  1. Overview of Event Registrations

    I would like a way to see an overview of upcoming events and their start & end dates and how many people are registered for the event vs. the registration limit. I would use this primarily to determine which events have poor enrollment so that I could spend time trying to boost enrollment.

    I could see myself using this also for past events - to see which events did better than others.

  3. export registrants automatic

    On the Export Registrants button, can we have a way to have these reports generated automatically say the day before the event and go to the event organizer? Currently we can only access this with an Admin.

    The alternative for us would be the ability to choose which information is displayed in Public View for the Registrants list.

  4. Hide sold out events in upcoming events gadget

    I'd like to be able to further filter the events in the Upcoming Events Gadget. I am currently using tags, and that works great, but I'd like to hide (or gray out) those events that are sold out. I frequently have an event that re-occurs on several days. Because WildApricot events won't allow people to attend one session and not another, I've had to set these up as individual events. Now it becomes confusing for people wanting to sign up because they have to click on each event to see if there is space. I suppose I could use the…

  5. changed pages report

    A report to generate which pages have changed in a given time period. We have several admins, and the board wants a report of all website changes every month. It's nice to have the 'page change history' on each page for details & rollback. There's no easy way to list all the pages that have changed in the last month, or selectable time frame. This would be very beneficial for us

  6. Filtering & Restricting Groups for specific Events

    We have had a request by staff that they wish to filter certain Events to a restricted group of schools.
    Therefore, we are seeking an upgrade by Wild Apricot to please include a Filter with a drop down box of individual SCHOOLS be available when creating new GROUPS and when the MANAGING PARTICIPANTS option is chosen - similar to the current “Search” option available in the CONTACTS ADVANCED SEARCH tabs where there is the ability to refine the search to School/Organisation from a drop down box.

  7. Return to recently used folder after inserting file or image

    When I insert a file or image into a webpage and then go back to insert another, I'm always returned to the topline "resources" folder. I would much prefer to be returned to the folder in which I had last been working -- as I am often adding more than one item at a time, and they are all in the same folder. As it stands, I need to navigate through the entire folder system each time I insert a file or image.

  10. Export capability from member search gadget

    Provide the optional ability (controlled by a setting in the gadget) for non administrators to export the data from a member list (or contact) search to a spreadsheet. Do not allow any field selection, just export the fields in the search results

  11. Financial Reset to Zero Option

    Our payments for invoices and event fees are paid by either cheque in the mail, cash at the events, or sometimes by Visa on line.

    As our organization is volunteer, the recording of all payments is kept in an excel file, as it has been to laboursome for our volunteer administrators to spend the time to update all that info into the Wildapricot system.

    Ya.. I know.... But we are trying to get better at that.

    Our memberships go from Feb to Feb with a reset on annual membership.

    Because of this, it does not matter to us what happened…

  12. Better Facebook representation when posting links

    When posting a link on Facebook There are no pictures shown and nothing visual to indicate my site, my business, what we do or anything to promote my organization. All I see is the words Object Moved and a Wildapricot address that doesn't speak at all to what I want to show.
    How about making it possible to show something that represents us and our pictures so we can promote out organization?

  13. Recurring payments are not supported for renewal periods greater than 1 year

  15. Responsive Design in Coding

    We run our website with Wordpress and embedded Wild Apricot pages. We will be updating to a "responsive design" in the next year. Our developer tells us "responsive design" has been around for at least five years, but WA does not perform this way, so it embedding pages requires extra work.

  16. Non-schedule events Registration, separately displayed

    We have various organized events, but some are not on our calendar. We call these "non-calendar" participation, and they DO require Registration. Need a way to clearly present Non-Calendar Registration path to our site visitors, WITHOUT placing it at the top of our Event List (Events Calendar). Obviously, placing it at the bottom of the list is not advisable. Can we link to such a Registration form in an obvious place (e.g., a separate page that we can explain and link to at the top of the All Events List, or (2nd choice) Isolate this Form on the list somehow,…

  17. Better and easier ways to sort photos in Photo Albums

    More intuitive, interactive sorting method for the albums; e.g. drag and drop. The alphabetical change a year ago is a big plus. Thank you. But in addition, a drag and drop (or move) of the 'icons' would be great.

  18. Backup/Restore Events

    Recently, a new WA admin mistakenly deleted our "gala" event with over 100 registrants - just a few days before the event.

    Currently, WA Support cannot restore the event (or any events) - nor will a site backup recover the events. At best, WA Support Level II is hoping to recover some data...

    This situation is probably not significant with respect to frequency. However, depending on the Event it can have a significant impact on a non-profit collecting funds, managing an event, and the perception regarding same.

  19. A true form-based Content Management System

    For Email and Event entry, we need a true Content Management System -- where novice end-users can enter text and it is automatically dropped into a template that we design. You try explaining to some of our members why centered text is more readable; I've given up! And there are a lot of browser and mail-client quirks that need to be addressed expertly. They occur even if the HTML editor is never used, and they should not require HTML editing to fix. For example, your CSS image margin specs are totally ignored by Outlook 2010 and other mail clients.   20. Make a handy way to Re-order events in event list

    If you use the same format as event fields on registration forms, to toggle up and down, this would allow events that start at the same time/date to be reordered. There are lots of folks that would like this feature so that they can have a certain order to their events.
