control blog excerpt length
I don't see a way to control the length of the "excerpt" generated by the RSS for the blog posts. Typically the user can control either the number of characters or the number of words;

Customize unsubscribe text within email
I have just subscribed to something and there was a message which would be good to put on this site with the option to 'unsubscribe' to email blasts, It is very friendly.
You can unsubscribe at any time (but we'll be sad to see you go!)

Events default e-mail address different from organizational contact e-mail
It would be really helpful if you could have a different default e-mail address for events. At the moment the default is the main organization contact e-mail, but most organizations have different people doing different jobs, with different e-mail addresses. I would be good to be able to be able to have a different default e-mail address for events, so that the events e-mail address doesn't have to be changed per every event.

allow search to function on the "photo" field.
It is currently not possible to search for all members with the field "photo" field not equal to "empty", or to do any other sort of search on this field.
One obvious application would be to have the "Featured Member" widget in a member directory only show photos that actually exist. Currently, if half the members lack a photo, half of the "photos" shown will be just gray/blank profiles. It would be far better to only show photos of members who actually have photos!

It is not possible, between the renewal date and cut-off date, to obtain a list of members who have renewed - only the number of renewals.
Expand Members Summary functionality.

Easy linking to anchor on another page
Fix the Insert Link tool to allow pasting a URL that includes an anchor!
Editing html for this is a big pain, especially in pages with thousands of words of text and reams of paragraph/span codes, and scores of potential links. redirect subscription form to another page
We would like to be able to manage all contacts within wildapricot, including non-members (unpaid users). Specifically we need to place a subscription form between a new user and some PDF downloads. To do this, we would need to be able to redirect the page upon the user hitting the subscribe button.

Enable floating calendar
Hi, The calendar view of the calendar widget shows a full year/month starting 01-Jan or the 1st day of the month. Wouldn't it be great especially when reaching the end of the year) that the display be shifted to start with current month/week?

Export Menu Choices To PDF or spreadsheet
Our group had our first dining out event with all the attendees using WA to make their dinner choices - so far so good. But after I generated their choices to give to the chef (Reports/Registration Fields) I was stymied because there was no easy way to print the report. Unlike an attendance report there seemingly was no export to pdf or to spreadsheet option. Plus my web browser will not print the whole report just part of it. Sooo last minute I needed to become creative and take screenshots and then print them - a lot more steps than I had envisioned particularly when under a last minute time crunch!

Show the "Changes History" button to any admin on pages where they have update rights
Our club runs 7 related programs and as webmaster I've given restricted access to all 7 program directors to manage content on their own program pages. But the Changes History button is not visible to any of them. Apparently that very helpful feature is only available to Account Administrator with full access. It would really great if they could restore old versions of their pages when they mess something up, but currently they have to call me and ask me to do it.

Ability to add multiple venues to multi session events
Add a field for venues to multiple session events so that if a course is running over ten dates and each date is at a different location, this can be made clear.

Bug in Added Multiple Choice field
The multiple choice questions on the registration form we created are defaulting to the first choice and allowing registrants to choose more than one answer. We would like the choice to change when the field is chosen instead both the choice and the first, default are both chosen.

integrate the PayPal Giving Fund into Wild Apricot - so that we don't have to pay the transaction fees for donations
Nonprofits that are PayPal Giving Fund members can receive donations from PayPal and Ebay customers without any transaction fees. It would be very useful if there were an option in the donate widget that would allow this option.

Merging Records
Better merge feature. When merging membership records it is important to be able to keep the most recent record for email preferences,(which do not merge) but then it should merge membership data so we can keep the earliest membership date. It is cumbersome to have to manually edit the merged record to retain accurate information.

Enable Event Calendar events to say "Registration is not yet open."
Enable Event Calendar events to say "Registration is not yet open."
I'm told by our organization that this is not possible, that if registration for an event, many of which are months away, is not yet open, the event listing automatically says "Registration is closed." This makes it appear that the event is full, or that the deadline has passed, surely costing us interested visitors and even reservations.
How can this be fixed?

Event multi session hide past sessions
Events.
Repeating past sessions of events still display even though "show past events" is not ticked.
They currently have to be manually deleted from the repeating sessions list.
