Printing using standard browser print function
the print feature does not work correctly using the browser's print button on my computer. I have to use the Standard template in order to see what I've created or the screen is blank when viewed from the print preview button. Plus, when I switch templates the print does not work that way either.

This is a known limitation of Wild Apricot. See printing instructions – https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Printing+in+Wild+Apricot

Bulk Donation Upload
Bulk Donation data upload. It should work pretty similar to bulk membership upload. For those of us migrating from other systems, this is a must-have solution unless you want to pay someone to upload 20 years of data.

Add an Advanced Search feature that allows you to search for a specific member type that is Active when you have many membership levels.
We have to add all of the membership levels we don't want and mark "Not this level" on each type. It would be great to have an option to search for one or two levels that are active without going through that process.

Pro-Rate Renewal Invoices when changing to an annual billing on a certain date.
We are switching from a renewal based on their join date, to a specific date next year. We wanted to have the Wild Apricot system automatically pro-rate everyone that renews to that new date.

Hide Member fields based on Member Level
It would be great to allow only certain Member Levels to see certain fields. For example I would like to block free members from seeing other members Email and Phone. I would also like to allow Recruiter Members to see a secret field called "Looking for Work" but no other member should be able to see it.

Prompt lapsed members to renew at event registration
When registering for an event with membership-restricted registration:
- a member is prompted to log in even though they don't have to
- a non-member is prompted to become a member (good!)
- a lapsed member is given the unfriendly message "Event registration is not available for [your email address] due to event settings". They are NOT prompted to renew, or offered any way to proceed at all!
Please make this consistent for lapsed members and prompt them to log in and renew so they can register for the event.

Gamify Member's site participation
Gamify the activity of the members, please.
A point system could be set for contributions to the site. ie. New member 100 points.
posting from website to social media 10pts
leading a new event 100 pts
attending an event 25pts
taking a survey 10 pts
contributing content 25 points.... and so on.The points that members rack up are applied to advancement of levels, recognition, and perhaps rewards or prizes.
Members can see a Leaderboard and their ranking on that board.
I know that gamifying the participation of members will increase the participation and help identify and recognize emerging leaders.…

Very interested. I would love to know how many organizations are considering something similar.

At the events page, provide the ability to create a report of registrants and alphabetize by last name.
Provide the ability to create a report for an event that is alphabetized by last name of registrant, without having to export the report as a csv file and then convert to Excel.

Allow control of membership level descriptions on membership form
I would like to be able to control the information displayed about membership levels on the membership application form. Things like:
Bundle (25)
Subscription period
No recurring payments... are meaningless to the general public.

Give "Web page editor" admins access to new child pages by default
I have several admins who have restricted editing access to one menu's worth of web pages including all the sub-pages under that menu. However, when I add new subpages, their admin editing privileges are not updated to include the new pages and I get emails from them asking why they can't see the new pages. I then need to go to each person's contact card, edit their privileges, uncheck the top-level menu pages and re-check it to include the new subpages. It's a pain and frustrating for the editors who can't work when they're ready to work.
I'd like it…

Allow me to move a gadget to another page
I have gadgets which I show for a while and then remove, and later bring back. It would be great if I could move this to another page as a place to save it, rather than having to re-write and re-configure a gadget each time I want to bring it back.

Pay Online button too small
The intergrated "Pay online" button provided by WA is too small and senior folk have difficulty noticing it.
I suggest a larger, more distinctive button, coloured would be good.11 votes -

Initial user experience for members - a set of tasks or steps to go though and check as done
Has a gadget or widget that is placed on the members membership level homepage or at a page where a training program is located that is like a tick box button so when the clients finishes a series of video's or a subject they can tick a box to say it's complete and then there is a summary box of those completed taksks on their main membership page. Helping them to feel they are getting through the content on my site.
So you either tick it at the end of the chosen page and it summaries it on their main…

Session registration within an event
Allow event participants to select specific sessions they wish to attend in a multi-session event (e.g. conference). Alternatively, allow the direct routing from the registration page to an online survey tool where we can ask those questions.
