Tracking lapsed members who reactivate
We would like to track our members history more accurately. Right now, if they lapse and then sign up again a year or two later they are shown as having continuous membership since their original date of sign up.

Have URLs easier to find
When you click on a web page (in admin mode) you should say what the URL is without having to click on edit. (Much like when opening an event).

Accept American Express for payments for WildApricot
Our non-profit uses an Amex card for all expenses. I see that we can only use MasterCard and Visa for our monthly/annual payments to WildApricot. Can you please accept Amex? Thank you.

Unsubscribe options and reason
When a user unsubscribes to an email, there should be additional option instead of unsubscribing them right away (e.g. give a reason, report abuse, change subscription settings,etc).

Add a plan level between Community and Professional
We have been on the Community Plan and find ourselves outgrowing it. While it is a good problem to have, the jump between Community (500 contacts) and Professional (2000) is huge!
I would like to ask that you consider adding something in between. Maybe 750 or even 1000. Since all other features are the same, this is a big price increase to just have more members/contacts.

I'd like MY web pages to have " Click/tap to expand/collapse" functionality.
In WA's help system -- which are web pages -- there is a very handy tool which collapses content down to a summary line. If it pertains to what you're looking for, you can click on " Click/tap to expand/collapse" and you can read about it.

Fields on Registration
A better way to do fields on registration forms so that common fields is not the same for every event.

Provide an option to display the type of registration on the registrants page. Currently it only displays the name
It would be very helpful if on the event registrants listing if the type of registration would be displayed along with the option to display the registration form details including any custom fields added to the registration form. Currently only the name of the person who registered for an event and the number of guests is displayed. We want our members to be able to view the type of registration since we typically offer different registration levels, i.e. competitor vs spectator.

Category List Gadget for Member Directory
It would be extremely helpful if a list of business directory categories was a gadget that auto generated.
I currently have a dropdown menu on the membership sign-up asking them what category a business is. Although I can add the dropdown results above the member directory, it shows all categories in the dropdown, not just the ones with at least 1 member. Also, some members have 2 categories which forced me to do 2 dropdowns that are identical.
So I wish adding member categories was a default option on the membership form options and that there was a gadget that was show a list of categories with 1 or more members.

Privacy is the essence of a strong organizations practice and standards.
When any type of data is exported, create a log to stamp when it was done and by whom and to include a drop down window on why it is being exported. Naturally, the simplest way to track this is not to allow anyone to export unless they have the overall authority to do so and limit such authority to a fix number and not more than X.
This is essential to ensure privacy and enjoy the public's trust of any information we have collected from them

Upload images the right side up
Read the EXIR file so that images are uploaded right side up. Apple reads the file, Wild Apricot should as well.
It is unacceptable for Wild Apricot to make necessary for its customers/members to spend money and time, essentially doing the work that Wild Apricot should have done and can do, hence read the EXIR file.
If you had a photo load upside down, it is because Wild Apricot is not reading the EXIR file.
Why should I do your work for you and get charged a fee?

Donation Acknowledgement Internal Field
Hi! I would like to add a field to my database so that I can track whether or not our organization has sent a Thank You Note to a donor for their donation. This is NOT the same note as the system-generated confirmation of their online donation, this is a personal note written by our Executive Director. Is there a place that I can add a internally viewed field (that would NOT be seen by the donor on his/her profile when they logged in) that is attached to the donor’s individual donation? My ultimate goal is to be able to pull a query of donations that have a flag of “unacknowledged” or “acknowledged” (so this could be a simple Yes/No field, but ideally I would also like to add another Date field indicating when the Thank You letter went out, and another field indicating who the author of the Thank You Letter is), and then generate letters based on the contact list. At a minimum, I would like the query to be able to contain:

Open registration after event has occurred - for webinars
It would be really nice to have be able to have have registration open after an even has occurred. For example, we do live webinars and offer registration ahead of time, and we would also like to offer them after they have been run - while still requiring a registration and payment. Is there any way this functionality can be added?

Allow update of event title and ride description for instances in a recurring series
Scheduling recurring event is a nice feature, but it won't be complete without allowing update of event title and ride description for any instance in the series. Our bike club updates a ride title to say cancelled on the calendar due to bad weather. It's now a cumbersome process to delete that instance and recreate a non-recurring event.
On the technical side, make each instance a row in the table so that each instance has its own record and columns. Of course, the interface has to be updated to allow the maintenance of the columns of each instance.

Overriding scheduled emails
Hi WA,
Based on a question I asked a couple of days ago, I'd like to submit a suggestion to you:
FYI - my website is necas.org.
I wanted to send out an email related to our event (NECAS Annual Conference) to those who already registered, so I wrote it, then choose the next day for distribution, January 2. I didn’t know at what time on January 2 it would go out. Perhaps midnight? But your system doesn't indicate the time. When I turned on my computer the next morning, January 2, there was no email in my personal mailbox (as I'm on the distribution list as well), thus concluding the email hadn't gone out yet. No problem, but I thought I would override it, so I logged into our account, went to the same Event page again, and pressed "Send Now". All was good. It went out right away.
Then, at 6pm, the same email appeared in my personal mailbox -- it was distributed a second time - !
My original question to you was: When I press "Send Now", does that not override any set up date that I created already?
Stephen answered that unfort, it doesn't.
So my suggestion is: perhaps adding a feature that if someone presses the "Send Now" button when the email is already scheduled, a box could pop-up asking if they'd like the current email to override the scheduled email?
