and OVER again I have to delete them one by one.... its awful. The functionality needs to be improved here.... as logged in ADMIN people, we need the option to go to, for example, a classified ad section, click off all the old ads we want deleted, and CLICK, done. Get this hosting platform to a customer user level? I saw a forum in 2015 complaining of this exact problem. Unless I am missing something here.... its that basic functionality already integrated and I just don't see it? HELP!!!

Sticky mobile panel (menu / login)
Please make the (Main layout with mobile panel) template option sticky as standard. I have tested all the current themes and none of them offer a sticky menu option that works on mobile devices. Every time you want to view the menu you need to scroll all the way to the top of the page (pain in the but). Any modern day website has this feature.

Add more answer types in polls
Why are there only radio buttons and check boxes when creating a poll. The ability to add a drop down, text box (not the Add Other Option) etc...will be very useful.
Also, when you preview a Poll you should see it exactly as it will look. Currently, the text box from the Add Other Option only shows after the Poll is published which makes no sense!

Make field type limitations modifiable
I need to create registration form but the multiple choice field character limit is making it an issue. This is a terms and conditions, but we don't want to have it in a separate pdf/link - it just needs to be there for the purchaser to acknowledge. When Itried to the rules and terms only the "field instructions" had more space, but that wouldn't make sense with this.

Pre-registration for prospective events
Need « pre-registration » title or header for events that will only be held if X number of members or guest register (or « pre-register »)
- we use ‘wait list’ for this but it is confusing for users, especially when upper limit of number of participants is reached and the real ‘wait list’ is activated
- we like ‘wait list’ functions as it allows to trigger payments etc. once the event is confirmed. Administratively speaking it works well. But for our members, it does not.
- so we would be looking at similar functions but using a ‘re-registration’ header
- and of course, interested in any other ideas or approaches to achieve similar resultsMylène Bouzigon, National Capital Ski Club

Turn OFF replies to TNS
There is not currently a way to turn OFF replies to TNS, is this possible in the future? We would not want our over 3,000 members to "reply to" an EMERGENCY TNS (Which is what we would use this feature for) as that would DOUBLE the cost of a single TNS.

management of publications sponsored by organization
We run an organization that publishes an associated journal that accepts submissions from members and non-members, and then sends those submissions out to reviewers (typically, members), who provide feedback before the submission is rejected or revised and accepted. It would be great to be able to manage this submission and review process within WA, and then eventually publish the completed (PDF) document, track views, and manage archives of the publication within WA as well.

Make anti-spam captcha OPTIONAL for log in.
Our site fortunately doesn't have issues with bots, so why does the captcha have to appear for all users to log in? Why wasn't this made optional, so admins can enable/disable it as it suits their organization's needs? Do you know our members or public visitors better than we do?
I understand the need for an anti-spam captcha function, but "one size fit all" DOES NOT WORK for everyone. Our members are complaining about this, and frankly for members who regularly log into the site, it insults their intelligence. What kind of user experience is that???

Event Detail/Registration page _ Need ability to format layout
I'm very much frustrated by the inability to modify the layout of the event detail module. The two column format with a narrow left side column where the registration tickets and the registration button are located is too narrow and creates a really long page people have to scroll to find the registration button. Especially for events where I've created a structure for information and just include a "more information" link to the event pages.
Additionally, the gray "register" button fools people into thinking they can't register because gray denotes a broken or unavailable link.
Solution: Allow the width of the columns to be modified so the "register" button isn't so hard to find. Or allow the modules to be rearranged.

macros
We are using the Event function to create online forms (requiring credit card purchases) in an attempt to avoid having to purchase an expensive and separate forms software package. These forms require that we provide the users confirmation of their data input as well as confirmation of payment received and information on how that payment was determined. The limitations you have placed on where your macros can be utilized within your system are really limiting and frustrating. Much of our user population is not extremely technically proficient and asking them to keep track of two separate emails (an invoice receipt AND a confirmation of data input) is asking a LOT. We really want to be able to incorporate the payment information into the email confirmation along with the rest of the data as we have done in the past. However, you seem to have a limitation (for some unknown reason, which as an accountant I do NOT understand), that invoice macros cannot be used in event emails. WHY NOT???? For now, on the initial form relatively simple form I've done, I finally found a way to come up with the total amount paid via and event field after a lot of trial and error and frustration (it should NOT have been this hard and time-consuming).
Why not open up these fields and make them available in ANY email? Also, I was also looking everywhere for an "event registration date' to use in the email confirmation and could not find anything. I finally looked at the report export fields and found that the field does exist -- it just doesn't seem to be defined as a macro. Again, why not? Can I define it as a macro and use it? One of my upcoming forms to create is a quilt entry form and, it not only has an entry registration deadline, but the registration date can be critical in that we have a maximum number of entries we will accept so "first come, first served". I'm sure entrants will want written confirmation of their registration date. (and not just the email received date since emails can get waylaid or can 'bounceback".)
Thank you for your consideration.

The ability to purchase individual sessions
Wild Apricot has a session function but it lacks any usefulness at all. You should be able to name each session and more importantly, customers should be able to choose individual sessions. MemberClicks has this function so it's not like Personify doesn't know how to do this.
