At the events page, provide the ability to create a report of registrants and alphabetize by last name.
Provide the ability to create a report for an event that is alphabetized by last name of registrant, without having to export the report as a csv file and then convert to Excel.

We also need to produce a registrant report sorted by name and not just date. We will have a few hundred registrants and need to look them up by name to answer questions, etc. The only option is a date sort which is really quite useless.

It sounds like perhaps where it generates a pop-up page with a list of registrants per event ... so you could sort them by clicking on the tiny down arrow or even print them directly from the pop-up ... that avoids the CSV download and need for excel.
