Waitlist - Emails when Registered
We use automatic waitlist rather than manual. When a spot opens up, the person on the waitlist is registered and they receive the standard registration email. We find that there is confusion with this as there isn't a message saying "good news, a spot opened and we've removed you from the waitlist and you are now registered".
Augmenting the waitlist process to include a unique version of the registration email would eliminate the confusion and make sure that members understand they are officially registered.

Display registrants for each Registration-type separately
We are a hiking club with several hikes / Registration-types for each hiking day / Event. We would like to display the registrants for each registrant-type separately. Currently all the registrants for the hiking day / Event are displayed. A registrant cannot tell who is registered for their hike only who is registered for all hikes / Event.
Please add the "Show registrants who want to be listed" selection currently in the Event details tab, to the "Registrant types & settings" tab for each Registration-type.

Web version of invoices to be generated from the invoice template.
- Use the invoice template to generate the 'web version' of invoices.
- Include a download option.
- Email invoices generated with the invoice template to event registrants.
Explanation:
Currently, registrants cannot access, download or print compliant invoices for paid events.
The 'web version' of invoices does not use the invoice template.
In Australia, invoices must be properly formatted to be GST compliant. The invoice template allows a compliant invoice to be created. Need daylight saving time support
When specifying the time for an event, there is no proper way to specify a time during daylight saving time. For example, our June event will be at 10:00, EDT, which is UTC-04:00, so I have to choose between either "Eastern UTC-05:00" or "Atlantic UTC-04:00", either of which are only half correct. Not sure which is more important, that I get the Eastern part correct or I get the UTC-04:00 correct.

Member App and Admin App - add and update photos within their contact information
Upload a picture from their phone to the member app. At renewal my organization required members to upload a picture to their contact information but this was bypassed because members were able to renew through the app but did not have to upload a picture.

Sessions not duplicate with Duplicate Event
When I duplicate an multi-session event, all the session details are lost and I have to add them again form scratch. Can this be changed so that the sessions are duplicated along with the rest of the event?

Allow Custom Domains to Force HTTPS:// Sitewide
When using your own custom domain and an SSL Certificate (Let's Encrypt or 3rd Party), you should be able to update the Traffic encryption settings to "Always use https://" on that custom domain name. It defeats the purpose of even securing the site if a visitor has to manually type in "https://", when we're trying to gain the trust of a potential new member's information being safe when the browser they're using is telling them the site is "Not Secure". I am a member of two 2 different organizations that use wild apricot. The app only allows being logged in to one. I have to log out and back in every time, which is annoying. It would be great to use the app with several memberships

duplicate event registration dates
When duplicating an event, it's great the registration types and emails copy over, too. The emails adjust their dates accordingly (i.e. 7 days prior, etc.), but the ticket registration availability and closing dates do not (i.e. they stay the same, sometimes a year in advance!). Is there a way to have ticket registration dates also adjust to 7 days prior, or whatever the setting is?

Add the event id to Affinipay
The event title is added to Affinipay but is not a unique identifier for our org because we often tweak the title during registration period. We add "Sold out" or "Only 2 spots left" etc so this removed the event id as a unique identifier. Adding the event id to Affinipay would solve this and make reconciliation between WA and Affinipay much less time consuming.

Option to include lapsed members in renewal emails
WA does a great job of sending automatic renewal notices. But they only get sent to active members. I'd like an option to include all lapsed members as well.
Use case: as a ski club, sometimes members decide not to ski one year, so they don't renew their membership for that season, but probably will become members the following season - if I remind them. Currently I have to search for lapsed members and send a manual email. Would be much simpler if I could just include lapsed members in the automatic renewal emails.

GENERAL BACK BUTTON
Hello,
I would like to submit an idea as it often happens that for instance there is a change in the gadget while working on a mailing in terms of layout format/margins/etc. that I want to cancel and there is no "general" back button (like in a word document for instance). The only way to use the back or forward button is if you are doing the edits within a gadget. I therefore wish there was just an "absolute overall back button" effective on the whole template.I hope that you can help me on this matter, thank you!

Privacy Policy confirmation needs to be enforceable
In terms of accessing members-only information, I believe the Confirmation of having read the Privacy Policy, if one is enabled, should be enforced. My understanding is the member can leave this field at No, but it doesn't restrict any access to information. If that is the case, the field provides no tangible functionality, I think as long as the field is set to No, the member needs to be prompted to confirm that they have read the policy upon login attempt. Have ability to have default "Country" selected instead of scrolling to the list
I would like to have default "Country" already selected by Admin so the customers don't have to choose "Country" every time.

Multi-factor Authentication
To obtain cyber-risk insurance, it is necessary for us to have the multi-factor authentication in place. I have been informed that Wild Apricot does not have multi-factor authentication in place. In today's world, this is really important. Please consider having multi-factor authentication in place for the admins at least.

Polling Improvements needed
Need the ability for an election scenario to only have ONE option to choose from (i.e. unopposed candidate). Also, it would be great to hide old polls from the main view once they have passed. Last but not least, the most recent poll should default to the TOP of the list, not the bottom. I also second the need for poll reminders to non-voters...just like you have set up for events.

Restrict Deleting Invoices to Account Administrators
Invoices once raised should not be deleted. Given there may be multiple event organisers who then have access to raise invoices, there is a potential audit / probity issue around cash receipts if an invoice can be deleted. Very rarely is there any need to actually delete an invoice. Voiding and/ or refunding is quite adequate and maintains an audit trail. Delete should only be possible by account administrators.

Adjust recurring payment cancellation settings
Allow the admin to choose that recurring subscriptions will not cancel if the customer's/member's card is declined a few times. Or allow us to adjust the limit of failed charges before cancelling their subscription.

custom order featured members
Featured members gadget only offers random order. You should have the ability to have a static order. For example you have a Board of Directors group and you want the the officers in certain order.
