    Provide a log of Contacts and Members export activities. This data is highly valued and needs additional protection which would include a log and audit capabilities.

  2. Public Roadmap for the next 12 or 24 months?

    We have received a requests to publish Wild Apricot development roadmap:

    "I would however strongly suggest that to be fair to your current customer base, that you publish your tentative development plan of what WA is considering of delivering in the next 12 and 24 months and additionally of any other items in the wishlist if they are still possibly being considered for future delivery or are totally off the list."

    Current Wild Apricot position on Public roadmap:

    - our current Roadmap is what we are working on now – https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/status/1547997
    Our “Work in progress” list can take us easily up to year to complete and we constantly updating it. Whoever voted for an idea, will automatically receive updates when we update its status

    - we used to publish our roadmap but цуку never able to fully follow it and it always produced tensions from customers following it; the roadmap was always perceived as a a promise even though we kept repeating it was not

    - publishing roadmap requires some place to discuss it; people have different priorities, arguments happen, this all need ongoing moderation = time. We have no special place for it, except this forum – and its already serving this purpose.

  3. Membership Vetting Prior to Dues Payment

    Our organization vets New Members. We would like them to be able to apply online but not pay any dues until we do our background and approve them for membership and then generate the invoice. This needs to be an option.

  4. Email capability for read-only admins

    Allow limited admins send email. One of my many complaints: "It’s too much working signing in and out between membership admin and workshops admin just to do simple tasks like sending an email."

  5. Allow secondary email addresses to be used to logon

    We are a small association, some 200 members. They are all families. Many of them have more than one email address in their database record. It would be great if they could use any one of their emails to login to the system, as they often forget who the primary email was and have to ask us, as admins, to go look it up for them.

  6. Ability to send Password Email in an Email Blast

    Re: Forgot Password Request. The email that is sent after entering an email address and the code, cannot be customized. Our organization customizes all of our emails with a logo and try to make them as user friendly as possible. Example: the first line reads "A request was made to recover a lost password for this email address at https://(name of organization).wildapricot.org/. Instead of the URL, why not just give the name of the organization. But, I really want to be able to customize this email.

  9. Opt in status

    HI Further to my enquiry on ticket 180586, we feel that once we have set all out members for the Opt In as Undefined that the subscriptions should be set as unticked ie switched off, or we should have an option to switch off. Also when Members first set up a Profile they cannot access this page from the set up. This means we have to get Members to go back into their profile to deal with the opt-in status. A 2 step approach is messy and creates more work than a 1 step approach.

  11. Storefront: show regular price to visitors, special price to members

    We have been looking into using the new storefront.
    Something that I mentioned to one of your tech reps was the issue of showing MSRP and Member pricing on each product.
    The main problem is that you will find many suppliers have MAP pricing which is the minimum you are allowed to advertise their product online. We and probably other people using your sites, offer some items at a better discount than MAP to some of our member levels so this is an issue. Showing only MSRP to the general public would solve this issue. And then if possible show…

  16. Allow an automated email to waitlisted people

    There is no way to email only the waitlisted people. We can email registered people in several ways using filters. But we can't email just the waitlisted people. We would like to have both a manual method (with a green button on top) AND an automated way such as when we set up Reminders to registered people.

    Our purpose is to remind waitlisted people they are on the list and to ask them to let us know if they are no longer interested. That way we can get to actually interested and available people more quickly when there are cancellations.

  19. Allow Contact Profile as an Entry in Site Menu

    Now that members can see and print their membership cards from their profile, we want to give them a less circuitous way to get there, by putting the profile in the dropdown menu.

    In the meantime, a workaround is to create a dummy page that redirects to the profile page. This is done by creating a page with text (ours says "One moment, please" to display something sensible while redirecting) and inserting the following snippet in the text box with the <S> tool:
