  2. Fix membership trends report for bundles

    On the Membership Trends Report under "Active Members," you do NOT show Active Members, you show "Active Bundles for levels with Bundles." Bundles include more than one Member so the count of Active Members is incorrect because it's a combination of Members and Bundles if you have levels with Bundles, which we do..

    However, the Members Summary List shows both Members and Bundles, which is more informative and shows the correct number of Members.

    Suggestion:
    Change the Membership Trends Report to correctly show only "Active Members" (not Bundles) like the heading indicates. Or show both Members and Bundles like the…

  3. Cash-based income report

    When running an Income Report, it would be much more useful to have the payments posted in the month of payment as opposed to the month of the invoice. Accrual accounting isn't all that useful for a non-profit on an ongoing basis. It also makes reconciling bank account records impossible. Alternatively, if the level of detail (summary breakdown of payment allocation, i.e. membership, events, store orders) was available on the Payments Report, that would alternatively work.

  4. Long renewal periods

    We wanted to have a 10 or 15 year renewal period because we have members who do not have credit cards and it is a process for them to get a check and send in an application renewal form so to make their life easier we thought of the idea of having a longer renewal period option. Not a lifetime membership but close for some people.

    Coming from a background in S/W development I am curious why this option has to be a dropdown and not a simple variable you can use to enter your own number of years?

  5. Export member groups as a separate columns

    Currently when you export a Member list the associated groups are exported into 1 column seperated by commas in no particular order. The data is inocnsitent wne the export is pulled. I would like to see all of members group affilliations export to their own column so that i am able to sort and filter on those groups much easier.

  6. More flexible formatting for polls

    Poll formatting is very limited and can only be changed by means of CSS. Even so, it is difficult to figure out which classes to write CSS for.
    1. Questions are formatted with H2. This is wrong. Just because the only hierarchical level currently above the question is the page title does not make a question a header!
    2. H* formats should be reserved for real headers, such as section headers (see https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/42891228-support-dividing-questions-into-sections-in-polls).

  7. Support dividing questions into sections in polls

    Polls / surveys often include groups of questions on a particular topic. It would be helpful if polls could be a bit more structured, allowing the questions to be divided into sections with a heading for each section.

  8. OBO (or best offer) option in the store

    There should be an option for items in the store in addition to price. A checkbox to accept "or best offer". When checked, allow the buyer to post the price they would pay and allow the administrator to accept, reject, or counter.

  9. Select information to display at contact profile system page

    On the contact profile page (system page), there is a widget called "contact profile". You cannot hide any of the information in that widget, change of of the wording, etc. Some of it can be confusing to the members. For example, the "member since" has the date that the contact/membership was created in WildApricot. We have members that go back 50+ years. Sure, I could go and update that field, but the "member since" is not a meaningful data element to us. However, I cannot get rid of it.

    Also, the word "bundle" is not really what we call it.…

  10. Hide out of stock items

    There should be a configurable option to hide items that are out-of-stock from the store. Have a configuration item either at the store widget level or at the product level to "hide items with 0 inventory". This would apply to 1-of-a-kind items or limited issue items. As it is, an admin has to go in an remove those items when the inventory hits 0.

  11. Topic Tags for Forums

    Enable tags for Forum Topics for more dynamic engagement.

    Allow Admin to choose some amount (maybe ~10) topic tags that can be added when creating a new topic. Would be nice at the Forum level also.

  12. Forum updates gadget should (optionally) not treat pinned messages as most recent

    The forum updates gadget treats pinned messages as being "most recent". They can crowd out messages that have been posted more recently.

    The intents of "pinned" and "most recent" are different and should not be tied together.

    My suggestion is to provide the option to ignore whether a message is pinned or not when the gadget puts together the list of most recent posts.

  13. Pop-up alert reminder to update the profile

    Issue: Members do not update their profile

    Possible Solution:
    A pop-up alert prompting members to update their profile ... this might appear upon logging in for the first time in a calendar year.

    This will direct them to their profile and towards the end of the page, they would be requried to confirm their details. If they do not edit/confirm their details, they will be unable to proceed with booking of events and payment of the subscription fee.

  14. Registrant email update - refresh recipient list in ‘Email Registrants’ function

    I need to schedule an update to event registrants so I select ‘Email registrants’. Email is written and saved ready for scheduling the next day. Overnight several new registrants book on to the event. However, there’s no way to refresh the registrant list generated through the ‘Email registrants’ option the previous day. This then means I have to copy and insert the email contents into a fresh email generated through ‘Email registrants’ to capture the new bookings. Or I can manually add the contacts to the existing recipient list as separate entities. Or I send the email to the original…

  15. Extend event API to control automatic registration cancellation

    When an administrator edits an event, the "Registration types & settings" tab shows a checkbox labeled "Automatically cancel registration if payment not received within 15 minutes" in the "Registration settings" area (see attached screenshot). The event API contains no corresponding flag.

    Please add this flag to the API that creates a new event record, POST /accounts/{accountId}/events.

  16. Files on Event Details

    I would like to be able to add files to the Event Details tab. I could then set up our board meetings as events and include agenda, presentations, and minutes on the event, which then could be seen by board members both before and after the meeting.

    I have tried to do this with modifications to the Registration Form, but this isn't a workable approach.

  17. PayPal Checkout Needs Better Integration

    The previous PayPal system provided the ability for Quickbooks to capture transactions due to "tags" added in the descriptions of transactions, thus automated bookkeeping was possible. The new system provides none of this and each transaction needs to be fixed manually. As our treasurer says, "it's like returning to the 1980s."

  18. Group selection restricted for a specific group

    Groups are a wonderful way to organize members by interest. We let members to chose their sport groups when joining and update on their profiles. It is a great time saver for event communications, ie. sending Ski emails only to the skiers group.
    We would like to have at least one group that is NOT selectable by the members and to be used by an administrator. The purpose is to be able to have board-only site pages for elected officials.

  20. More flexibility in renewal messaging

    We need more flexibility in the configuration of automatic messages around renewal:
    1. We would like to send out the first reminder as an advance announcement before sending the invoice.
    2. The current post renewal date messaging allows only two phases. We would like to have three:
    Phase 1. 1st overdue warning (grace period notice)
    Phase 2. 2nd overdue notice, membership changed to „lapsed“
    Phase 3: 3rd overdue notice, membership suspended and renewal invoice voided
