  1. Allow editing of "Simple" email template

    The "Simple" email template shows up at the top of this list, can't be removed, can't be edited and it's really a little dorky with the bolded first name/last name and the default text that has to be removed. Can you please add the ability to edit or delete it? Thanks!

  2. Allow us to add a fill-in line on a custom field

    I need to have guests to be able to register separately from a member for a convention if they need to but they are required to write down the member's name and email address for clarification. I don't know how to go about doing this. The Custom Fields only have pre-set choices for them to choose from, not any fill-in boxes.

  3. Facilitate Levels with end dates for organisations which have a closed season

    Sports seasons often run for part of the calendar year e.g. soccer in the UK runs from September to April with a closed period from May to August. At present monthly recurring payment plan levels can be set up with a start date ok but have no facility for setting an end date. Ok this can be got around with a manual export of membership data in April, modification of the file, and reimporting to stop the payments, but this could create some member confusion.     When setting up an event and setting up registration limits, we would like to set limits on either the number of people registered, or the number of boats, whichever hits it limit first. i.e. we could have an event for up to 40 people and up to 15 boats. If the 15 boat limit gets hit first then no more boats can be registered, but if the number of people is less than 40 then it should be possible for users to add more guests until the limit is reached.

  7. Allow Members to Toggle Event Tags on and off

    I would like members to be able to click or unclick tags THEMSELVES on the main calendar to view only the events they want to see. Right now, I have to manually make about 15 different calendars and create 15 different calendar pages for each subgroup. It would be so much easier if the members could just go to the main event calendar and toggle on and off what they want to see, based on event category, price, time, locations, etc.

  8. Third-party agreement for image licensing

    Squarespace has an agreement with Getty Images which allows users to license images for use on their site. The images can be used in watermark version until you are certain they will work for you and then the procedure for licensing them takes about 2 minutes. My organization relies on volunteers and I am a non-professional charged with doing our website. This has been a tremendous help and a great selling point for Squarespace.

  10. have some sort of flag that could be used for invoices, ie a check box or color

    If we could have a color to show the difference between paid invoices, processed invoices ie invoices that we have actioned or transferred to our accounting package. At the moment we transfer Paid invoices from WA to the accounting package and have no idea when looking in WA which ones have been done and which haven't. Another package we used to use had color coding which was very helpful.

    1. Add complete correspondence tracking and tickling. Add interface with external email clients, to keep track of conversations. Add tickler/call tracking - basic CustomerRM stuff. Need to implement/follow-up marketing campaigns for different sunsets of members. No, I don't want to put this in a wish list again.
    2. Add better handling of layers, want to put text over videos, slideshows, etc. like most new(ly updated) sites have these days.
    3. Add name search to email templates.
    4. Provide competitive pricing re: email-only (non-active) contacts.
    5. Add Wordpress style themes. I have more but I'm busy. Keep up the great work improving WA!

    We considered this initially when we started working on making WA more mobile friendly. Ultimately we decided to go with the mobile app, but we’d love to hear your thoughts on why you prefer a mobile web app accessible via browser vs. a native app (downloaded)

  19. Allow pre-select of donation form fields via query parameters

    I want to add QR codes with a donation form URL to our facility, so members can contribute to various areas/funds in WA by scanning the code, logging in and donating.

    I'd like to pre-select a "fund" drop-down and ideally an amount, based on passing them in to WA in the URL query string, such as:

    www.foo.org/donate?area='ice cream stand'&amount=10

    Is there a way to easily do this?

  20. guest event

    When a guest is registered for an event, their specific extra info field ( choice of dinner in this case ) does not show up on the confirmation eMail. I do not see a macro option for that field while editing the email template either.

    Not that I need one if the above issue is resolved, but I do not see a separate eMail confirmation for the guest that might alert us to what they ordered either.
    Finally, that field does not show up on any of the reports that we could gather a tally from. In fact we cannot…
