Make ability to change Registrant Name field an option
Currently the event registration process allows a registrant to enter any name in the Registrant Name field, even if the event is limited to members only. The ability to change the Registrant Name field should be an option.

We are a youth based organization. this functionality would allow the child's name to appear on the registration form instead of their parent (who normally does the registration)
